The programmable automatic control high precision batching dispersion system for water-based paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flow control valve outlet is provided with a T-shaped three-way interface, the straight-through interface is connected to the material conveying pipelines of the total mixing tank and the micro-batching tank in a descending mode, the upper through interface is connected to the discharge port of the clear water storage tank in an ascending mode, and each upper through interface is additionally provided with a manual switch valve.
