A restraining strap 20 is connected to the cover 10 and is adapted to secure the cover 10 to the body so that the annular opening P101 is applied to the body surface. A negative pressure device 30 communicates with the annular chamber P10 for pumping the annular chamber P10 to create a negative pressure effect.
That is, the covering member 10 can be fixed on the body surface of the patient by the restraining band 20, and under the action of the restraining band 20, the covering member 10 is pressed against the body surface with a certain pressure, in this state, the annular opening P101 at the bottom of the annular cavity P10 on the covering member 10 is pressed against the body surface to form a closed state, and then when the annular cavity P10 is sucked by the negative pressure device 30, a negative pressure effect can be generated in the annular cavity P10. In addition, the wound is exposed in the central hole H10 of the cover member 10, and correspondingly, the annular chamber P10 is located around the wound, so that the negative pressure in the annular chamber P10 acts on the tissue around the wound.
According to the embodiment of the utility model provides an intervention art pressurization nursing device utilizes the constraint piece to tighten covering 10 on the human body, utilizes covering 10 to generate pressure around the wound, can play the effect of hemostasis by compression to a certain extent, and simultaneously, and annular chamber P10 on the covering 10 is connected with vacuum apparatus 30, utilizes vacuum apparatus 30 to annular chamber P10 suction, and then makes and produce the vacuum effect in annular chamber P10, utilizes the vacuum effect to promote the growth of tissue around the wound for wound healing. In addition, the wound is exposed in the central hole H10, is ventilated and convenient for wound care, such as medicine application or cleaning, and the like, and thus, the problems of easy inflammation, ulceration and the like of the wound can be prevented to a certain extent.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the covering member 10 includes an annular protrusion 101 and a base portion 102, wherein the central hole H10 penetrates through the annular protrusion 101, the annular cavity P10 is formed in the annular protrusion 101, and the annular opening is located on the bottom surface of the annular protrusion. A base part 102 is formed to extend outward in a horizontal direction from an outer peripheral edge of the annular protrusion 101, and the restraining band 20 is coupled to the base part 102.
In the example of fig. 1, the base portion 102 extends along a horizontal direction, the annular protrusion 101 protrudes upwards, and the restraining strip 20 includes a first strip 201 and a second strip 202, where the first strip 201 and the second strip 202 are respectively located at two sides of the annular protrusion 101 and are respectively connected to two sides of the base portion 102.
When the pressure-sensitive adhesive bandage is used, the central hole H10 corresponds to the position of a wound on a human body, the first belt body 201 and the second belt body 202 are wound on the human body, the free ends of the first belt body 201 and the second belt body 202 are connected together through the magic tape, the buckle 103 and the like, the annular opening P101 of the annular convex part 101 is pressed and attached to the body surface of the human body through the pulling force of the restraining belt 20, and finally the negative pressure device 30 is used for sucking to generate the negative pressure effect.
In this embodiment, adopt the covering 10 of above-mentioned structure, its simple structure, the processing production of being convenient for simultaneously, make under the effect of constraint area 20, ensure that annular opening P101 can closely laminate on human body surface, improve sealed effect, simultaneously, improve the hemostasis by compression effect.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the annular protrusion 101 is formed as a trapezoid with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, so that under the action of the pulling force of the restraining belt 20, the annular protrusion 101 is pressed downward on the body surface, the two side walls of the annular cavity P10 are easily deformed by expansion toward the two sides, so that the annular opening P101 is pressed and attached on the body surface, so as to form a better sealing effect and a compression hemostasis effect.
Advantageously, the inner periphery of the annular protrusion 101 extends horizontally towards the inside to form a lip 105, said lip 105 being coplanar with said base part 102. Thus, when the cover 10 is pressed and attached to the body surface of a human body by the restraining belt 20, the contact area between the lip part 105 and the base part 102 is large, on one hand, the stress area can be increased, the stress of the unit area is reduced, further, the blood supply insufficiency and the pain caused by the overlarge pressure are avoided, and on the other hand, the sealing effect between the annular opening P101 and the body surface of the human body is better.

When flip 11 of exerting pressure is in when the closed position, flip 11 of exerting pressure with the laminating of the upper surface of annular bellying 101, in order to close the cavity hole, work as flip 11 of exerting pressure overturns to when the open position, flip 11 of exerting pressure keeps away from the bellied upper surface of annular, in order to open the cavity hole.
That is, the pressure applying flip 11 is pivotally connected to the annular protrusion 101 and can be turned between an open position and a closed position, when the wound needs to be compressed, the dressing can be filled in the central hole H10, so that the dressing covers the wound (such as gauze, etc.), and then the pressure applying flip 11 is turned to the closed position, at this time, the pressure applying flip 11 closes the central hole H10 and generates a certain pressure to the dressing in the central hole H10, thereby performing the compression hemostasis function on the wound. When the wound needs to be nursed, for example, dressing change, dressing application, wound cleaning and the like are performed, the pressure applying flip cover 11 is rotated to the open position, at this time, the central hole H10 is opened, the dressing is taken out for replacement, or the dressing application, the wound cleaning and the like are performed, and after the nursing is completed, the pressure applying flip cover 11 is rotated to the closed position.
Therefore, the pressure applying turnover cover 11 can play a role in hemostasis by compression, and the wound nursing operation is performed by medical workers conveniently, so that the pressure applying turnover cover is simple in structure and convenient to use.
It should be noted that, in the initial stage after the intervention operation is completed, the wound is not healed, and therefore, the bleeding amount is large, and therefore, the dressing on the wound is compressed by the pressure applying flip 11, so that a better hemostatic effect can be achieved, and the hemostatic healing of the wound is accelerated.
