Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a forming die 100 of a manufacturing die for a safety toe box assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, a manufacturing mold for a safety shoe cover assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a molding die 100, and the molding die 100 is made of industrial silicone. A molding groove 110 for pouring hot melt is formed at the upper side of the molding die 100, the upper end of the molding groove 110 is an open opening 111, and the shape of the opening 111 corresponds to the shape of the end surface of the rear side edge of the toe cap 8, so that the rear side edge of the toe cap 8 can be inserted into the molding groove 110. The overall shape of the mold 100 in fig. 3 is merely exemplary, and is not limited thereto, and is designed to be fitted to the outer frame 200, which will be described later. In the case where the molding groove 110 can be secured, the molding die 100 may be designed in various shapes according to different needs. For example, the entire shape of the molding die 100 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylindrical body, or the like, and the molding groove 110 may be formed on the upper side of the rectangular parallelepiped or cylindrical body of the molding die 100. In addition, the material of the forming mold 100 may be industrial silicone rubber with appropriate hardness, and since the industrial silicone rubber has non-stick property with respect to the hot melt adhesive, after the hot melt adhesive is poured into the forming groove 110, the hot melt adhesive which is finally cooled and solidified will not stick to the inner wall of the forming groove 110. Furthermore, since the industrial silicone rubber has a good elasticity, the forming die 100 made of the industrial silicone rubber has tolerance characteristics so that the form and position tolerance of each cap workpiece can be well accommodated when the rear side edge of the ferrule 8 is inserted into the forming groove 110.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line a-a' in fig. 3, illustrating a state where the rear side edge of the shell head 8 is inserted into the forming groove 110 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, when the rear side edge of the toe cap 8 is inserted into the molding groove 110, the molding groove 110 has a width in cross section larger than the thickness of the toe cap 8 at least within the insertion depth of the toe cap 8, thereby not only facilitating the insertion of the rear side edge of the toe cap 8 into the molding groove 110 but also increasing the bonding area of the toe cap 8 with the hot melt adhesive 7. In addition, the width of the molding groove 110 in cross section is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that after the hot melt adhesive 7 is cured and adhered to the rear side edge of the toe box 8, the end of the hot melt adhesive 7 is thinner and softer than the other portions, thereby making it possible to reduce irritation of the toe box assembly (i.e., the combination of the toe box 8 and the hot melt adhesive 7) to the instep of the wearer of the safety shoe.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a molding die 100 provided with an outer frame 200 on its outer circumferential surface according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the forming die 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an outer frame 200 made of metal on an outer circumferential surface thereof. For this purpose, the outer frame 200 is formed with a mounting through-hole 210 that matches the outer contour of the molding die 100. The molding die 100 is fitted into the mounting through-hole 210 of the outer frame 200. Since the outer frame 200 supports the outer periphery of the molding die 100, the molding die 100 (particularly, the molding groove 110) can be secured from being deformed during use, thereby improving the accuracy and the life of the molding die 100. In addition, a chucking table (not shown) having a shape corresponding to the boss 120 (see fig. 3) formed at the bottom of the molding die 100 may be formed at the mounting through hole 210 at the bottom of the outer frame 200. At this time, since the boss 120 at the bottom of the molding die 100 is engaged with the catch at the bottom of the outer frame 200, the molding die 100 can be prevented from being separated upward from the outer frame 200. In addition, since the outer frame 200 is made of a metal material such as aluminum or copper, and has good thermal conductivity, after the hot melt adhesive 7 is poured into the molding groove 110 of the molding die 100, the outer frame 200 easily absorbs and dissipates heat of the molding die 100, and thus the cooling rate of the hot melt adhesive 7 can be increased.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the ferrule holder 300 further provided on the basis of fig. 5, and fig. 7 is a side view of fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a ferrule holder 300 may be further disposed above the molding die 100. The ferrule holder 300 is coupled to a connector 400 fixedly installed at one side of the upper portion of the housing 200, that is, one end of the connector 400 is coupled to one side of the upper portion of the housing 200 and the other end of the connector 400 is coupled to the ferrule holder 300, whereby the ferrule holder 300 is suspended above the molding die 100. Preferably, the outer contour of the ferrule holder 300 corresponds to the inner contour of the ferrule, so that the ferrule holder 300 can be stably fixed to the ferrule holder 300 when the ferrule is covered on the ferrule holder 300, thereby improving the accuracy of inserting the rear side edge of the ferrule into the molding groove 110. Here, the connection between the connector 400 and the outer frame 200 and the connection between the connector 400 and the ferrule holder 300 may be screw-coupled using a fastening member such as a bolt, a nut, or a screw, so as to be easily attached and detached. Of course, the connection method is not limited to this, and any other connection method that can be attached and detached may be used, and a connection method such as welding or caulking may be used.
In addition, although not shown in the drawings, a cooling unit may be provided inside the outer wall or wall body of the outer frame 200. Specifically, a heat radiation fin may be provided on an outer wall of the outer frame 200 to increase a heat radiation area of the outer frame 200, or a refrigerant flow line may be formed in a wall body of the outer frame 200 to flow a liquid or gas for cooling therein, thereby improving cooling efficiency.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of the outer frame 200 formed by the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the outer frame 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be composed of a front frame 220 and a rear frame 230. At this time, the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230 may be separated from and closed with each other. The catching portion 131 of the molding die 100 as shown in fig. 3 and 5 may be engaged with the catching portion 231 of the rear frame 230 so that the molding die 100 can continuously maintain a state of being fixedly disposed inside the rear frame 230 when the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230 are separated from each other. In this way, after the hot melt adhesive poured into the molding groove 110 of the molding die 100 is cooled and solidified in the state where the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230 are closed to each other, the front frame 220 can be separated from the rear frame 230 first, and at this time, since the supporting force of the front frame 220 against the front side of the molding die 100 is eliminated, the solidified hot melt adhesive can be more easily pulled out from the molding groove 110. Of course, it is obvious that the forming die 100 may be fixedly disposed at the inner side of the front frame 220 by simply changing the forming positions of the engaging portion and the locking portion.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view showing an array arrangement of the manufacturing mold 1 for the safety toe box assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of manufacturing molds 1 of the safety toe box assembly may be arranged in an array. In fig. 9, each small square unit is a manufacturing mold 1 of the safety toe box assembly. The array arrangement of rows and five columns shown in the figure is only exemplary and not limiting, and an array arrangement of m × n, where m and n are both natural numbers greater than or equal to 1, may be adopted as required. The manufacturing mold 1 with the plurality of safe shoe cover head components arranged in the array can greatly improve the production efficiency and is more suitable for an automatic production line.
The structure and structure of the manufacturing mold of the safety shoe cover assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention are described in detail above. Next, a manufacturing process of the safety toe box assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Fig. 10 is a flow chart of a process for manufacturing a safety toe box assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the manufacturing process of the safety toe box assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention is performed using the manufacturing mold as described above, which may include steps S100 to S400 as follows.
In step S100, the hot melt adhesive 7 in a softened and fluidized state is poured into a molding groove 110 provided in a molding die 100 of the manufacturing mold 1. The softening point of the hotmelt 7 is generally 120 ℃. When pouring the hot melt adhesive 7 into the molding groove 110, a single-point pouring or a multi-point pouring manner may be adopted, for example, the hot melt adhesive 7 may be poured into the molding groove 110 at least one of the two ends or the middle position of the opening 111 of the molding groove 110.
In step S200, the back side edge of the toe cap 8 is inserted into the molding groove 110 so that a portion of the back side edge of the toe cap 8 is immersed in the hot melt adhesive 7. At this time, after the toe cap 8 is gripped by a robot (not shown), the rear edge of the toe cap 8 is inserted into the molding groove 110 while the robot keeps gripping the toe cap 8. Alternatively, when the ferrule holder 300 is provided on the upper side of the housing 200, the ferrule 8 may be covered on the ferrule holder 300, and at this time, since the ferrule holder 300 is positioned above the molding die 100, the rear edge of the ferrule 8 can be naturally inserted into the molding groove 110. Here, as shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that the outer side surface of the rear side edge of the toe cap 8 is closely attached to the inner side wall of the molding groove 110, so that the cured hot melt adhesive 7 is prevented from being outwardly arched with reference to the outer side surface of the rear side edge of the toe cap 8, and the flatness of the upper after the toe cap 8 is wrapped can be ensured.
In step S300, the forming mold 100 is cooled until the hot melt adhesive 7 is cured and adhered to the rear side edge of the ferrule 8. Here, the cooling method may be at least one of natural cooling, forced air cooling, and a cooling method using the cooling unit.
In step S400, the toe cap 8 to which the solidified hot melt adhesive 7 is bonded is pulled out from the molding groove 100. Since the forming mold 100 is made of industrial silicone rubber, which is non-adhesive with respect to the hot melt adhesive 7, it is possible to easily perform mold release without using an additional mold release agent. Of course, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the release agent may be used. Further, when the boss 120 of the bottom of the molding die 100 is engaged with the catch of the bottom of the outer frame 200, the molding die 100 can be prevented from being separated upward from the outer frame 200 when the mold is removed. In addition, when the outer frame 200 is formed of the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230, the front frame 220 and the rear frame 230 may be separated, and then the toe cap 8 to which the cured hot melt adhesive 7 is bonded may be pulled out. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hot melt adhesive 7 adhered to the rear side edge of the toe cap 8 is obtained after cooling and solidifying the hot melt adhesive in a flowing state, and thus, compared with the edge gasket 9 of the prior art, it is not necessary to provide a notch.
The scope of the claims of the present invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments described above. Various other embodiments of modifications or alterations that can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention described in the claims should also be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
