An application method of this embodiment is that, when performing storage, it may be preset: in the same storage box, the types of the stored articles are consistent, so that the single-piece weight is also consistent; in addition, the articles in the application are real objects counted by taking the number as a unit during conventional statistics; for example: cell phones, ammunition, and the like; and the individual piece weight here is the average weight of the kind;
the purpose of measuring the total weight of the articles in the storage box can be achieved by arranging a corresponding weight measuring device 2 at the bottom of the storage box;
generally, the weight measured by the weight measuring device 2 is included in the storage box 1, and therefore, in order to obtain the weight of the articles in the storage box 1, the weight of the storage box 1 itself needs to be subtracted; the total weight M of the articles in the storage box 1 and the weight M of each article are obtained and are divided to obtain the number N, so that in practical application, the weight of each article is not completely consistent with the weight M of each article, and therefore, in order to prevent the situation that M cannot be divided completely due to individual difference, only final quotient is needed to be subjected to approximate processing to obtain the nearest integer N; for example: when M is 15.8; m is 2; the resulting quotient was 7.9, and the number of articles was 8 if the nearest integer was 8. In particular, the present application relates to protection of structural aspects, the specific calculation process is a specific application of the apparatus of the present application, and the related calculation method is easily implemented by those skilled in the art based on the present application.
Specifically, the on-site distributed storage device facing to on-demand use realized in the application can be deployed to the terminal node in a 0-distance and large-scale dispersed manner, can be deployed flexibly in a space without a warehouse, provides full self-service on-demand service in a service site, and is provided with a weight measuring device 2 in each storage box 1. All the boxes are weighed and door opening state data are fed back to the cloud through a main control system in the cabinet body, and management and checking of intelligent ammunition entering and exiting management can be completed when the intelligent ammunition door is applied to the military field.
In some embodiments, the storage apparatus as described above, further comprising: a cabinet body 4; the cabinet body 4 is provided with at least one accommodating part, and the weight measuring device 2 and the storage box 1 are sequentially arranged in the accommodating part from bottom to top.
Generally, the cabinet 4 may be rectangular parallelepiped and the accommodating portion is generally rectangular parallelepiped for facilitating the insertion of the storage box 1 and the smooth insertion of the storage box, and the shape of at least the bottom of the storage box 1 is consistent with the shape of the accommodating portion and the size of other portions is not larger than the size of the accommodating portion in order to allow the storage box 1 to be smoothly inserted into the accommodating portion; preferably, the weight measuring device 2 with high accuracy may be selected so that the measurement accuracy reaches the order of 1g (gram).
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the stocker, as described above, further comprises: a bin gate 12;
the shape of the bin gate 12 is matched with the shape of the opening of the accommodating part; and can be opened and closed at the opening of the containing part.
Generally, the bin door 12 can be connected with the cabinet 4 in an openable and closable manner through a fixed connecting member such as a door shaft or a drawer-type slide rail connection; the corresponding bin door 12 is arranged relative to the storage box 1 designed in an open mode, so that stored articles can be prevented from being directly exposed to the outside in the storage process, and the influence of factors such as direct sunlight, wind, rain and the like which easily cause article aging or deterioration is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the stocker, as described above, further comprises: the electronic lock comprises an electronic lock 5 and an electronic lock communication interface module 61 for enabling the electronic lock 5 to communicate with the master control system 3;
the electronic lock 5 is arranged on one side of the accommodating part, is matched with the position of the bin door 12, and is used for locking the bin door 12 on the cabinet body 4;
the electronic lock 5 is electrically connected with the master control system 3 through the electronic lock communication interface module 61; generally, one or more interfaces in the electronic lock communication interface module 61 are provided, and the interfaces corresponding to all the electronic locks 5 in the same cabinet 4 are integrated on the same electronic lock communication interface module 61;
the different electronic lock communication interface modules 61 can be connected in series with each other.
Specifically, the electronic lock communication interface module 61 may be a communication interface module capable of implementing a communication mode such as serial line, can bus, mini USB, or 485, as long as it is capable of implementing communication with the main control system 3; preferably, as shown in fig. 6, different electronic lock communication interface modules 61 can be connected in series, so that only one master control system 3 needs to be present, the number of electronic lock communication interface modules 61 can be expanded in a number by connecting in series, and the number of master control systems 3 can be reduced, thereby effectively reducing the cost.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, such as the aforementioned bin, the weight measuring device 2 includes: a weight sensor 21, an acrylic plate 22, and a metal plate 23;
an acrylic plate 22 is fixedly arranged on the lower bottom surface of the weight sensor 21;
the upper surface of the weight inductor 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the storage box 1 through a metal plate 23 and an acrylic plate 22 which are fixedly connected in sequence; since the acrylic plate 22 is not as hard as metal, the stability of the fixation between the upper surface of the weight sensor 21 and the bottom surface of the storage case 1 can be enhanced by adding the metal plate 23;
the weight sensor 21 is also electrically connected to the main control system 3.
Specifically, the weight sensor 21, the acrylic plate 22 and the metal plate 23 may be fixedly connected by bolts or adhesion; preferably, in order to ensure the long-term stability of the fixing mode, bolt fixing is generally adopted; and the acrylic plate 22 has strong impact resistance which is sixteen times of that of common glass, and is suitable for being installed in a zone which needs safety particularly. In addition, the insulation performance is excellent, and the insulation requirement between the weight sensor 21 and other device equipment is met.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the stocker, as described above, further comprises: a weight sensor communication interface module 62 for communicating the weight sensor 21 with the main control system 3;
the weight sensor 21 is electrically connected with the master control system 3 through the weight sensor communication interface module 62;
the different weight sensor communication interface modules 62 can be connected in series with each other.
Specifically, the weight sensor communication interface module 62 may be a communication interface module capable of implementing communication modes such as serial line, can bus, miniUSB, or 485, as long as it can implement communication with the main control system 3; preferably, as shown in fig. 6, different weight sensor communication interface modules 62 can be connected in series, so that only one main control system 3 is needed, the number of weight sensor communication interface modules 62 can be expanded in series, the number of main control systems 3 can be reduced, and the cost can be effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, such as the aforementioned stocker, the master control system 3 includes: a processing module 31 and a communication module 32 electrically connected to each other;
the communication module 32 includes: the device comprises a wired communication module, a wireless communication module and a 4G communication module.
Specifically, the processing module 31 may be a processing unit with a certain data processing capability, such as a single chip microcomputer, and the communication module 32 includes a wired communication module, a wireless communication module, and a 4G communication module, so that the application apparatus can be adapted to be used in different communication environments.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, in the storage device as described above, the storage box 1 is in the shape of an unclosed rectangular parallelepiped with openings at both the top and the front, and the front end of the bottom of the storage box 1 is provided with a horizontally arranged strip-shaped barrier, and the storage box 1 is further provided with a supporting plate 11 with a shape corresponding to the bottom above the bottom inside the box. Specifically, because the storage box 1 is arranged in the accommodating part, and the top of the accommodating part is not open, the storage box 1 adopts the dustpan-shaped arrangement in this embodiment, so that three sides of the side surface can be attached to three vertical sides of the accommodating part, and the stability during placement is ensured. The front end of the bottom surface of the storage box 1 is provided with a horizontally arranged strip-shaped barrier strip, so that the whole storage box 1 can be kept in the storage box through the strip-shaped barrier strip when articles are placed in the storage box 1. Because the bottom surface of the storage box 1 is fixedly connected with other devices through bolts and has welding parts and the like, the bottom surface is uneven, and the stability of articles placed on the uneven bottom surface is poor, a supporting plate 11 with the same shape as the bottom surface is arranged above the bottom surface of the storage box 1 in the box body, so that the uneven bottom surface can be covered to form a flat bottom surface.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the storage device, a limiting plate 44 is fixed on the bottom surface of the opening of the accommodating portion, and the space inside the accommodating portion partitioned by the limiting plate 44 is adapted to the shape of the storage box 1, so that the storage box 1 is limited in the accommodating portion by the limiting plate 44. Therefore, the entire articles in the storage box 1 can be further retained in the storage box 1, and rolling of objects, such as circles, which are easy to roll, out of the storage box 1 can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 6, the main control system 3 may connect a plurality of electronic lock communication interface modules 61 and weight sensor communication interface modules 62, so that parallel connection of different cabinets 4 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, such as the aforementioned stocker, the cabinet 4 comprises: a first row of cabinets 41 and a second row of cabinets 42; one or more accommodating parts are respectively arranged on the first row of cabinets 41 and the second row of cabinets 42; a control device installation groove 43 is further arranged between the first row of cabinet bodies 41 and the second row of cabinet bodies 42, and the main control system 3 and the weight measuring device 2 are arranged in the control device installation groove 43. By adopting the arrangement, the main control system 3 and the weight measuring device 2 can be distinguished from the storage box 1, and the main control system 3 and the weight measuring device 2 can be conveniently installed and debugged;
