The present disclosure relates to a product testing apparatus.
Background
At present, intelligent hardware products generally have a screen touch interaction function and/or a voice interaction function, such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart sound box and the like. The detection of the functions and/or performances of the intelligent hardware products at different temperatures and/or different temperatures is an important link in the reliability detection. The existing detection equipment inspection box is a fully-sealed box body, and the box door needs to be opened when the function and/or performance of the intelligent hardware product is detected at a certain temperature point and/or humidity point, so that the temperature and/or humidity experienced by the intelligent hardware product can be changed, and the function and/or performance of the product at the certain temperature point and/or humidity point cannot be really tested. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a product testing apparatus includes: a box body for accommodating a product to be tested; and a touch screen detection operation part through which the touch screen of the product to be detected is operated from the outside of the case so that the touch function and/or performance of the touch screen is detected, wherein the inside of the case is maintained at a predetermined temperature and/or a predetermined humidity so that the function and/or performance of the product to be detected is detected under the condition of the predetermined temperature and/or the predetermined humidity.

Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, features in the embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a product testing device is provided. A schematic block diagram of a production testing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the product testing apparatus 10 may include a case 11 and a touch screen detection operating part 12.
The box 11 is used for accommodating a product (EUT) 20 to be detected, and the inside of the box 11 may be maintained at a predetermined temperature and/or a predetermined humidity, so that the function and/or performance of the product 20 may be detected Under the condition of the predetermined temperature and/or the predetermined humidity. In which, although only one product 20 is schematically shown in fig. 1, a plurality of products 20 can be put in the case 11 at a time.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the case 11 may be made of a metal material, and a viewing window 110 may be provided on one side of the case 11. Fig. 2 shows an internal block diagram of the device 10 according to one example of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the box 11 may include an inner box 112 and an outer box 113, and optionally, the inner box 112 may be made of stainless steel, and the outer box 113 may be made of cold-rolled steel, although it should be understood by those skilled in the art that other suitable metal materials may be used. Alternatively, a space may be left between the inner case 112 and the outer case 113, and the space may be filled with an insulation material 104, such as ultra-fine glass fiber insulation wool.
One side of the cabinet 11 may be opened to be used as a door. The product 20 is placed by opening the door. And in case the door is closed, to adjust the temperature and/or humidity so as to detect the product under preset conditions. Sealing materials and silica gel sealing structures can be adopted between the box door and the door frame, so that the temperature and/or humidity in the box body 11 can be guaranteed.
The observation window can be in the form of vacuum glass, for example, three layers of vacuum glass can be adopted, and an electric heating component can be arranged in the vacuum glass, so that the problem of condensation caused by the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the box body is prevented. In addition, for better product observation, the interior of the box body can be provided with a high and low temperature resistant lighting component, so that the product state can be clearly observed through the observation window.
According to an example of the present disclosure, at least one side of the case 11 may be transparent to observe a state of a product, and the transparent side may take the same form as the observation window, for example, formed of vacuum glass, or the like. The other sides of the case 11 may be the same form as that formed of a metal material. In addition, except that at least one side surface of the box body can be transparent, other structures of the embodiment can be the same as the form of the embodiment, and are not described again.
As shown in fig. 1, the touch screen detection operating part 12 may be a glove having a touch screen sensing function, through which a touch screen of a product is operated, so that the touch screen function and/or performance of the product is detected. The number of gloves is two, one end of each glove is fixed to the box 11 (for example, by gluing, etc.), and the sleeves of the two gloves extend inside the box. As shown in fig. 1, two operation holes are opened on one side surface of the cabinet 11, and two gloves are extended into the cabinet 11 through the two operation holes, and a gap between the operation holes and the gloves is sealed. When the product touch screen function or performance is detected, the two hands of a tester extend into the gloves to control the touch screen of the product, and the test result can be observed through an observation window and the like.
In a further embodiment of the present disclosure, the product testing device 10 may further include a sound collection part 13 and a sound playing part 14.
The sound collection unit 13 collects sound signals from the outside of the cabinet 11. The sound collection part 13 may be a microphone, for example, and it may be placed outside the case 11 and used to receive a sound of a tester or a sound emitted from an apparatus. The sound reproducing section 14 may be a speaker. The signal collected by the sound collection unit 13 can be processed by a power amplifier, and then provided to the sound playing unit 14, and then played by the sound playing unit 14. Thus, the voice playing part 14 plays the voice to detect the voice interaction function and/or performance of the product to be tested.
The sound collection part 13, the power amplifier and the loudspeaker 14 can be connected through wires, so that a wire inlet hole can be formed in one side surface of the box body, and the wire passes through the wire inlet hole and then is sealed by a rubber plug.
The sound playing part 14 is located inside the box 11, and the distance between the sound playing part 14 and the product 20 to be tested and/or the volume of the sound played by the sound playing part 14 can be adjusted, so that the voice interaction function and/or performance of the product to be tested can be detected under the conditions of different distances and/or different volumes. Although not shown in the drawings, as a specific example, a movable device, such as a slide rail or the like, may be provided inside the case, and the movable device may be fixed to the case on one side. And the sound playing part 14 may be disposed on the movable device, and the distance between the sound playing part 14 and the product 20 to be tested may be adjusted by controlling the movement of the movable device so that the sound playing part 14 moves.
When conducting a test for voice interaction, for example, a tester may issue a voice command to a microphone and observe the result of the test for the voice command by the product 20 through an observation window or the like.
According to a further embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the product testing apparatus 10 may further include: control system 100, refrigeration system 200, heating system 300, and temperature sensor 400. The control system 100 controls the refrigeration system 200 and/or the heating system 300 according to the detection value of the temperature sensor 400 so as to control the temperature inside the cabinet. Wherein the refrigerating system 200, the heating system 300 and the temperature sensor 400 may be disposed inside the cabinet 11.
A temperature sensor 400 for detecting the temperature of the inside of the case 11, wherein a PT100 temperature sensor or a thermocouple may be used as the temperature sensor 400. The heating system 300 is used as a temperature raising device for raising the temperature inside the box 11, wherein the heating system 300 may be composed of a high-power resistance wire, and a heater may also be provided at the bottom of the box 11, alternatively, a stainless steel fin heater may be selected in the present disclosure.
In one example, as shown, for example, in fig. 2, the heating system 300 may include a heating wire 301, a blower 302, and a blower motor 303. The blower motor 303 drives the blower 302 to rotate, and the generated wind is heated by the heating wire 301, and then the hot wind enters the box body 11, thereby heating the box body 11. The specific arrangement and operation of the three can adopt the existing means in the field.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, the refrigeration modes of the refrigeration system 200 can be divided into mechanical refrigeration and liquid nitrogen-assisted refrigeration, and the mechanical refrigeration can be vapor compression refrigeration, and for example, the refrigeration modes can include: a compressor 201, a receiver 202, a condenser 203, an evaporator 204, and the like. The selection and interaction of the various components may be made in a manner conventional in the art. In addition, in the practical application process, liquid nitrogen refrigeration is used as a supplement of mechanical refrigeration, for example, liquid nitrogen spray is used as a supplement in a rapid temperature change system to achieve the effect of rapid temperature reduction, wherein the liquid nitrogen refrigeration is realized by utilizing the principle that the system generates a large amount of heat when liquid nitrogen is changed from a liquid state to a gas state.
The control system 100 controls the refrigeration system 200 or the heating system 300 according to the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 400 so that the temperature of the inside of the cabinet 11 is equal to a predetermined temperature. Therefore, the performance or the function of the product 20 can be tested under the condition that the temperature in the box body is changed without opening the box door, so that the reliability level of the product at a certain temperature point can be accurately checked. Therefore, the situation that under the condition of the prior art, the temperature of the internal environment of the box body is changed due to the opening of the box, so that the function and the performance of a product at a certain temperature point cannot be accurately checked when the temperature in a high-temperature test is lower than the actual required temperature or the temperature in a low-temperature test is higher than the actual required temperature can be avoided. This can also avoid: opening the tank at low temperatures causes the product to dewy or frost and cause irreversible damage to the product.
According to a further embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the product testing apparatus 10 may further include: humidification system 500, dehumidification system 600, and humidity sensor 700.
The humidity sensor 700 is used for detecting the internal humidity of the box, wherein the humidity measuring method can include a dry-wet bulb thermometer measuring method and a solid-state electronic sensor direct measuring method, and other methods in the field can also be adopted.
The humidifying system 500 serves as a humidifying device for increasing the humidity inside the cabinet 11; a dehumidifying system 600 for reducing humidity inside the cabinet 11. Wherein the humidification system 500 may employ a steam humidification method, according to which low pressure steam may be injected into the case 11. The dehumidification system 600 can adopt a mechanical refrigeration dehumidification mode and a drying dehumidification mode, and the mechanical refrigeration dehumidification mode can cool air to the temperature below the dew point, so that water vapor with moisture content higher than the saturated moisture content is condensed and separated out, and the drying dehumidification mode can extract air in the box body and inject dry air into the box body, and meanwhile, the dryer which can recycle the wet air is used for drying, and the wet air is continuously sent into the box body after drying is finished, so that the dehumidification is carried out repeatedly.
For the humidity system of this embodiment, the control system 100 may be adapted to receive the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor 700 and control the humidification system 500 and/or the dehumidification system 600 according to the detected humidity value and the set humidity value, so as to adjust the temperature inside the cabinet 11.
Further, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, an air circulation system 800 may also be included, which may include a centrifugal fan and its drive motor. The control system 100 may control the air circulation system 800 to provide circulation of air within the enclosure.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, a rack 105, a sample rack 106 attached to the rack 105, and the like may be provided in the case 11 according to actual needs. These can be installed according to the actual setting requirement, and those skilled in the art should understand the setting mode according to the actual situation, and will not be described herein again.
According to the product testing equipment disclosed by the invention, the function and/or performance of touch interaction and/or voice interaction of the product can be verified without opening the product, so that the product can be tested under the condition of preset temperature and/or humidity more accurately.

Claims (10)

1. A product testing apparatus, comprising:
a box body for accommodating a product to be tested; and
a touch screen detection operation part, through which the touch screen of the product to be tested is operated from the outside of the case, so that the touch function and/or performance of the touch screen is detected,
wherein the interior of the box body is kept at a preset temperature and/or a preset humidity, so that the function and/or the performance of the product to be tested can be detected under the condition of the preset temperature and/or the preset humidity.
2. The product testing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a sound collection unit for collecting a sound signal from the outside of the cabinet; and
a sound playing part for playing the collected sound signal in the box body,
and the voice interaction function and/or performance of the product to be tested are/is detected through the voice played by the voice playing part.

The product testing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the touch screen detection operating part is a glove having a touch screen sensing function, through which the touch screen of the product to be tested is operated, so that the touch screen function and/or performance of the product to be tested is detected.

9. The product testing apparatus as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the inside of the case is maintained at a predetermined temperature so as to test the function of the product to be tested under the condition of the predetermined temperature,
the test apparatus further comprises:
a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature inside the case;
a temperature raising device for raising a temperature inside the case;
the cooling device is used for reducing the temperature inside the box body; and
and the temperature control device is used for controlling the heating device or the cooling device according to the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor so as to enable the temperature inside the box body to be equal to the preset temperature.
