本实用新型过镭射激光开孔工艺的辅助，在双层布面工艺中制成一个容纳腔，并在腔体上开一个开口；然后将在开口内设置可伸缩的袖襻，袖襻内侧设置魔术贴的勾面，并通过弹力橡胶实现伸缩功能，开口一侧与袖襻相对应的位置设置魔术贴毛面，从而可以实现魔术贴的粘连功能，有效解决了传统袖口魔术粘扣带粘连位移的问题，而且结构上采用了隐藏式抽屉效果，需要时可以抽拉出粘连，不需要时自动归位于袖口圆周镭射开孔位置自动形成归位固定。
