A cable unwinding device for outdoor construction comprises two groups of bottom plates (1); the device is characterized by further comprising two groups of supporting mechanisms, wherein the two groups of supporting mechanisms are respectively arranged on two groups of bottom plates (1), each group of supporting mechanism comprises a first fixed block (2), a second fixed block (3), a third fixed block (4), a jack (5), a rotating rod (6), a transition plate (7), a left rotating shaft (8), a right rotating shaft (9) and a supporting plate (10), bottom side walls of the first fixed block (2) and the second fixed block (3) are respectively connected with a left half area and a right half area of a top side wall of one group of bottom plates (1), top side walls of the first fixed block (2) and the second fixed block (3) are respectively provided with a first rotating groove (12) and a second rotating groove (13), and the first rotating groove (12) and the second rotating groove (13) are respectively communicated with left side walls and right side walls of the first fixed block (2) and the second fixed block (3), the bottom ends of the jack (5) and the rotary rod (6) are respectively inserted into the first rotary groove (12) and the second rotary groove (13) and are respectively rotatably hinged with the inner side walls of the first rotary groove (12) and the second rotary groove (13), the right side wall of the third fixed block (4) is connected with the upper half area of the left side wall of the rotary rod (6), the left side wall of the third fixed block (4) is provided with a third rotary groove, the third rotary groove is communicated with the top side wall and the bottom side wall of the third fixed block (4), the output end of the jack (5) is inserted into the third rotary groove and is rotatably hinged with the inner side wall of the third rotary groove, the top end of the rotary rod (6) is connected with the central area of the bottom side wall of the transition plate (7), the top side wall of the transition plate (7) is provided with a fourth rotary groove (14), and the front side wall and the rear side wall of the transition plate (7) are communicated with, a fifth rotating groove and a sixth rotating groove are respectively formed in the inner left side wall and the inner right side wall of the fourth rotating groove (14), the left end of the left rotating shaft (8) and the right end of the right rotating shaft (9) are respectively inserted into the fifth rotating groove and the sixth rotating groove, the right end of the left rotating shaft (8) and the left end of the right rotating shaft (9) are respectively connected with the central areas of the left side wall and the right side wall of the supporting plate (10), a seventh rotating groove is formed in the top side wall of the supporting plate (10), the seventh rotating groove is communicated with the front side wall and the rear side wall of the supporting plate (10), and a semicircular bearing (11) is arranged at the seventh rotating groove; the four-group bottom plate fixing device comprises two groups of fixing mechanisms, wherein the two groups of fixing mechanisms are respectively arranged on two groups of bottom plates (1), each group of fixing mechanisms comprises four groups of turntables (15), four groups of threaded rods (16), four groups of transition blocks (17), four groups of bases (18) and four groups of transition rods (19), the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of each group of bottom plates (1) are respectively and longitudinally provided with four groups of adjusting holes, the bottom ends of the four groups of threaded rods (16) are respectively screwed through the four groups of adjusting holes and then are respectively connected with the top ends of the four groups of transition rods (19), the top side walls of the four groups of transition blocks (17) are respectively provided with four groups of placing grooves, the four groups of first ball bearings (20) are respectively arranged at the four groups of placing grooves, the bottom ends of the four groups of transition rods (19) are respectively inserted into the four groups of first ball bearings (20) and are, the top ends of the four groups of threaded rods (16) are respectively connected with the central areas of the bottom side walls of the four groups of turntables (15).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two sets of moving mechanisms, wherein the two sets of moving mechanisms are respectively mounted on two sets of base plates (1), each set of moving mechanism comprises four sets of legs (21), the top ends of the four sets of legs (21) are respectively connected with the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom side wall of each set of base plates (1), the bottom ends of the four sets of legs (21) are respectively provided with four sets of universal wheels (22), and the four sets of universal wheels (22) are respectively provided with four sets of locking devices (23).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction as claimed in claim 2, wherein each set of the fixing mechanism further comprises four sets of rotating rods (24), and the bottom ends of the four sets of rotating rods (24) are respectively connected with the right ends of the top side walls of the four sets of turntables (15).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction as claimed in claim 3, wherein two sets of second ball bearings (25) are respectively disposed at the fifth rotary groove and the sixth rotary groove, and the left end of the left rotary shaft (8) and the right end of the right rotary shaft (9) are respectively inserted into the two sets of second ball bearings (25) and are respectively keyed with the two sets of second ball bearings (25).
5. The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction as claimed in claim 4, further comprising two sets of "U" shaped handles (26), wherein the two sets of "U" shaped handles (26) are respectively installed at the left ends of the top side walls of the two sets of base plates (1).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction according to claim 5, wherein two sets of resting grooves (27) are respectively formed on the top side wall of each set of the base plate (1), and two sets of cushions (28) are respectively formed on the inner walls of the two sets of resting grooves (27).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction according to claim 6, wherein each set of the supporting mechanism further comprises a front spring (29) and a rear spring, the top end and the bottom end of the front spring (29) are respectively connected to the bottom side wall of the supporting plate (10) and the front half region of the bottom side wall of the fourth rotary slot (14), and the top end and the bottom end of the rear spring are respectively connected to the bottom side wall of the supporting plate (10) and the rear half region of the bottom side wall of the fourth rotary slot (14).

The cable unwinding device for outdoor construction as claimed in claim 7, wherein each set of said fastening means further comprises four sets of nuts (30), said four sets of nuts (30) are respectively screwed onto four sets of threaded rods (16), and the bottom ends of said four sets of nuts (30) are all in contact with the top side wall of one set of said base plate (1).
