For the filter screen 130, the filter screen 130 should include a dirty portion (to become dirty after use) opposite the intake vent 101, and a clean portion connected to the dirty portion and away from the intake vent 101. The clean part may be provided by a user or stored inside the indoor unit 100.
For purposes of the following description of the principles of replacing filter screen 130, the two ends of filter screen 130 are defined herein as a first end and a second end: when the filter screen 130 needs to be replaced, the screen pressing member 140 is moved to the idle state, and then the filter screen 130 can be moved from the first end to the second end of the filter screen bracket 120, so that the dirty portion of the filter screen 130 can be moved from the position opposite to the air inlet 101 to the second end (at this time, the dirty portion can be accommodated in the second end or can be pulled out from the second end to the indoor unit of the air conditioner); accordingly, in the process of moving the dirty portion, the clean portion of the filter screen 130 is driven to move to a position opposite to the air inlet 101, so that the filter screen 130 is replaced. When the replacement is completed, the net pressing member 140 is moved to the pressing state to press the filter net 130, so that the clean portion of the filter net 130 can filter the intake air. When the clean part is used for a period of time and becomes a dirty part, the operation is repeated for replacement.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, according to any of the above embodiments, the air inlet 101 is disposed at the top of the casing 110 and extends along the length direction of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner. Since the space between both ends of the housing 110 in the length direction thereof is large, it is convenient to move the filter 130. Therefore, the moving direction of the filter screen 130 is optionally the same as the extending direction of the air inlet 101.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner further includes a net releasing component 300 and a net retracting component 200, wherein the net releasing component 300 and the net retracting component 200 are respectively disposed at two ends of the filter screen bracket 120 and are respectively connected to two ends of the filter screen 130; the net releasing assembly 300 is used for driving the filter net 130 to move from the net releasing assembly 300 to the net collecting assembly 200, and releasing the clean part of the filter net 130 to a position opposite to the air inlet 101; and/or the net collecting assembly 200 is used for driving the filter net 130 to move from the net placing assembly 300 to the net collecting assembly 200, so that the used part of the filter net 130 is recovered to the net collecting assembly 200.
Specifically, the net discharging assembly 300 stores a clean (generally, unused) filter net 130, and when a portion of the filter net 130 opposite to the air inlet 101 is dirty, the net collecting assembly 200 and/or the net collecting assembly 200 drives the filter net 130 to move from the net discharging assembly 300 to the net collecting assembly 200, so that the dirty filter net 130 is accommodated at the net collecting assembly 200, and the clean filter net 130 is driven from the net discharging assembly 300 to the air inlet 101 to continue to filter air; therefore, regular or irregular cleaning or replacement of the filter screen 130 by a user is avoided, the user can not clean the filter screen 130 for a long time, the trouble that the user needs to clean the filter screen 130 is solved, and the user experience can be improved.
In addition, the automatic retraction and release of the filter screen 130 is realized through the screen retraction assembly 300 and the screen release assembly 200, and the problems of buckle breakage and the like in the traditional process of detaching and washing the filter screen 130 can be avoided; especially for the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, the problem that the user climbs to unpick and wash the filter screen 130 is avoided, and the user experience is greatly improved.
As for the driving mode of the net releasing component 300 and the net collecting component 200, the net collecting component 200 drives the filter net 130 to move independently, the net releasing component 300 can also drive the filter net 130 to move independently, and the net releasing component 300 and the net collecting component 200 can also drive the filter net 130 to move in a linkage manner.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, in an embodiment, the screen collecting assembly 200 includes a screen collecting shell 210, a screen collecting roller 220 installed on the screen collecting shell 210, and a driving device 230 connected to the screen collecting roller 220, wherein one end of the filter screen 130 is wound around the screen collecting roller 220. The driving device 230 drives the screen collecting roller 220 to rotate and wind the filter screen 130, so that the filter screen 130 moves from the screen releasing component 300 to the screen collecting component 200, the dirty part of the filter screen 130 is contained in the screen collecting roller 220, and the clean part of the filter screen 130 moves to the position opposite to the air inlet 101, thereby realizing the replacement of the filter screen 130.
Referring to fig. 3 and 11, in an embodiment, the screen releasing assembly 300 includes a screen releasing shell 310 and a screen releasing roller 320 installed on the screen releasing shell 310, and the other end of the filter screen 130 is wound around the screen retracting roller 220. When the net collecting assembly 200 drives the filter net 130 to move towards the net collecting assembly 200, the clean part of the filter net 130 is released from the net releasing roller 320, so that the clean part of the filter net 130 is moved to a position opposite to the air inlet 101. That is, the net releasing roller 320 and the net collecting roller 220 are linked through the filter net 130, so that the net releasing assembly 300 does not need the driving device 230, and the usage amount of the driving device 230 is reduced.
