Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the wire clamp of the present application includes a metal piece 20 and an insulator 10 formed on the metal piece 20.
The metal part 20 includes a plate-shaped base 21, a welding fixing portion 22 formed by extending forward from the plate-shaped base 21, and an elastic side wall 23 formed by bending and extending upward from both lateral sides of the plate-shaped base 21. The plate-shaped base 21 and the welding fixing part 22 are on the same horizontal plane, and a notch 24 is formed at the rear end of the bottom of the plate-shaped base 21. The solder receiving opening 221 and the tape connecting portion 222 are provided at the front end edge of the solder fixing portion 22. The front and rear sides of the elastic side wall 23 are provided with arc-shaped grooves 231.
The insulator 10 includes a covering portion 11 covering an upper surface of the plate-shaped base portion 21, two side arms 12 extending upward from both lateral sides of the covering portion 11 and covering the elastic side walls 23, and an opening end 13 formed at an opposite upper side of the covering portion 11. The two side arms 12 extend oppositely to form an inverted hook 14 at one side of the opening end 13 to reduce the width of the opening end 13. The top ends of the two side arms 12 are formed with positioning openings 15 at positions corresponding to the elastic side walls 23, and the positioning openings 15 are used for positioning the elastic side walls 23 during injection molding.
The bottom surface of the covering portion 11 is flush with the bottom surfaces of the plate-shaped base portion 21 and the solder fixing portion 22. The notch 24 at the rear end of the plate-like base 21 is filled with the bottom surface of the covering portion 11. In the implementation, the plate-shaped base 21 and the welding fixing part 22 of the metal piece 20 are welded and fixed on the printed circuit board, the cable is clamped from the opening end 13 of the top of the two side arms 12 of the insulator 10 and limited by the inverted hook part 14, and the outer diameter of the cable is larger than the width of the opening end 13.
According to the wire clamp, the insulator 10 is integrally injection-molded on the elastic side wall 23 of the metal piece 20 formed by stamping, so that the insulator 10 is coated on the coating part 11 and the two side arms 12 of the plate-shaped base part 21 and the elastic side wall 23, a wire clamped between the two side arms 12 is not in contact with the metal piece 20, the signal transmission of the wire is prevented from being interfered, and the risk of short circuit of the elastic side wall 23 is reduced.
