the top of the chuck body 2 is provided with 4 clamping jaws 21 with the same structure, and a clamping opening 22 is arranged between the clamping jaws 21; the four-jaw chuck 22 can effectively and uniformly disperse the clamping force borne by the seed crystal 4 to the four chucks 22, and the partial acting force of each chuck on the seed crystal 4 is reduced.
The chuck cap 1 comprises a clamping part 11 and a connecting part 12, the connecting part 12 is in threaded connection with the chuck body 2, the clamping part 11 is located above the connecting part 12, and the clamping part 11 is of a conical sleeve structure. The tapered clamping portion 11 is matched with the force bearing surface 212 of the clamping jaw 21, and the clamping portion 11 holds the four clamping jaws 21 tightly by tightening the screw thread, thereby stably clamping the seed crystal 4.
The clamping jaws 21 are respectively provided with a clamping surface 211 and a stress surface 212, the clamping surfaces 211 are positioned on the inner sides of the clamping jaws 21, the stress surfaces 212 are positioned on the outer sides of the clamping jaws 21, and the stress surfaces 212 are matched with the clamping part 11 of the chuck screw cap 1.

The connecting part 12 of the chuck cap 1 is provided with 2 first torsion bars 13, and the first torsion bars 13 are respectively fixed on two sides of the chuck cap 1.
The chuck body 2 is provided with 2 second torsion bars 24, and the second torsion bars 24 are respectively fixed on two sides of the chuck body 2. The lower end of the chuck main body 2 is also provided with a positioning hole 25, and the center line of the positioning hole 25 is superposed with the center line of the chuck main body 2. The positioning hole 25 is used for connecting and positioning the clamping device with the inner shaft pivot 3.
The positioning hole 25 is a tapered hole. The tapered hole ensures that the shaft tip 3 of the inner shaft is inserted more and more tightly, and the two are matched more and more stably.
