Background
With the continuous development of terminal technology, the mainstream design form of terminal equipment such as a mobile phone has gradually evolved into a full-screen mode. Because the screen ratio of the terminal is higher and higher, components such as a camera and a fingerprint sensor are required to be developed, namely, the components such as the camera and the fingerprint sensor are hidden under the screen.
At present, only the terminal device using an OLED (Organic light emitting Diode) screen is available for implementing the function of identifying the fingerprint under the screen, and the function of identifying the fingerprint under the screen is easier to implement because the OLED has light transmittance. A terminal device equipped with an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen is limited by the lighting mode of the LCD, and it is difficult to realize the function of identifying fingerprints under the screen.

according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a display device is provided, which includes a display panel, a first backlight module located on a non-light-emitting side of the display panel, and a fingerprint identification module located on a side of the first backlight module away from the display panel;
the first backlight module comprises a reflector plate and an optical film material, the reflector plate is provided with a first opening in a preset area corresponding to the fingerprint identification module, and the optical film material enables light to penetrate through the preset area.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

In the related art, the existing terminal device capable of realizing the function of identifying the fingerprint under the screen is only the terminal device adopting an OLED screen, and the function of identifying the fingerprint under the screen is easier to realize because the OLED has light transmittance. The terminal device equipped with the LCD screen is limited by the lighting mode of the LCD, and there is a certain difficulty in implementing the fingerprint identification function under the screen. It should be noted that: the display panel 101 in this embodiment is a liquid crystal display panel, and the first backlight module 102 can be used as a backlight source of the liquid crystal display panel, and the two panels together form a liquid crystal display screen. The first backlight module 102 may adopt a side-in type light emitting structure or a direct type light emitting structure, but all should be based on light collection that does not affect the fingerprint identification module 103.
Based on this, the display device 10 provided in the embodiment of the disclosure may include a liquid crystal display panel formed by the display panel 101 and the first backlight module 102, and since the fingerprint identification module 103 is disposed below the liquid crystal display panel, that is, in a direction other than the light exit surface, the first backlight module 102 needs to be processed correspondingly, and specifically, the reflective sheet 1021 and the optical film 1022 need to be processed by opening a hole and transmitting light respectively, so that the first backlight module 102 does not affect the identification of the fingerprint identification module 103 on a target object, for example, a finger of a user, thereby implementing the function of fingerprint identification under the screen of the LCD display device.
In this embodiment, the fingerprint identification module 103 can specifically adopt any one of the optical fingerprint identification module, the capacitance fingerprint identification module and the radio frequency fingerprint identification module, and is not limited thereto. The following takes an optical fingerprint identification module as an example to exemplarily describe the display device in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Specifically, this display device includes display panel 101 and first backlight unit 102 to and fingerprint identification module 103, display panel 101 is the liquid crystal display panel, and first backlight unit 102 is located the non-light-emitting side of liquid crystal display panel for the liquid crystal display panel provides the light source, and fingerprint identification module 103 adopts optics fingerprint identification module, is used for imaging according to the optical signal who gathers, so that the treater realizes the fingerprint identification function based on this optics imaging. In consideration of the fact that the first backlight module 102 does not affect the collection of the reflected light by the optical fingerprint recognition module, the present embodiment needs to design each component of the first backlight module 102 accordingly. Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a structure of the first backlight module 102. As shown in fig. 2, the first backlight module 102 specifically includes an LED (Light emitting diode) Light source, a Light guide plate 1023, a reflective sheet 1021, and an optical film 1022, where the optical film 1022 includes a diffusion sheet, a prism sheet, and the like. The LED light source assembly is located on a side surface of the light guide plate 1023, the reflective sheet 1021 is located on a back surface of the light guide plate 1023, i.e., on a side away from the display panel 101, and the optical film 1022 is located on a light emitting surface of the light guide plate 1023, i.e., on a side facing the display panel 101. Based on this, the first backlight module 102 may be designed in the predetermined area corresponding to the fingerprint identification module 103 as follows: the light guide plate 1023 has a lower optical dot distribution density in a predetermined area than in other areas except the predetermined area, the diffusion sheet is set to a non-scattering structure in the predetermined area, and the prism sheet is set to a micro-prism structure or a non-prism structure in the predetermined area. Of course, the design of the light guide plate 1023 and the optical film 1022 is not limited thereto, and may be any design that can avoid the light uniformization and forward emission processing for the fingerprint recognition area. Therefore, the reflected light is only affected or not affected when passing through the optical film 1022 and the light guide plate 1023, so that the normal collection of light by the fingerprint identification module 103 can be ensured to realize imaging.
It should be noted that: although the present embodiment is described by taking the optical fingerprint identification module as an example, similar processing is also performed when the capacitive fingerprint identification module or the radio frequency fingerprint identification module is adopted, and details are not described here. In addition, the light source of the optical fingerprint identification module can be not only the first backlight module 102, but also other light sources, such as a built-in light source or a light supplement light source of the fingerprint identification module 103.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a structure of a display device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the display device 10 includes a display panel 101, a first backlight module 102 located on a non-light-emitting side of the display panel 101, a fingerprint identification module 103 located on a side of the first backlight module 102 away from the display panel 101, and a second backlight module 104 located on a side of the fingerprint identification module 103 away from the display panel 101. The first backlight module 102 may adopt the composition structure of the above embodiments, and the second backlight module 104 may have a composition structure similar to that of the first backlight module 102, but does not need to perform special processing on the predetermined area, such as opening of the reflective sheet 1021 and related design of the light guide plate 1023 and the optical film 1022. For example, both the second backlight module 104 and the first backlight module 102 may adopt an edge-type light-emitting structure or a direct-type light-emitting structure, or of course, the first backlight module 102 may adopt an edge-type light-emitting structure and the second backlight module 104 may adopt a direct-type light-emitting structure.
Specifically, the shape and size of the second backlight module 104 may be the same as those of the fingerprint identification module 103; or, the shape of the second backlight module 104 may be the same as the shape of the fingerprint identification module 103, but the size of the second backlight module 104 is slightly larger; or, the shape of the second backlight module 104 may be different from the shape of the fingerprint identification module 103, but the light-emitting area of the second backlight module 104 can completely cover the area of the fingerprint identification module 103.

In this embodiment, the middle frame 105 may be a metal middle frame such as an iron frame, so as to obtain good heat dissipation performance. The middle frame 105 may be designed as a U-shaped structure, which includes a bottom plate and a side wall, and the side wall is bent toward the cover plate 106, i.e. the bottom plate of the middle frame 105 is parallel to the cover plate 106, and the side wall of the middle frame 105 is perpendicular to the cover plate 106, at this time, an accommodation area may be formed between the middle frame 105 and the cover plate 106, the liquid crystal display screen composed of the display panel 101 and the first backlight module 102 is located in the accommodation area, i.e. the liquid crystal display screen is located on one side of the middle frame 105 toward the cover plate 106, the fingerprint identification module 103 and the second backlight module 104 are located on the other side of the middle frame 105 departing from the cover plate 106, and a rear housing may be further arranged in the direction of the fingerprint identification module 103 and the second backlight module 104 departing from the middle frame 105, so as to protect the fingerprint.

1. A display device is characterized by comprising a display panel, a first backlight module and a fingerprint identification module, wherein the first backlight module is positioned on the non-light-emitting side of the display panel;
the first backlight module comprises a reflector plate and an optical film material, the reflector plate is provided with a first opening in a preset area corresponding to the fingerprint identification module, and the optical film material enables light to penetrate through the preset area.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the optical film comprises a diffusion sheet and a prism sheet;
the diffusion sheet is arranged in the preset area to be a non-scattering structure;
the prism sheet is arranged in the preset area to be of a micro prism structure or a non-prism structure.
3. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the first backlight module further comprises a light guide plate;

6. The display device according to claim 4, further comprising a middle frame, wherein the middle frame is provided with a second opening at a position corresponding to the preset area;
the display panel and the first backlight module are located on one side of the middle frame, and the fingerprint identification module and the second backlight module are located on the other side of the middle frame.
7. The display device according to claim 6, further comprising a cover plate positioned at a light exit side of the display panel;
the middle frame comprises a bottom plate and a side wall, the bottom plate and the side wall form a U-shaped structure, namely the bottom plate is parallel to the cover plate, and the side wall is perpendicular to the cover plate;
the display panel and the first backlight module are located in an accommodating area between the cover plate and the middle frame.
8. The display device according to claim 7, further comprising an optical adhesive between the display panel and the cover plate for fixing the cover plate on the light emitting side of the display panel.
9. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the fingerprint recognition module is any one of the following: optics fingerprint identification module, electric capacity fingerprint identification module, radio frequency fingerprint identification module.
