Description

Wiper blade and wiper strip therefor
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cleaning device for wiping a smooth surface, and more particularly, to a wiper blade of a wiper for wiping a windshield and a wiper strip thereof.
Background
When a wiper for wiping a windshield is operated, the wiper blade wipes the windshield surface back and forth. Referring to fig. 4, the wiper blade has the wiper strips oscillating to the left and right to generate a good wiping effect by the sharp edges of the wiper strips acting on the glass surface. However, there is room for improvement in the wiper strip structure. For example, when the wiper blade is switched back and forth between the left and right sides, the wiping portion of the wiper strip is reversed to both sides (as indicated by the broken line), and a sudden reversal causes an impact, which tends to generate noise, thereby causing a bad experience to the user.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application mainly improves the structure of the scraper bar.
In one aspect, the present application provides a wiper strip including a strip body formed by longitudinally extending a certain distance with the same cross-section for a wiper blade having a skeleton, the cross-section including:
a fixing portion for fixing to the skeleton;
a wiping portion including two wiping edges located below the fixing portion; and
and two legs, each of which is connected to the fixing portion and the wiping portion, respectively, and at which portions of the two legs connected to the fixing portion are spaced from each other.
On the other hand this application provides wiper blade, it includes skeleton, connecting piece and aforementioned wiper strip, the connecting piece is fixed in the vertical middle part of skeleton, the skeleton has elasticity and follows connecting piece department is more gradually downwardly extending to vertical both ends more, the wiper strip the fixed part is fixed in the skeleton.
According to the technical scheme of this application, two legs are connected respectively in the fixed part with between the wiping portion. Therefore, when the wiper blade is switched back and forth to the left side and the right side, the wiper strip can buffer the impact of overturning through the two legs, so that the noise generated by overturning is reduced, and the user experience effect is improved.
Drawings
Specific embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures, wherein:
fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a wiper blade;
fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a wiper blade;
And
fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of a conventional wiper blade.
Detailed Description
For convenience of description, relative positional terms are used in this application and these orientations do not represent absolute physical positions. For example, top and bottom are opposite directions, and lateral is a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a wiper blade 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wiper strip 1, a frame 2, a connecting member 3, and a spoiler 4. The connecting member 3 is fixed to a longitudinal middle portion of the backbone 2 for connecting a wiper arm (not shown) to which the wiper blade 100 is attached, typically in a detachable manner. The skeleton 2 has elasticity and gradually extends downwards from the connecting piece 3 to the two longitudinal ends. The wiper strip 1 supported by the skeleton 2 can be adapted to a change in curvature of a smooth surface to be wiped (e.g., a windshield, not shown) while the connecting member 3 of the wiper blade 100 is pressed by the wiper arm, to maintain close contact with the smooth surface.
Referring to fig. 3, the wiper strip 1 is integrally formed of rubber by an injection molding process or an extrusion molding process to form a strip-shaped body having the same cross section and extending a certain distance in the longitudinal direction. The mould for making the bar 1 is very simple and only needs to be capable of forming a shape that meets the specific cross-sectional requirements as described below. The cross-section includes a fixed portion 10, a wiping portion 12 and two legs 14.
The fixing portion 10 is for fixing to the frame 2. The wiping part 12 includes two wiping edges 120 located below the fixed part 10. The scraping edge 120 may be formed by a cutting process after the molding process of the bar 1 to have a sharp shape. The left and right edges 120 alternately contact the surface to be wiped during wiping by the wiper blade 100. Each leg 14 is connected between the fixing portion 10 and the wiping portion 12, and each leg 14 is connected at an upper end to the fixing portion 10 and at a lower end to the wiping portion 12. And the portions of the two legs 14 connected to the fixing portion 10 are spaced apart from each other, that is, the upper ends of the two legs 14 are spaced apart from each other, with a vacant space between the upper ends of the two legs 14. The upper ends of the two legs 14 are spaced from each other by a distance greater than 3 times the spacing of the two scraping edges 120. The two legs 14 are gradually closer to each other as they extend downward, and are connected to the wiper portion 12 at the lower end closest thereto. Each leg 14 includes an upper leg portion 15 and a lower leg portion 16. The two upper leg portions 15 extend from the fixing portion 10 toward the wiping portion 12 at a distance from each other. A rib 150 is provided on the lower edge of each upper leg portion 15, and the rib 150 protrudes inward from the upper leg portion 15. The upper end of each lower leg portion 16 is integrally connected to a position between the rib 150 inside the upper leg portion 15 and the fixing portion 10. The lower end of each lower leg portion 16 is integrally connected to the wiper portion 12.
The lower leg 16 has a length greater than 2 times the distance between the two scraping edges 120 and is more flexible. The length of the lower leg 16 herein refers to its deployed length in the case where the lower leg 16 is in a curved configuration. The minimum width position of the lower leg portion 16 is located above the position P where the lower leg portion 16 contacts the rib 150. The lower leg portion 16 is relatively flexible and has a minimum width not greater than two-thirds of the distance between the two scraping edges 120 and not less than one-third of the distance between the two scraping edges 120. In other embodiments, the minimum width of the lower leg 16 is no greater than one-half of the distance between the two scraping edges 120. Here, the width of the leg 14 at a point is the distance between a point on one edge and the closest point on the opposite edge. The upper leg 15 above the lower leg 16 is stronger than the lower leg 16 and has a width greater than 1.6 times the minimum width of the lower leg 16.
The frame 2 comprises two spaced strips, for example two strips of the frame 2 are stamped from a larger sheet of steel or two strips of section material, with a slot-shaped intermediate space (not numbered) between the two strips of the frame 2. The fixing portion 10 is substantially i-shaped. At least one of the two lengthwise ends of the intermediate space has an opening (not shown) for allowing the fixing portion 10 to enter. The fixing portion 10 is fitted into the intermediate space through the opening, and the fixing portion 10 of the bar 1 is fixed to the frame 2.
As shown in fig. 2, during wiping by the wiper blade 100, the wiping portion 12 rubs against a smooth surface to be wiped and receives a lateral force, and the lower leg portion 16 can be deflected to a position shown by a dotted line and contact the rib 150. For example, during the left wiping operation of the wiper blade 100 shown in fig. 2, the wiping portion 12 is subjected to a rightward lateral force, in which the lower leg portion 16 is deflected rightward to contact the right rib 150, and the left wiping edge 120 of the wiping portion 12 wipes off a smooth surface to be wiped. In contrast, during the wiping operation of the wiper blade 100 to the right, the lower leg portion 16 is deflected to the left to contact the left rib 150, and the right edge 120 of the wiping portion 12 wipes over the smooth surface to be wiped. The left and right wiper edges 120 alternately operate during wiping by the wiper blade 100. The legs 14 are not prone to flipping over abruptly, as they gradually release energy during deflection. The rib 150 can provide a good elastic cushioning effect with a gap between the lower leg portion 16 and the upper leg portion 15 above the rib 150 in a state where the lower leg portion 16 contacts the rib 150.
The spoiler 4 comprises two side portions 42 spaced apart from each other, and a spoiler surface 40 gradually rising in the direction of the incoming wind is provided above the two side portions 42. The spoiler 4 can enhance the force with which the wiper blade 100 abuts against the windshield when the wiper blade 100 is operated on a high-speed moving vehicle. The two side portions 42 are fixed to the two lateral sides of the frame 2, respectively, and the fixing portion 10 is located between the two side portions 42.
