本实用新型涉及一种用透明塑料薄片来制作放大镜片,属文具类产品。
人们日常生活看书、地质的矿石选料,军队的地图都离不开放大镜。而现有的放大镜形状均为中间厚、边缘薄的凸透镜,且材料一般由玻璃制成,其弊病在于放大镜随倍数增加,而使厚度加大,不易携带;而若要制作成较大的放大镜,又显得十分笨重;且价格昂贵。因此,人们希望有一种价格低廉、携带方便、轻巧的放大镜。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低、加工容易、便于携带的超薄形放大镜片。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来实现,首先用拉膜机将透明塑料制作成厚度适度的透明薄片,根据制作放大镜的大小来选择塑料透明薄片的厚度,然后对塑料薄片的一端进行纹路加工,纹路在单位面积上越密则清瞬度越高,加工纹路时,塑料薄片的中部纹路较细,而边缘部纹路较粗,纹路的方向与塑料平面呈凸形。
下面结合实施例以及附图作进一步描述。

如图1所示,将塑料加工成厚度为1mm的透明塑料片,在薄片平面上加工纹路呈凸面形状3,凸面3相对于平面1呈拱形,凸面2同平面1垂直;放大镜的倍数是靠改变凸面3的弧度来决定。图2所示薄片中部的纹路4相对于薄片边缘的纹路5较浅。
本实用新型的特点在于成本低,加工容易携带方便,可将薄片镶入书内,在制作较大尺寸放大镜时,显得轻巧。是军队人员,地质工作者,人们日常生活看书报的理想的放大工具。

Claims (3)

1、一种由透明塑料制作的超薄形放大镜片,特征在于塑料薄片一面是平面,另一面无数圆弧形小凸面,放大镜的放大倍数是靠改变凸面3的弧度来决定的。
2、如权利要求1所述超薄形放大镜片,特征在于凸面中部纹路较细,边缘部分纹路较深。
3、如权利要求1所述超薄形放大镜片,特征在于凸面3相对于平面1呈拱形。
