When the button 63 of the locking hook 6 is pressed, one side of the connecting rod 61, which faces away from the button 63, abuts against the elastic arm 123, and the elastic arm 123 is compressed to deform, at the moment, the connecting rod 61 rotates through the rotating shaft 62, so that one end of the connecting rod 61, which is provided with the hook 64, tilts, and the hook 64 is separated from a clamping groove in a charging socket. When the button 63 of the locking hook 6 is released, the elastic arm 123 pushes the connecting rod 61 to rotate due to the elastic potential energy stored by compression, so that the end of the connecting rod 61 where the hook 64 is arranged moves downward, and the hook 64 is clamped with the slot on the charging socket.
It can be understood that, in order to avoid that the elastic arm 123 pushes the end of the connecting rod 61 where the button 63 is disposed to reset due to the elastic potential energy stored in compression, the button 63 is separated from the first through hole 16 of the mounting shell 1, the periphery of the button 63 is provided with a boss, and the boss is abutted against the inner wall of the mounting shell 1 at the periphery of the first through hole 16 to realize the limiting. Of course, the support posts 122 also serve as a limit to the rotation of the link 61. In order to make the end of the connecting rod 61, which is provided with the hook 64, not influenced by the second through hole 17, the second through hole 17 is arranged in a shape of a long strip hole, so that the connecting rod 61 is not influenced by the second through hole 17 when rotating.
In this embodiment, in order to guide the end of the connecting rod 61 where the hook 64 is arranged when moving in the second through hole 17, a guide plate is further protruded from the end of the connecting rod 61 adjacent to the hook 64, and the extending direction of the guide plate is the same as the protruding direction of the button 63.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the mounting case 1 includes a left case 12 and a right case 11 detachably connected, and the left case 12 and the right case 11 enclose to form an accommodating chamber 1a and a first mounting hole 13 and a second mounting hole 14 communicating with the accommodating chamber 1 a.
It can be understood that the left shell 12 and the right shell 11 of the mounting shell 1 adopt a detachable connection mode, which is beneficial to the assembly of the mounting shell 1, the gun head assembly 2, the wire clamp 3 sleeved on the cable 4 and the chip assembly 5. Alternatively, the left housing 12 and the right housing 11 may be detachably connected by a snap connection, a plug fit, a screw connection, or a pin connection, which is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the left casing 12 and the right casing 11 are connected by a buckle or a screw, and play a role in protecting, installing and fixing the internal components of the charging gun 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, an end of the lance head assembly 2 away from the mounting shell 1 is provided with a plug-in groove 22, and a bottom wall of the plug-in groove 22 is convexly provided with a terminal 23 connected with the socket. It can be understood that, rifle head assembly 2 is when filling the socket plug of electric pile, and the terminal in the socket inserts in inserting groove 22 and is connected with terminal 23, so can effectively realize charging rifle 100 and fill electric pile and switch on the time, guarantee the steadiness of connecting.
The utility model also provides an electric connector, including filling electric pile and foretell rifle 100 that charges, this rifle 100 that charges's concrete structure refers to above-mentioned embodiment, because this electric connector has adopted the whole technical scheme of above-mentioned all embodiments, consequently has all beneficial effects that the technical scheme of above-mentioned embodiment brought at least, and the repeated description is no longer given here. Wherein, fill electric pile and be equipped with the socket, fill electric gun 100 and pass through rifle head assembly 100 and the cooperation of pegging graft of socket.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
