The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 4, wherein said free support (28) is U-shaped, both ends of said free support (28) are threaded with said free adjustment bolt (29) in a through manner, the respective first ends of said free adjustment bolts (29) are hinged with said free jaw (30), wherein:
the free adjusting bolts (29) can rotate around respective central axes thereof;
the distance between the free clamping piece (30) and the free bracket (28) can be increased or decreased when the free adjusting bolt (29) rotates around the central axis thereof.
6. The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 4, wherein said working disk (14) is cylindrical, said working disk (14) being provided with an adjustment slot (26) extending axially therethrough, said free mounting block (34) being provided with said free adjustment rod (24), wherein:
the free adjusting rod (24) is cylindrical, the axial direction of the free adjusting rod (24) is parallel to the length direction of the free mounting block (34), the free adjusting rod (24) is movably connected with the working disc (14) in a mode of penetrating through the adjusting groove (26), and the free adjusting rod comprises:
a free end of the free adjusting rod (24) is in threaded connection with a free adjusting nut (25), and the free adjusting nut (25) can enable the free mounting block (34) to abut against or separate from the working disc (14) in a manner of rotating around a central axis of the free adjusting rod (24);
in the case that the free mounting block (34) is disengaged from the operating plate (14) and the free mounting block (34) is subjected to an external force, the distance between the free clamping device and the fixed clamping device can be increased or decreased in such a manner that the free adjustment rod (24) slides in the adjustment groove (26).
7. The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 6, wherein said height adjusting sleeve (4) is coaxially provided on the upper end surface of said working disk (14), and said height adjusting sleeve (4) is provided with a locking pulling disk (5), wherein:
the height adjusting sleeve (4) can rotate around the central axis of the height adjusting stud (6);
the distance between the clamping device and the horizontal adjusting block (12) can be increased or decreased when the height adjusting sleeve (4) rotates around the central axis of the height adjusting stud (6).

The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 7, wherein a locking handle (11) is threadedly connected to the horizontal adjusting block (12) in a penetrating manner, and a first tensioning screw (10) and a second tensioning screw (13) are slidably mounted on the horizontal adjusting block (12) in a penetrating manner and in parallel with the axial direction of the height adjusting stud (6), respectively, wherein:
the first end of the first tensioning screw rod (10) is provided with a first tensioning baffle (23), the first end of the second tensioning screw rod (13) is provided with a second tensioning baffle (22), the first tensioning baffle (23) can abut against or be separated from the locking pull disc (5) by the first tensioning screw rod (10) in an axial sliding mode along the first tensioning screw rod, and in addition, the first tensioning baffle (23) can abut against or be separated from the locking pull disc (5) by the first tensioning screw rod (10)
The second tensioning screw (13) can enable the second tensioning baffle (22) to abut against or be separated from the locking pull disc (5) in a mode of sliding along the axial direction of the second tensioning screw.
9. The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 7, wherein a first passive clamping block (3) is arranged at a first end of the support beam (15), a first fastening screw (2) is mounted on the first active clamping block (1) in a penetrating manner, and the first active clamping block (1) is movably connected with the first passive clamping block (3) in a manner that the first fastening screw (2) penetrates through the first passive clamping block (3).
10. The universal vertebral body repositor according to claim 9, wherein a second passive clamping block (8) is provided at a second end of the support beam (15), a second fastening screw (9) is mounted on the second active clamping block (7) in a penetrating manner, and the second active clamping block (7) is movably connected with the second passive clamping block (8) in a manner that the second fastening screw (9) penetrates the second passive clamping block (8).
