Referring to fig. 8, when the rack tilts to the left, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers to the left, and breaks contact with the second conductor, so that the second indicator light L2 and the third indicator light L3 are both turned off, and the first indicator light L1 is not affected and remains on, thereby prompting that the rack tilts to the left;
when the rack inclines rightwards, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers rightwards, the contact with the third conductor is broken, so that the second indicator light L2 is turned off, the third indicator light L3 keeps a bright state because the fourth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid, and the first indicator light L1 is not influenced and keeps the bright state, so that the rack is prompted to incline rightwards;
when the rack inclines forwards, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers forwards and breaks contact with the first conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, the second indicator light and the third indicator light are not influenced to keep on, but the fourth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid because the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor moves towards the direction close to the fourth conductor, the third indicator light L3 keeps on, and the second indicator light L2 always keeps on, so that the rack is prompted to incline forwards;
when the rack inclines backwards, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers backwards and breaks contact with the third conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor moves towards the direction far away from the fourth conductor, so that the fourth conductor breaks contact with the conductive liquid, the third indicator light L3 is turned off, and the second indicator light L2 is always kept in a bright state, so that the rack is prompted to incline towards the right;
in fig. 8, the fourth conductor is provided outside the bent portion, but may be provided inside.
The alarm mode principle of fig. 9 is the same as that of fig. 8, and the details are not repeated here. The structure provides basis for adjusting the rack, and is convenient for people to find out the specific location of the problem.
Embodiment 5 and embodiment 5 are the extension design of embodiment 4, in which a fifth conductor is added to embodiment 4, the fifth conductor o2 is provided at a position close to the first conductor by bending, the fifth conductor is positioned inside the strip-shaped container, the fourth conductor is positioned outside the strip-shaped container, the fifth conductor and the first conductor can be connected or disconnected by the flow of the conductive liquid between the fifth conductor and the first conductor, so that the fifth conductor and the first conductor form a fourth switch, the fourth switch and the third indicator light are connected to form a fourth indicator circuit, and when power is supplied, the first indicator circuit is connected to the power source VCC, the third indicator circuit is generally connected to the isolation power source VEE, and the fourth indicator circuit is generally connected to the isolation power source VFF.
Compared with the fifth conductor o2 of the embodiment 4, the fifth conductor o2 is added to the structure, when the rack inclines to the left, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers to the left, the contact with the second conductor is broken, the second indicator light L2 is extinguished, the fifth conductor is broken to be in contact with the conductive liquid due to the movement of the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor to the direction far away from the fifth conductor, the third indicator light L3 is extinguished, and the first indicator light L1 is always kept in the on state, thereby prompting the inclination of the rack to the left;
when the rack inclines rightwards, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers rightwards, the contact with the third conductor is broken, so that the second indicator light L2 is turned off, the third indicator light L3 keeps a bright state because the fourth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid, and the first indicator light is not influenced by L1 and always keeps the bright state, so that the rack is prompted to incline rightwards;
when the rack tilts forward, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers forward and breaks contact with the first conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, and the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor moves towards the direction close to the fourth conductor, so that the fourth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid, the third indicator light L3 keeps a bright state, and the second indicator light L2 always keeps a bright state, so that the forward tilting of the rack is prompted;
when the rack inclines backwards, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers backwards and breaks contact with the third conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, and the fifth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid, so that the third indicator light L3 keeps a bright state, and the second indicator light L2 always keeps a bright state, and the rack is prompted to incline rightwards;
when the rack inclines forwards and leftwards, the conductive liquid, the first conductor and the second conductor are in a non-contact state, and the first indicator light, the second indicator light and the third indicator light are all turned on and off, so that the rack is prompted to incline forwards and leftwards;
when the rack inclines backwards and rightwards, the conductive liquid and the third conductor are in a non-contact state, the first indicator light and the second indicator light are turned on and off, and the third indicator light is kept on, so that the rack is prompted to incline backwards and rightwards;
when the rack inclines forwards and rightwards, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers forwards and breaks contact with the first conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers rightwards and breaks contact with the third conductor, the L2 is turned off, and the fourth conductor still keeps contact with the conductive liquid due to the fact that the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor moves towards the fourth conductor, and the third indicator light L3 keeps on; thereby prompting that the rack inclines forwards and rightwards;
when the rack inclines to the rear left, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor gathers to the rear side and breaks contact with the third conductor, so that the first indicator light L1 is turned off, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor gathers to the left side and breaks contact with the second conductor, the L2 is turned off, the conductive liquid between the second conductor and the third conductor moves away from the fourth conductor to break contact with the conductive liquid, the conductive liquid between the first conductor and the third conductor moves away from the fifth conductor to break contact with the conductive liquid, and the L3 is turned off, so that the rack is prompted to incline to the rear left;
the structure further provides basis for adjusting the rack, and is convenient for people to find out the specific location of the problem.
When the rack inclines forwards or backwards leftwards, if the inclination direction can not be seen by naked eyes, the structure can be adjusted in a test mode, at most two tests are needed, and the mode can also be used when the rack inclines forwards or backwards rightwards. Therefore, the liquid breaking part can be directly observed, and the structure is combined, so that people can find out the specific position of the problem conveniently.
For ease of adjustment, the support legs are preferably liftable, for example using a lifting screw.
