The transmission principle of the packaging machine is as follows: the packaging bag film is conveyed from the film conveying device 2 to the loading device 3; the driving motor 5 is started to drive the first transmission shaft 5 to rotate, and then the first transmission shaft 5 drives the first driving gear 7 and the second driving gear 8 to synchronously rotate; the second driving gear 8 rotates, so that the first transmission gear 28 is driven to rotate; the first transmission gear 28 rotates to drive the first vertical shaft 11 to rotate; the first vertical shaft 11 rotates and drives the transverse sealing cam 19 to rotate; the transverse sealing cam 19 rotates to drive the first transmission shaft 15 to rotate intermittently; the first transmission shaft 15 intermittently rotates, so that the connecting piece 16 is driven to rotate; thereby connecting piece 16 rotates under the effect of first connecting rod 13 and second connecting rod 14, and the reciprocal intermittent type nature motion of drive second connecting seat 12 to drive slide rail motion 17, drive first connecting seat 10 motion then, thereby realize moving heating block 92 and keep away from and the pressfitting decides heating block 91, realize the encapsulation and cut off.
The first driving gear 7 drives the second vertical shaft 22 to rotate, so that the second vertical shaft 22 drives the upper sealing cam 24 and the lower sealing cam 25 to rotate, and the upper sealing cam 24 and the lower sealing cam 25 are respectively connected with the contact roller 27 on the longitudinal sealing swing arm group 23, so that the longitudinal sealing swing arm group 23 is driven to move, the longitudinal sealing swing arm group 23 moves to drive the longitudinal sealing heating block group 21 to move, and then the longitudinal sealing heating block group 21 is controlled to be sealed.
The charging device 3 comprises a hopper 34 provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole and a funnel 35 for forming packaging bag films and filling materials; a stirring device is arranged in the hopper 34; wherein, the hopper 34 is arranged on the top of the box body 29, a transmission component for driving the stirring device is arranged in the cavity 30, and the stirring device is driven by the second vertical shaft 22; the hopper 35 is located upstream of the longitudinal sealing device 20 and on the same side of the box 29 as the longitudinal sealing heating block 21.
And (3) packaging by a packaging machine: the material is fed into the hopper 34 from the feeding hole and is fed out from the discharging hole to the hopper 35 through the stirring device, and meanwhile, the packaging film bag is positioned at the hopper 35 and is subjected to film forming and material filling through the stirring device; the film feeding device 2 continues feeding, packaging bag films filled with materials are packaged in the longitudinal sealing heating block group 21, and then the packaging bag films are conveyed to the transverse sealing heating block group 9 under the driving of the pressing roller 36; and the transverse sealing heating block group 9 is used for carrying out secondary packaging and cutting on the packaging film bag to finish packaging.

Claims (10)

1. A vertical packing machine is characterized by comprising a frame; the frame is sequentially provided with a film feeding device, a charging device and a packaging device which are arranged up and down along the feeding direction of the packaging bag film; the device also comprises a driving device; the driving device comprises a driving motor and a first transmission shaft connected with the output end of the driving motor; the packaging device comprises a transverse packaging device for packaging the bottom edge; a first driving gear for driving a charging device and a second driving gear for driving the transverse sealing device are sleeved on the first transmission shaft; the first driving gear is close to the charging device, and the second driving gear is close to the transverse sealing device; the transverse sealing device comprises two parallel slide rails, a transverse sealing heating block group arranged transversely, a first connecting seat connected to the slide rails in a sliding manner and a transverse sealing transmission assembly; the transverse sealing heating block group comprises a fixed heating block fixed on the rack and a movable heating block which is positioned on the first connecting seat and can be far away from and pressed against the fixed heating block; the transverse sealing transmission assembly comprises a first vertical shaft in transmission connection with the first transmission shaft, a second connecting seat fixed on the sliding rail, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a connecting assembly; the connecting assembly comprises a first rotating shaft and a connecting piece sleeved on the first rotating shaft and synchronously rotates; one end of the connecting piece is hinged with the first connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting piece is hinged with the second connecting rod; one end of the first connecting rod, which is far away from the connecting piece, is hinged with the rack, and one end of the second connecting rod, which is far away from the connecting piece, is hinged with the second connecting seat; the first vertical shaft is positioned between the second connecting seat and the connecting piece; and a transverse sealing cam in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft is arranged on the first vertical shaft.
2. The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first drive gear is sleeved on one end of the first rotating shaft adjacent to the second drive gear; the first transmission gear is meshed with the second drive gear.
3. The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said frame is provided with a plurality of wall panels; a box body with a side opening reserved is formed on the wall plate surrounding walls; and a cavity communicated with the opening is arranged in the box body.
4. The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein said transverse sealing heating block set is located outside said box; the fixed heating block is fixed on the outer side surface of the box body; the transverse sealing transmission assembly is positioned in the cavity.

The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein said cross-sealing drive assembly further comprises a mounting seat disposed on an inner sidewall of said cavity; the mounting seat extends towards the direction of the first transmission shaft to form an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate; the horizontal sealing transmission assembly is positioned between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate.

The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein one end of said first vertical shaft is fixed to said upper connecting plate and the other end thereof passes through said lower connecting plate; the first transmission gear is arranged at one end, extending out of the lower connecting plate, of the first vertical shaft.
7. The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first vertical shaft, first drive shaft and first rotation shaft are arranged parallel to each other.

The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the packaging device further comprises a longitudinal sealing device, the longitudinal sealing device comprises a longitudinal sealing heating block group which is vertically arranged and a longitudinal sealing transmission assembly for controlling the working state of the longitudinal sealing heating block group; the longitudinal sealing transmission assembly comprises a second vertical shaft and a longitudinal sealing swing arm group; one end of the second vertical shaft is in transmission connection with the charging device, and the other end of the second vertical shaft is sleeved with an upper longitudinal sealing cam and a lower longitudinal sealing cam which are arranged up and down; a second transmission gear meshed with the first driving gear is arranged in the middle of the second vertical shaft; one end of the longitudinal sealing swing arm group is connected with the longitudinal sealing heating block group, and the other end of the longitudinal sealing swing arm group is provided with a contact roller; the contact roller is in transmission connection with the upper sealing cam and the lower sealing cam respectively.

The vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein said longitudinal sealing heating block group is located on the same side as said transverse sealing heating block group; the longitudinal sealing transmission assembly and the transverse sealing transmission assembly are positioned on the same side.
10. A vertical packaging machine as claimed in claim 8 wherein said second vertical shaft is parallel to said first drive shaft.
