Claims (10)
1. A wire harness support for securing a wire harness within a power battery pack, comprising:
the support comprises a support main body and a plurality of wiring harness clamping grooves arranged on the support main body, wherein one end of the support main body is fixed in the power battery pack, the other end of the support main body is connected with the wiring harness clamping grooves, and the wiring harness clamping grooves are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the support main body;
the plurality of wire harness clamping grooves are used for simultaneously fixing the plurality of wire harnesses in the power battery pack so that the plurality of wire harnesses in the power battery pack are uniformly arranged in the vertical direction.
2. The wire harness bracket according to claim 1, wherein the bracket main body includes: the power battery pack comprises a base and a main body framework, wherein one end of the base is fixed in the power battery pack, the main body framework is arranged at the other end of the base and is multiple, and wire harness clamping grooves are distributed at intervals on two sides of the main body framework.

The wire harness support according to claim 2, wherein the main body frame is a frame having a plurality of bent portions, the bent portions are evenly distributed along two sides of the main body frame, and the positions of the bent portions correspond to the positions of the wire harness clamping grooves.

The wire harness support according to claim 3, wherein the wire harness catching groove has a groove therein for receiving the wire harness, a portion of the wire harness catching groove coincides with the bent portion in the main body frame, and an opening direction of the wire harness catching groove faces an outer side of the main body frame.
5. The wire harness support according to claim 4, wherein the main body frame and the wire harness catching groove are both elastic members.

The wire harness support according to claim 5, wherein the base is a plate-shaped structure, the base is further provided with a reinforcing rib, one end of the reinforcing rib is connected with the base, and the other end of the reinforcing rib is connected with the bottom end of the wire harness clamping groove close to the reinforcing rib.
7. The wire harness support according to claim 6, wherein the reinforcing rib, the main body frame, and the wire harness engaging groove connected to the reinforcing rib together define a gap portion, and a filler for completely filling the gap portion is provided in the gap portion.
8. The wire harness support according to claim 7, wherein a limiting part is arranged on an end surface of the base on a side away from the main body framework, and the limiting part is used for fixing the base in the power battery pack.

The wire harness bracket according to claim 8, wherein the stopper portion includes: the base comprises a limiting column and limiting claws, wherein the limiting claws are located on two sides of the base and extend along the length direction of the base, the limiting column is located between the limiting claws on the two sides, and the height of the limiting column is higher than that of the limiting claws.
10. A power battery pack, comprising: a battery pack body and a harness support as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
