Reverse osmosis is the separation of a solvent (often water) from a solution by passing it through a reverse osmosis membrane (a semi-permeable membrane) at a pressure sufficient to reverse the direction of osmosis, and may be used to separate, purify, and concentrate solutions using reverse osmosis at pressures above osmotic pressure. The reverse osmosis technology can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, bacteria, viruses, bacterial endotoxin, most organic matters and other impurities in water. The post-positioned activated carbon filter 9 is provided with a post-positioned activated carbon filter tank body 9-2, water purification activated carbon 9-5 is filled in the post-positioned activated carbon filter tank body 9-2, a post-positioned activated carbon filter upper cover 9-3 is arranged at the upper part of the post-positioned activated carbon filter tank body 9-2, a post-positioned activated carbon filter water inlet 9-1 is arranged at one side of the post-positioned activated carbon filter upper cover 9-3, the post-positioned activated carbon filter water inlet 9-1 is connected to the lower part of the post-positioned activated carbon filter tank body 9-2 through a pure water inlet pipeline 9-4, and a direct drinking water outlet 10 is arranged at the other side of the post-positioned activated carbon filter upper cover 9-3. The post-positioned active carbon filter 9 is internally provided with 9-5 parts of water purification active carbon which is generally columnar particles, has large specific surface area, developed micropores, high mechanical strength, high adsorption speed, high purification degree, difficult powder removal and long service life. The water purifying activated carbon can be widely used for chemical industry, electronics, medicine, printing and dyeing, food and domestic water, industrial water and solution filtration, adsorption purification and impurity removal, and can also be used for deep purification of industrial wastewater. Can effectively remove odor, chlorine, cyanogen, various heavy metal ions and other harmful substances and decolor. And changed every 400 m.
A raw water purification method of a manual and electric self-conversion water purifier filters fresh water such as outdoor river water, stream water, spring water and the like into direct drinking water, and comprises the following specific steps:

2) Under the condition of power supply, the filter elements in the water inlet coarse filter 7, the PP cotton filter 8, the rear activated carbon filter 9, the RO reverse osmosis filter 11 and the activated carbon filter 12 are all installed, a ball valve I17 of the water outlet 3 of the electric water pump is opened, and a ball valve II 18 of the water outlet 5 of the manual pump is closed. The stainless steel net filter head is put into a water source. The power supply motor 1 is turned on to operate, raw water is sucked in from the raw water inlet 6, the water outlet 3 of the electric water pump is pressed into the water inlet coarse filter 7, and larger particle impurities are filtered.
3) And then enters a PP cotton filter 8 to filter out colloid impurities, micro mud, iron rust, worm eggs, organic pollution mineral impurities and the like with the diameter of more than 5 microns in water. The PP cotton is easy to clean, so that the cleaning can be detached once every 50m for purification.
4) Then, the water enters an activated carbon filter 12, and the activated carbon can effectively remove harmful substances such as odor, chlorine, cyanogen and various heavy metal ions and decolor. Generally, the cultivation is carried out once every 100m of purification.
5) Then enters the RO reverse osmosis filter 11, can effectively remove dissolved salt, colloid, bacteria, virus, bacterial endotoxin, most organic matters and other impurities in water, and the water flows out from the water outlet of the reverse osmosis filter, namely pure water. Water is harvested every 200m after purification, and the replacement is carried out.
6) Finally, the water enters a post-positioned active carbon filter 9, and the direct drinking water can be obtained through a direct drinking water outlet 10 after the final filtration.
7) Under the condition of no power supply, the filter elements in the water inlet coarse filter 7, the PP cotton filter 8, the rear activated carbon filter 9, the RO reverse osmosis filter 11 and the activated carbon filter 12 are all installed, the ball valve I17 of the water outlet 3 of the electric water pump is closed, and the ball valve II 18 of the water outlet 5 of the manual pump is opened. The stainless steel net filter head is put into a water source. The hand pump rod 2 is pressed to suck raw water from the water inlet 6 of the hand pump, the water outlet 5 of the hand pump is pressed into the water inlet coarse filter 7, and larger particle impurities are filtered. Then raw water passes through a PP cotton filter 8, an activated carbon filter 12, an RO reverse osmosis filter 11 and a post-activated carbon filter 9 in sequence for purification to obtain direct drinking water.

Claims (10)

1. A manual and electric self-conversion water purifier is characterized by comprising an electric and manual integrated water pump, a water inlet coarse filter, a PP cotton filter, a rear activated carbon filter, an RO reverse osmosis filter, an activated carbon filter and a frame;
the electric and manual integrated water pump is arranged on a base of the frame, and the water inlet coarse filter, the PP cotton filter, the rear activated carbon filter, the RO reverse osmosis filter and the activated carbon filter are arranged on the frame on one side of the electric and manual integrated water pump; the electric and manual integrated water pump is formed by combining an electric water pump and a manual water pump into an integrated water pump, a water outlet of the electric water pump and a water outlet of the manual water pump are respectively led out of pipelines and are combined into a path through a tee joint to be connected to a water inlet of the water inlet coarse filter; the water inlet of the electric water pump and the water inlet of the manual pump are respectively led out of the pipelines, combined into a water inlet through a tee joint and connected with a water source through a hose;
the water outlet of the electric water pump and the water outlet of the manual pump are respectively led out of pipelines and combined into one path through a tee joint to be connected to the water inlet of the water inlet coarse filter;
the water inlet coarse filter, the PP cotton filter, the activated carbon filter, the RO reverse osmosis filter and the post-positioned activated carbon filter are sequentially connected in series through pipelines, and finally a control valve and a water outlet hose are installed at a direct drinking water outlet of the post-positioned activated carbon filter.
2. The water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the electric water pump has a motor and a water pump, an output shaft of the motor is connected to a pump impeller shaft through a coupling, an inlet of the electric water pump is connected to a raw water inlet, and the raw water inlet is connected to a raw water source through a pipe.

The water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the manual water pump comprises a manual pump rod, a manual pump body, a manual pump piston, a manual pump water inlet, and a manual pump water outlet; a hand pump piston is arranged in the hand pump body, a hand pump rod is connected with the hand pump piston, and the hand pump body is provided with a hand pump water inlet and a hand pump water outlet; the water inlet of the manual pump is communicated with the raw water inlet through a pipeline.

The manual/electric self-switching water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water inlet strainer has a strainer body, the strainer body is provided with a disc type strainer core using plastic filter discs stacked together, a strainer cover is provided on an upper portion of the strainer body, the strainer cover is provided with a water inlet of the water inlet strainer, a water outlet of the water inlet strainer is provided on one side of the strainer body, and the water outlet of the water inlet strainer is connected to the water inlet of the PP cotton strainer through a pipe.

The manual-electric self-conversion water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PP cotton filter has a PP cotton filter tank, a PP cotton filter element is mounted in the PP cotton filter tank, an upper PP cotton filter cover is mounted on the upper part of the PP cotton filter tank, a PP cotton filter water inlet is arranged on the upper PP cotton filter cover, a PP cotton filter water outlet is arranged on one side of the PP cotton filter tank, and the PP cotton filter water outlet is connected with the activated carbon filter water inlet through a pipeline.

The manual/electric self-conversion water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the activated carbon filter comprises an activated carbon filter tank, activated carbon is contained in the activated carbon filter tank, an activated carbon filter upper cover is installed on the upper portion of the activated carbon filter tank, an activated carbon filter water inlet is formed on one side of the activated carbon filter upper cover, the activated carbon filter water inlet is connected to the lower portion of the activated carbon filter tank through a water inlet pipe, an activated carbon filter water outlet is formed on the other side of the activated carbon filter upper cover, and the activated carbon filter water outlet is connected to the RO reverse osmosis filter water inlet through a pipe.

The manual/electric self-switching water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the RO reverse osmosis filter comprises an RO reverse osmosis filter tank body, in which an RO reverse osmosis filter element is installed, the RO reverse osmosis filter element being an RO reverse osmosis membrane tube; the reverse osmosis filter upper cover is equipped with on the upper portion of the reverse osmosis filter jar body, and reverse osmosis filter water inlet is equipped with on one side of the reverse osmosis filter upper cover, and the reverse osmosis filter water inlet passes through the pipeline to be connected with the reverse osmosis filter core of RO, and reverse osmosis filter upper cover opposite side is equipped with the reverse osmosis filter delivery port, and the reverse osmosis filter delivery port passes through the pipeline to be connected with rearmounted active carbon filter water inlet.

The manual/electric self-conversion water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the post-activated carbon filter has a post-activated carbon filter tank, the post-activated carbon filter tank contains water purification activated carbon, a post-activated carbon filter upper cover is mounted on an upper portion of the post-activated carbon filter tank, a post-activated carbon filter water inlet is provided on one side of the post-activated carbon filter upper cover, the post-activated carbon filter water inlet is connected to a lower portion of the post-activated carbon filter tank through a purified water inlet pipe, and a post-activated carbon filter direct drinking water outlet is provided on the other side of the post-activated carbon filter upper cover.
9. The manual-electric self-conversion water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the water outlet of the electric water pump and the water outlet of the manual pump are provided with control valves.
10. The manual-electric self-switching water purifier as recited in claim 9, wherein the control valve is a ball valve.
