1. An emergency tracheotomy device, comprising: comprises a placing table for placing medical equipment, a lifting device, an operating table for tracheotomy and a placing box with an opening formed at the upper end for placing tracheotomy first-aid products;
the lifting device is vertically fixed in the middle of the rear part of the upper end surface of the object placing table; the operating platform is erected right above the object placing platform, and the rear middle part of the lower bottom surface of the operating platform is connected with the top of the lifting device; the upper end surface of the storage box is abutted against the lower bottom surface of the operating platform, and the front middle part of the upper end surface of the storage box is rotatably connected with the front middle part of the operating platform through a rotating shaft piece which penetrates through the front middle part of the operating platform from top to bottom; an operating handle connected with the rotating shaft piece is fixedly arranged in the front middle part of the upper end face of the operating platform;
when the operating handle is rotated, the storage box can be rotated to enable the upper end opening to be completely exposed out of the lower bottom surface of the operating platform.
2. The emergency tracheotomy device of claim 1, wherein: the universal rotating wheel with the braking parts is also provided; the four universal rotating wheels are correspondingly and fixedly arranged at four corners of the lower bottom surface of the object placing table.

The emergency tracheotomy device of claim 5, wherein: the front edge of the opening at the upper end of the article placing box is provided with an indicating label for indicating the information of articles stored in the placing grids at the opposite positions corresponding to the positions of the first placing grid, the fourth placing grid and the seventh placing grid;
