As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a plug connector, which includes a plug connector 2 and an auxiliary terminal device 1 detachably connected to the outside of the plug connector 2, and specifically, in this embodiment, a second mounting hole (not shown) is preset on the plug connector 2, the second mounting hole needs to be disposed at a position without an auxiliary contact, the auxiliary terminal device 1 is also provided with a corresponding first mounting hole 3, a fixing screw is inserted into the two mounting holes to connect the auxiliary terminal device 1 to the plug connector 2, thereby implementing an external arrangement manner, such that compared with an integral plug connector, the cost is lower, and due to multiple plugging movements, once the plug connector 2 or the auxiliary terminal device 1 is worn or damaged, only a new plug connector 2 or auxiliary terminal device 1 needs to be replaced, without the need for a total replacement.
In other embodiments, the auxiliary terminal device 1 may be installed above the connector, and may also be connected below or on both sides of the connector, and it should be noted that the second installation hole needs to be disposed at a position that does not damage the auxiliary contacts in the plug-in connector 2, because after the plug-in connectors 2 are connected together, the auxiliary contacts are used for electrical signal communication, once the auxiliary contacts are damaged, the situation that the wiring harness is broken occurs, and the connector is damaged.
In addition, in other embodiments, the detachable connection mode may also be a clamping mode, a clamping groove is disposed at a position of the plug-in connector 2 without the auxiliary contact, and the connecting piece of the auxiliary terminal device 1 is a clamping block adapted to the clamping groove, so as to clamp the auxiliary terminal device 1 to the plug-in connector 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary terminal device 1 is mainly used for connecting an auxiliary plug-in connector 2 and improving stability of the plug-in connector 2, and particularly includes a first terminal 11 and a second terminal 12, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 are used in cooperation, the first terminal 11 is detachably connected to the second terminal 12, the first terminal 11 is provided with a first mounting portion 112, the second terminal 12 is provided with a second mounting portion 123, and connecting members are arranged on the first mounting portion 112 and the second mounting portion 123.
In this embodiment, the connecting piece is first mounting hole 3, first mounting hole 3 is adapted with a set screw, first installation department 112 and second installation department 123 set up respectively on the both ends of a side of first terminal piece 11 and second terminal piece 12, the side does not include the interface end of first terminal piece 11 or second terminal piece 12, first mounting hole 3 is placed with the second mounting hole position of plug-in connector 2, through putting into set screw, connects auxiliary terminal device 1 on plug-in connector 2.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting member is a clamping block, and the corresponding connecting portion of the plug-in connector 2 is provided with an adaptive clamping groove, which is not described in detail as the above-mentioned clamping manner.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the first mounting portion 112 and the second mounting portion 123 are identical in structure and are located at axisymmetrical positions.
In this embodiment, the detachable connection is a plug-in connection, specifically, four protruding blocks 111 are disposed on the connection end surface of the first terminal member 11, four grooves 122 are disposed in the connection end surface of the second terminal member 12 corresponding to the first terminal member, the protruding blocks 111 can be inserted into the grooves 122, so as to implement the plug-in connection, the plug-in connection includes insertion and extraction, the insertion is inserting the protruding blocks into the grooves, and the extraction is separating the protruding blocks from the grooves, wherein the protruding blocks 111 are cylinders, which can be square columns, circular columns, prism columns, etc., in this embodiment, the protruding blocks 111 are square columns, and the shapes of the grooves 122 corresponding to the protruding blocks are matched with the square columns.
In addition, the number of the convex blocks 111 is at least more than one, and the same number of the grooves 122 is also corresponding to the convex blocks.
In addition, in some embodiments, a pin 121 is disposed in the groove 122, a pin hole is disposed in the square pillar corresponding to the pin 121, a contact is disposed in the pin hole, wherein a fixed end of the pin 121 is connected with a signal transmitting line, a fixed end of the contact is connected with a signal receiving line, a hole diameter of the pin hole is adapted to the pin 121, the adaptation means that the diameter of the pin hole is slightly larger than that of a pin body of the pin, the pin 121 can be inserted into the pin hole, and the pin head touches the contact in the pin hole, so as to communicate weak.
In the present embodiment, the auxiliary terminal device 1 is made of plastic.
The operation steps are that when the plug-in connector 2 is inserted or pulled out, the auxiliary terminal device 1 is connected with the plug-in connector to perform corresponding insertion or pulling-out actions.
It is summarized that this embodiment provides external auxiliary terminal device 1, on the one hand can promote plug-in connector 2's connection stability, the condition such as elimination pencil short circuit, on the other hand cost is lower relatively, and for the integral type, auxiliary terminal device 1 and plug-in connector 2 separable set, in other words, because many times plug motion, in case connector or auxiliary terminal device 1 is worn out or destroyed, only need to replace new connector or auxiliary terminal device 1 can, and do not need whole change, in addition, auxiliary terminal device 1 can realize weak electric signal UNICOM, strong electric signal UNICOM can be realized to plug-in connector 2, and then realize strong and weak electric signal UNICOM respectively, make the signal mutual noninterference, the signal is more stable.
