A shearing auxiliary device for production and processing of a pvc plum blossom pipe comprises a top plate (1), a bottom plate (2), a placing plate (3), two groups of side plates (4), a connecting plate (5) and blades (6), wherein the top ends of the two groups of side plates (4) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the top plate (1), the bottom ends of the two groups of side plates (4) are both installed at the top end of the bottom plate (2), and the blades (6) are connected with the bottom end of the connecting plate (5); it is characterized by also comprising a base (7), a motor (8), a transmission shaft (9), a driving shaft (10) and a driving block (11), wherein the base (7) is arranged at the top end of the bottom plate (2), the motor (8) is arranged at the top end of the base (7), one end of the transmission shaft (9) is fixedly connected with the output end of the front side of the motor (8), the other end of the transmission shaft (9) is rotatably connected with one end of the driving shaft (10), the other end of the driving shaft (10) is rotatably connected with the driving block (11), the driving block (11) is arranged at the middle part of the bottom end of the placing plate (3), the left side and the right side of the front side wall of the placing plate (3) and the left side and the right side of the rear side wall of the placing plate (3) are both provided with fixed blocks (12), and four groups of fixed blocks (12) are both longitudinally provided with sliding holes, and four groups of, the bottom of four group's supports (13) is installed respectively in roof (1) top left front side, right front side, left rear side and right rear side, still include two sets of buffer board (14), two sets of buffer spring and two sets of buffer block (15), two sets of buffer board (14) bottoms are connected with bottom plate (2) top left side and right side respectively, two sets of buffer spring one end are connected with two sets of buffer board (14) inboards respectively, two sets of buffer spring other ends are connected with two sets of buffer block (15) respectively, motor (8) clamp between two sets of buffer block (15).

The shearing assisting device for the production and processing of the pvc plum blossom pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein a moving groove is formed in the top plate (1) in a communicating manner, balls are rotatably fixed on the inner side wall of the moving groove, the shearing assisting device further comprises a push plate (16) and a push rod (17), the top end of the push rod (17) is connected with the push plate (16), the bottom end of the push rod (17) penetrates through the balls and extends to the lower portion of the top plate (1) to be connected with the top end of the connecting plate (5), and anti-skid grains are arranged at the top end of the push plate (16).

The shearing assisting device for the production and processing of the pvc plum blossom pipe as claimed in claim 2, further comprising four sets of upper connecting blocks, four sets of first cover springs (18), four sets of first telescopic pipes and four sets of lower connecting blocks, wherein one end of the four sets of first cover springs (18) is respectively connected with the four sets of upper connecting blocks, the other end of the four sets of first cover springs (18) is respectively connected with the four sets of lower connecting blocks, one end of the four sets of first telescopic pipes is respectively connected with the four sets of upper connecting blocks, the other end of the four sets of first telescopic pipes is respectively connected with the four sets of lower connecting blocks, the four sets of first cover springs (18) are respectively sleeved outside the four sets of first telescopic pipes, the four sets of upper connecting blocks and the four sets of lower connecting blocks are all set as iron blocks, further comprising four sets of upper iron blocks and four sets of lower iron blocks (19), the four sets of upper connecting blocks are respectively adsorbed at the bottom ends of the four sets of upper iron, four groups of upper iron-absorbing blocks are respectively arranged at the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the push plate (16), and four groups of lower iron-absorbing blocks (19) are arranged at the top end of the top plate (1).

The shearing assisting device for the production and processing of the pvc plum blossom pipe as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a protection plate (20), a filter box (21) and a filter plate (22), wherein the filter box (21) is installed at the rear side of the top end of the protection plate (20), a filter chamber is arranged inside the filter box (21), the front side of the filter box (21) is hermetically communicated with an air inlet pipe (23), the rear side of the filter box (21) is hermetically communicated with an exhaust fan (24), the top end of the filter box (21) is communicatively provided with a maintenance hole, a maintenance plate (25) is hermetically and detachably sealed at the maintenance hole, the shearing assisting device further comprises two sets of shock absorption blocks (26), two sets of shock absorption springs and two sets of shock absorption plates (27), the two sets of shock absorption blocks (26) are respectively installed at the left side and the right side of the rear side wall of the filter box (21), one ends of the two sets of shock absorption springs are respectively connected with the inner sides of the two sets of shock absorption blocks (, the exhaust fan (24) is clamped between the two groups of shock absorption plates (27).

The shear assisting device for the production and processing of pvc plum blossom pipe as claimed in claim 4, it is characterized by also comprising two groups of positioning blocks (28), two groups of clamp springs and two groups of limiting blocks (29), wherein the two groups of positioning blocks (28) are respectively arranged at the left side and the inner right side in the filtering cavity, the inner sides of the two groups of positioning blocks (28) are respectively provided with a limiting groove, one end of each group of clamp springs is respectively connected with the two groups of limiting grooves, the other end of each group of clamp springs is respectively connected with the two groups of limiting blocks (29), the filtering plate (22) is clamped between the two groups of limiting blocks (29), the left end and the right end of the filtering plate (, and the left front part and the right front part as well as the left rear part and the right rear part of the filter plate (22) are respectively adhered to the inner side walls of the two groups of limit grooves, and the top side wall and the bottom side wall of the filter plate (22) are both tightly attached to the inner side wall of the filter chamber, and the top side wall of the filter plate (22) is tightly attached to the maintenance plate (25).

The shearing assisting device for the production and processing of the pvc plum blossom pipe as claimed in claim 5, further comprising two sets of mounting blocks (30) and two sets of position limiters, wherein the bottom ends of the two sets of mounting blocks (30) are respectively mounted on the left side and the right side of the top end of the protection plate (20), the two sets of position limiters each comprise an insertion pipe (31) and an insertion column (32), the two sets of insertion pipes (31) are respectively mounted on the top ends of the two sets of mounting blocks (30), the inner ends of the two sets of insertion columns (32) are respectively provided with a clamping plate (33), the outer ends of the two sets of insertion columns (32) are respectively inserted into the two sets of insertion pipes (31), the two sets of position limiters each further comprise two sets of position limiting sliding columns (34) and position limiting springs (35), the position limiting springs (35) are located inside the insertion pipes (31), the outer ends of the position limiting springs (35) are connected with the inner, the front side and the rear side of the insertion pipe (31) are respectively provided with a communicating groove (36), one end of each group of limiting sliding columns (34) is respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the insertion column (32), the other end of each group of limiting sliding columns (34) respectively penetrates through the two groups of communicating grooves (36) and extends out of the insertion pipe (31), and the two groups of limiting sliding columns (34) can respectively slide relative to the two groups of communicating grooves (36).
