A packaging method of an automatic section bar packaging machine comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the section is conveyed to the adjustable material preparing frame 21 through a conveying belt, is centered according to the fixed length of the section, and is stored;
the second step is that: the paper pulling device 14 pulls out the film from the paper feeding rack 3 and places the film on the supporting plate 121, and when the film is pulled to a certain length by the paper pulling device 14, the cutter assembly 34 cuts off the film;
the third step: the feeding device 22 feeds the section bar into the packaging device 12 and places the section bar in the film covering on the supporting plate 121, and then the feeding device 22 is withdrawn and reset to prepare for next feeding;
the fourth step: the paper fixing component 124 is pressed down to the film, the roller component 15 rotates to drive the film to be straightened, and the paper fixing component 124 resets;
the fifth step: the paper folding assembly 122 drives the covering film to be attached along the periphery of the section bar, the paper guide assembly 125 presses downwards and then folds one vertical edge of the covering film flat along the periphery of the section bar, and the pressing assembly 123 presses downwards and folds the other vertical edge of the covering film flat along the periphery of the section bar;
and a sixth step: the looping device 13 wraps the adhesive tape on the covering film so that the covering film cannot fall off, and the paper guide assembly 125 is reset;
the seventh step: the roller assembly 15 drives the wrapped section bar to be sent to the section bar framing device through the discharge hole, and the next section bar is packaged.
Example three:
based on the second embodiment and different from the second embodiment, a position detection device is arranged on the horizontal sliding block of the paper pulling assembly to prevent the horizontal sliding block from colliding with the machine frame 11.
The rotating mechanism of the paper folding component is a chain wheel, the paper folding lifting plate is an arc-shaped lath, and the inner arc is meshed and connected with the rotating mechanism in a meshed shape.

The automatic profile packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the packaging device comprises a bearing plate, a paper folding assembly, a pressing assembly and a paper fixing assembly, the bearing plate is fixedly connected to the middle of the machine frame, one end of the paper folding assembly is rotatably connected to one side of the bearing plate and is arranged at the lower part of the machine frame, and the paper fixing assembly and the pressing assembly are arranged at the upper part of the machine frame.

The automatic profile packaging machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a paper folding bandage for supporting the film to move along the periphery of the profile is further connected to the joint of the paper folding assembly and the support plate, and the other end of the paper folding bandage is connected to the middle of the support plate.
5. The automatic profile packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein said pressing mechanism further comprises a paper guide assembly for partial wrapping, said paper guide assembly being provided at an upper portion of said frame and located at one side of said profile.
6. An automatic profile packaging machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said ring winder is annular with a gap facing said feeder, the rings of said ring winder being disposed around the centre line of the long end of the profile.
7. The automatic profile packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said paper feeding frame comprises a paper feeding frame, a paper feeding roller disposed at a lower portion of said paper feeding frame, a paper pressing assembly and a cutter assembly disposed in an upper portion of said paper feeding frame, said cutter assembly being adjacent to said packaging device.
8. The automatic profile packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein said feeding means comprises a plurality of adjustable stock racks connected by power and feeding means disposed between said adjustable stock racks.
9. An automatic profile packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said outlet is connected to said profile framing means for framing the packaged profile.
10. The automatic profile packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein said frame is a triple-welded structure.
