1. A winding device, characterized in that it comprises:
the base comprises a partition board and a side board connected to the periphery of the partition board, the top surface of the partition board and the side board enclose to form an upper accommodating space, and the bottom surface of the partition board and the side board enclose to form a lower accommodating space;
the ratchet wheel is rotatably arranged in the upper accommodating space;
the control switch is used for controlling the ratchet wheel to maintain a rotated position and controlling the ratchet wheel to reset to an initial position;
the elastic piece is connected between the ratchet wheel and the partition plate and used for generating resetting force on the ratchet wheel; and
a wire including a first portion disposed in the upper receiving space and wound around the ratchet, the first portion having opposite first and second ends; the second part is arranged in the lower accommodating space and is provided with a third end and a fourth end which are opposite, the first end and the third end respectively extend out of the seat body, and the second end and the fourth end are electrically connected with each other.

The winding device according to claim 1, wherein a winding post protrudes from a top surface of the ratchet wheel, the first portion is wound around the winding post, the second end is provided with a plurality of first conductive portions, the fourth end is provided with a plurality of second conductive portions, the first conductive portions and the second conductive portions are electrically connected through a conductive element, and the conductive element is located at a center position of the ratchet wheel.

The winding device according to claim 2, wherein the conductive assembly comprises a plurality of conductive metal rings and a plurality of conductive elastic pieces, the plurality of conductive metal rings are stacked in the axial direction, each conductive metal ring extends to form a solder leg, and each solder leg is connected with a corresponding second conductive part in a welding manner; each conductive elastic sheet is provided with a welding end and an elastic end, each welding end is connected with one corresponding first conducting part in a welding mode, and each elastic end is in elastic butt joint with one corresponding conductive metal ring.

The winding device according to claim 3, wherein a mounting post for mounting the conductive metal ring is protruded from a central position of the partition, a plurality of mounting grooves are formed around an outer surface of the mounting post, the plurality of conductive metal rings are respectively mounted and fixed in the plurality of mounting grooves, and a leg of each conductive metal ring extends into the lower receiving space; the center of the ratchet wheel is provided with a through hole for containing the mounting column, the winding column is provided with a wire inlet groove communicated with the through hole, one end of the wire inlet groove communicated with the through hole extends towards one side to form a groove, the second end of the wire inlet groove is contained in the wire inlet groove, and the conductive elastic sheets are stacked in the groove.

The winding device according to claim 1, wherein a winding post is protruded from a top surface of the ratchet wheel, the first portion is wound around the winding post, a through hole is formed at a center position of the ratchet wheel, a wire inlet groove communicated with the through hole is formed in the winding post, a wire passing hole is formed in the partition plate, the second end is integrally connected with the fourth end through the wire inlet groove, the through hole and the wire passing hole in sequence, and the second portion is wound and accommodated in the lower accommodating space.

The winding device according to claim 1, wherein the side plate is provided with an opening on a side wall of the upper receiving space for receiving the control switch, the opening comprising a first opening portion extending along an axial direction of the side plate and a second opening portion extending along the axial direction of the side plate and communicating with the first opening portion; the control switch is a shifting lever, one end of the shifting lever is connected to the side wall of one end, away from the second opening, of the first opening, the other end of the shifting lever is provided with a clamping portion protruding out of the inner side face of the side plate and a shifting portion protruding out of the top face of the side plate for operation, and the clamping portion is used for being clamped with the teeth of the ratchet wheel.

The winding device according to claim 6, further comprising a surface cover and a bottom cover, wherein the surface cover is disposed on the top surface of the side plate, the bottom cover is disposed on the bottom surface of the side plate, the side edge of the surface cover is provided with a relief notch, and the shifting portion passes through the relief notch and is exposed out of the top of the surface cover.

The winding device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a return coil spring, a first positioning column is disposed on the top surface of the partition, a second positioning column is disposed on the bottom surface of the ratchet wheel, the first positioning column and the second positioning column are arranged in a staggered manner, and the return coil spring is wound between the first positioning column and the second positioning column.
