Abstract
The disclosure relates to the field of keys of electronic products, in particular to a key limiting part for terminal equipment. The key limiting part for the terminal equipment comprises a U-shaped main body part, wherein the U-shaped main body part comprises a middle part and two end parts; wherein the middle part is provided with a first convex part; the two ends are respectively provided with opposite second convex parts. According to the key limiting part for the terminal equipment, the first convex part and the second convex part are arranged on the U-shaped main body part, so that the key can be limited, and an installer can conveniently install the key in a limited space.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of keys of electronic products, in particular to a key limiting part for terminal equipment.
Background
The keys of digital products or intelligent devices are generally assembled from outside to inside and from inside to outside, and the assembly from outside to inside has fewer requirements and restrictions on the shapes of the keys and the shell, so the keys are more widely applied. However, since the key is mounted outside the housing, the problem of preventing the key from falling off the housing needs to be solved, and a key position limiting member is needed. However, with the miniaturization and miniaturization of digital products, the conventional key limiting device is not easy to install and is not firm in installation, and the situation that the keys fall off is easily caused.

the two ends are respectively provided with opposite second convex parts.
According to the key limiting part for the terminal equipment, the first convex part and the second convex part are arranged on the U-shaped main body part, so that the key can be limited, and an installer can conveniently install the key in a limited space.

The key position limiter provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is used for terminal devices, including but not limited to mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a usage scenario of a key position limiter for a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the key 100 includes a key cap 110 and a key shaft 120, the key shaft 120 has two symmetrical recesses 121 and 122, and the key shaft 122 is disposed through a through hole of a middle frame 300 of the terminal device. The key stoppers 200 are engaged with the recesses 121 and 122 to prevent the keys 100 from falling off the middle frame 300 of the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a key position limiter 200 for a terminal device, which includes a U-shaped main body 210, wherein the U-shaped main body 210 includes a middle portion 220 and two substantially rectangular end portions 230 and 240. Wherein the middle portion 220 is provided with a first protrusion 221; the ends 230 and 240 are provided with opposite second protrusions 231 and 241, respectively.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the U-shaped body 210 having the opening can facilitate the installation of the key stopper on the key shaft, the second protrusions 231 and 241 oppositely disposed on the end portions 230 and 240 are used for cooperating with the concave portion of the key shaft to limit the key, and the first protrusion 221 disposed on the middle portion 220 can facilitate the clamping and installation of the key stopper 200 by the installer.
Therefore, the key limiting part for the terminal device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can limit the key and facilitate installation of an installer in a limited space by arranging the first convex part and the second convex part on the U-shaped main body part.
It should be noted that, the "U-shape" mentioned in the present disclosure refers to a shape having an opening, and all shapes including an opening are the "U-shape" referred to in the present disclosure, such as a-shape, C-shape, H-shape, M-shape, F-shape, and the like.
In some embodiments, the first protrusion is a bend.
Preferably, the bend is substantially perpendicular to the U-shaped main portion. The term "substantially perpendicular" means that the included angle between the bending portion and the U-shaped main body portion is between 75 degrees and 105 degrees. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the bending part is substantially perpendicular to the U-shaped main body part, so that the clamping and installation of an installer can be facilitated, and the space of the terminal device can be saved.
In some embodiments, the joint between the middle portion and the end portion is arched, so that the key position limiting member has high bending resistance in the process of clamping the key.
In some embodiments, the second protrusion is arc-shaped, so that the key position limiter is clamped and interference-fitted with the key.
In some embodiments, the second protrusion is located at a middle of each of the two end portions. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the second convex portions are respectively arranged in the middle of the two end portions, so that in the installation process of the key position limiting member, the bottom of the end portion is abutted against the upper portion of the bottom shell of the terminal device or other components, and the matching position of the second convex portion and the concave portion on the key shaft is positioned, so as to realize the complete matching and matching of the second convex portion and the concave portion of the key shaft.
In some embodiments, the intermediate portion is provided with a third protrusion on a side facing the U-shaped opening. Therefore, the third convex part can further limit the key, and the key is prevented from falling off from the terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the third protrusion is rectangular to increase an abutting area of the stopper structure with the key shaft. It should be noted that the rectangle in the present disclosure includes a rounded rectangle.

In some embodiments, the key position limiting part is integrally formed by punching and molding a metal plate, so that the key position limiting part has high strength and cannot be broken off in the installation and use processes.
Referring to fig. 3, a key position limiter 300 for a terminal device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure includes a U-shaped main body 310, which includes a middle portion 320 and two end portions 330 and 340, wherein the end portions 330 and 340 are respectively provided with second and third opposite convex portions 331 and 341, and the middle portion 320 is provided with a bent portion 321 and a third convex portion 322.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second protruding portions 331 and 341 are arc-shaped, so that the key position-limiting member and the key are clamped and interference-fitted; the bending part 321 is perpendicular to the U-shaped main body part 310, which not only facilitates clamping and installation, but also saves space of the terminal device; the rectangular bending part 321 further increases the clamping area so as to facilitate clamping and installation by an installer; the joints of the middle part 320 and the end parts 330 and 340 are both arched, so that the key position limiting part has higher bending resistance in the process of clamping the key. In addition, the second convex parts are respectively arranged in the middle parts of the two end parts, so that the matching positions of the second convex parts and the concave parts on the key shaft can be positioned by abutting the bottom parts of the end parts with the upper part of the bottom shell of the terminal equipment or other parts in the installation process of the key limiting part, and the complete matching of the second convex parts and the concave parts of the key shaft is realized.
In summary, the key position limiting member for the terminal device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can limit the key and facilitate installation of an installer in a limited space by arranging the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion on the U-shaped main body portion.

4. The key position limiter for a terminal device of claim 1, wherein the junction of said middle portion and said end portion is arcuate.
5. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the second protrusion is formed in a circular arc shape.
6. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the second protrusions are respectively located at the middle portions of both end portions.
7. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate portion is provided with a third projection on a side thereof facing the U-shaped opening.
8. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 7, wherein the third protrusion has a rectangular shape.
9. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the first protrusion has a rectangular shape.
10. The key position limiter for a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the key position limiter is integrally stamped and formed of a metal plate material.
