Description

Coal-containing wastewater treatment system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coal-containing wastewater treatment, in particular to a coal-containing wastewater treatment system.
Background
The coal-containing waste water is mainly characterized by high turbidity, fine solid particle size, more negative charges on the surface of solid particles, and the repulsion among the charges with the same polarity makes the particles keep a dispersed state in water and be influenced by gravity and Brownian motion. Due to the interaction (such as adsorption, dissolution, combination and the like) among solid particle interfaces in the coal slime water, the properties of the coal washing wastewater are quite complex, and the coal washing wastewater not only has the properties of suspension, but also has the properties of colloid.
Due to the reasons, the coal washing wastewater is difficult to naturally clarify, and the supernatant of the wastewater after precipitation is still black liquid with a large amount of suspended matters such as coal slime and the like, wherein the supernatant even contains various additives, heavy metals and other harmful substances in the coal preparation process. A large amount of coal washing wastewater is discharged out of the standard, so that water body pollution, pipeline silting and coal slime loss are caused, and huge pressure is caused to the environment.
At present, the coal-containing wastewater mainly adopts two treatment processes of coagulating sedimentation and electric flocculation: (1) as for the most traditional method, the PAC is added to ensure that the particles in water are condensed after destabilization, and then the PAM is added, bridging condensation is realized through the action of the macromolecular coagulant aid, the surface bonding strength of initial particles is enhanced, so that the internal bonding force of a bonding group is increased, the densification is realized, some discrete micro particles are captured, and the bonding group is increased, so that the suspended particles have large gravity and fast sedimentation, and the treatment efficiency is improved. Although a good effect is obtained, the PAC dosage is too large and salt ions such as chloride ions and the like can be carried in the water, so that the salt content of the circularly recycled coal washing water is gradually increased, and high-salt wastewater is finally generated, thereby increasing the burden of the operation management of a factory; (2) the pure electric flocculation treatment process can effectively destroy the stability of molecules, open the ring of cyclic molecules and break the chain of macromolecules, thereby greatly improving the biodegradability of wastewater. Especially for organic waste water with high concentration or containing biological toxic substances, electric flocculation can be used as a pretreatment measure, and the measure can effectively decompose or remove pollutants which are difficult to be biologically degraded in the waste water. The process has certain technical advantages in the aspects of heavy metal wastewater complex breaking treatment, oil-containing wastewater demulsification and oil removal, printing and dyeing wastewater decoloration and COD reduction, improvement on biodegradability of organic wastewater difficult to degrade, destabilization and sedimentation of fine suspended particles and the like, but the process has relatively poor adaptability to water quality fluctuation in the operation process, the setting of the operation current and voltage directly influences the quality of treated water, the requirement on the interval setting of electrode plates is very high, and the load is also increased for operation management.

An electrochemical flocculation treatment system (electric flocculation tank) is a process of breaking the stable state of suspended, floating or dissolved pollutants in water by introducing current into the water, and the electric energy generated by the current introduced into the water drives chemical reaction between substances. When a chemical reaction is driven or forced on, the various components and compounds will tend to find the most stable state under the action of an electric current. Generally, this tendency to steady state results in a solid-like material: such solid materials will be present in a non-colloidal or non-dissolved state and thus are easily removed by inferior separation techniques.
The centrifugal settling system (clarifying tank) adopts the centrifugal principle in hydraulics, and water flow enters the reactor along the tangential direction and makes spiral motion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the non-polar particles treated by the electrochemical flocculation system and the centrifugal precipitation unit are attached to the wall of the reactor, and under the action of gravity, the separated particles fall against water and are finally accumulated in a container below, and sludge is discharged through an automatic valve controlled by the system.
