Based on the embodiment of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by the person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, fig. 2 to 5 are longitudinal sectional views of smoking articles with different structures, respectively, the smoking article provided in this embodiment includes an aerosol-forming substrate 130 and a wrapper 120, the wrapper 120 is wrapped outside the aerosol-forming substrate 130, and one end of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 is also wrapped by the wrapper 120 to prevent the aerosol-forming substrate 130 from scattering outside the wrapper 120. Meanwhile, the wrapper 120 is provided with a vent hole 150 for communicating with the atmosphere, the vent hole 150 communicating with the aerosol-forming substrate 130, so that a user can smoothly draw in aerosol generated by the smoking article when heated. In addition, the vent hole 150 is provided for smooth suction, but the size of the vent hole 150 is required to satisfy a requirement for preventing the gas mist-forming substrate 130 from scattering out of the packing member 120 from the vent hole 150, so that the packing member 120 can receive the gas mist-forming substrate 130 and prevent the gas mist-forming substrate 130 from scattering out of the packing member 120 after heating. However, the size of the vent hole 150 may be varied, and may be varied depending on the size of the medium forming the gas mist forming substrate 130, and the requirement of preventing the gas mist forming substrate 130 from scattering out of the wrapping member 120 from the vent hole 150 may be satisfied.
It is to be understood that the shape and number of the vent holes 150 are not limited. For example, in the structure shown in fig. 2, two vent holes 150 are provided on both sides of the packing member 120. In order to achieve as complete a puff as possible of the aerosol-forming substrate 130, the vent 150 should be as close as possible to the end (tail) of the aerosol-forming substrate 130. For another example, in the structure shown in fig. 3, one vent hole 150 is provided at an end of the wrapper 120.
With respect to the smoking article shown in figure 2, when smoking is achieved by heating, the heating means needs to heat the aerosol-forming substrate 130 from outside the smoking article as the aerosol-forming substrate 130 is wrapped by the wrapper 120. That is, the heating device directly heats the wrapper 120, and the wrapper 120 then conducts heat to the aerosol-forming substrate 130 by means of heat conduction, which indirectly heats the aerosol-forming substrate 130 to generate an aerosol that can be inhaled by a user.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in the structure shown in fig. 3, the wrapping element 120 is further provided with a heating hole 160, and the heating element can enter the inside of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 through the heating hole 160, so that the aerosol-forming substrate 130 can be directly heated.
Similarly, the shape and number of the heating holes 160 are not limited. Preferably, only one heating hole 160 is provided, as heating of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 is preferably achieved by one heating element.
It should be noted that, the size of the heating hole 160 is not limited, because the heating element is inserted into the heating hole 160, the heating hole 160 can be sealed or the gap of the heating hole 160 can be greatly reduced after the heating element is inserted, so as to prevent the heated aerosol-forming substrate 130 from scattering outside the wrapping member 120, and even when the heating element is drawn out from the heating hole 160, the heated aerosol-forming substrate 130 will not scatter outside the wrapping member 120. Of course, if no communication to atmosphere is required, the heating aperture 160 is preferably configured to accommodate a heating element, or it is understood that a heating element compatible with the heating aperture 160 is preferably employed when selecting a heating element.
In addition, as a general embodiment, when the heating hole 160 is formed, the heating hole 160 may be formed by directly cutting out a corresponding region of the wrapper 120, as shown in fig. 4 a. As another more preferred embodiment, only the corresponding region of the wrapping member 120 may be cut, and the corresponding region may be connected to the other region of the wrapping member 120, i.e. the corresponding region is not broken off from the wrapping member 120, as shown in fig. 4b, so that when the heating member is pulled out from the heating hole 160, the corresponding region will return to seal the heating hole 160, thereby enhancing the effect of preventing the heated aerosol-forming substrate 130 from scattering out of the wrapping member 120.
When the wrapping member 120 is provided with the vent hole 150 and the heating hole 160, the heating hole 160 and the vent hole 150 may be respectively disposed at different positions of the wrapping member 120, as shown in fig. 3, and the heating hole 160 and the vent hole 150 may also be disposed at the same position of the wrapping member 120, that is, the heating hole 160 and the vent hole 150 are overlapped, as shown in fig. 5. The size of the vent 150 may be particularly limited when the heating aperture 160 coincides with the vent 150, and it is preferred that the size of the heating aperture 160 be larger than the size of the heating element to allow the heating element to be inserted into the aerosol-forming substrate 130, while still allowing a gap for air to flow through for the user to draw in smoothly.
As shown in fig. 5, the smoking article may further comprise a filter rod 110, the filter rod 110 being attached to an end (head) of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 that is not wrapped by the wrapper 120.
The wrapper 120 may be made of a paper material or a non-paper material. The shape and or length of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 is not limited, and may be, for example, circular or the like in transverse cross-section.
Above-mentioned smoking article under each embodiment reforms transform the structure of parcel piece 120 ingeniously for aerial fog formation base member 130 can be accomodate well to parcel piece 120, avoids aerial fog formation base member 130 to scatter outside parcel piece 120, has avoided additionally increasing storage device, has simplified smoking article's structure, and the cost is reduced.
In the arrangement shown in figures 2 to 5, one end of the smoking article is wrapped by the wrapper 120 and the other end is exposed or attached to the filter rod 110, i.e. the wrapper comprises a first portion covering the side wall of the aerosol-forming substrate and a second portion covering an end of one end of the aerosol-forming substrate, but embodiments are possible in which both ends of the smoking article are wrapped by the wrapper 120 when the filter rod 110 is not provided, i.e. the wrapper further comprises a third portion covering an end of the other end of the aerosol-forming substrate, but then to facilitate smoking by the user, it may be appropriate to provide one or more ventilation holes 150 in the area of the wrapper 120 corresponding to the head or head area of the aerosol-forming substrate 130.
It will therefore be appreciated that the present embodiment provides a smoking article comprising an aerosol-forming substrate 130 and a wrapper 120, the wrapper 120 being arranged to receive the aerosol-forming substrate 130 to prevent the aerosol-forming substrate 130 from falling out of the wrapper 120, the wrapper 120 being provided with ventilation apertures 150 for communication with the atmosphere, the ventilation apertures 150 being in communication with the aerosol-forming substrate 130, and the ventilation apertures 150 being of a size sufficient to prevent the aerosol-forming substrate 130 from falling out of the wrapper 120 from the ventilation apertures 150.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6-9, fig. 6-9 show cross-sectional views of the heating device and smoking article. A smoking system provided in this embodiment comprises a smoking article according to any one of the embodiments 1 and further comprises a heating device for heating the aerosol-forming substrate 130 of the smoking article to cause the aerosol-forming substrate 130 to generate an aerosol.
The heating device has different structures for different smoking articles, and comprises an external heating type heater capable of realizing external heating, an internal heating type heater capable of realizing internal heating, or an internal and external heating type heater combining internal heating and external heating.
Specifically, the internal heating type heater is used to directly heat the gas mist forming substrate 130. The internally heated heater is suitable for smoking articles provided with a heating aperture 160.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the internal heating type heater includes a support member 180 and a heating member 170, one end of the heating member 170 is connected to the support member 180, and the other end of the heating member 170 is inserted into the inside of the aerosol-forming substrate 130 through a heating hole 160. The heating element 170 is preferably the same length as the aerosol-forming substrate 130 or slightly shorter than the aerosol-forming substrate 130 to achieve uniform heating. In addition, when the heating member 170 is one, the heating member 170 is preferably provided in the middle of the aerosol-forming substrate 130, that is, the heating hole 160 is preferably provided in the middle of the end surface of the wrapping member 120. When suction is required, the heating member 170 is inserted into the aerosol-forming substrate 130, or the aerosol-forming substrate 130 is inserted onto the heating member 170, and after the suction is completed, the heating member 170 is drawn out of the aerosol-forming substrate 130, and the heating member 170 and the aerosol-forming substrate 130 are separated.
The structure of the heating member 170 is not limited, and may be, for example, a sheet structure or a column structure, etc. The support member 180 functions to support the heating member 170 and to maintain the position of the heating member 170 stable, as long as a supporting function is achieved, and the structure thereof is not particularly limited.
In particular, the externally heated heater is adapted to heat the wrapper 120 of the smoking article directly and to heat the aerosol-forming substrate 130 indirectly by heat conduction. The externally heated heater is suitable for smoking articles that are not provided with heating apertures 160.
By way of example, as shown in figure 7, the externally heated heater comprises a heating sleeve 190, the smoking article being disposed within the heating sleeve 190, the heating sleeve 190 being used to heat the wrapper 120 of the smoking article. The heating sleeve 190 comprises a heating surface in contact with the wrapper 120 of the smoking article and the heating sleeve 190 allows the ventilation holes 150 to communicate with the atmosphere. In the structure shown in fig. 7, the heating surface is the inner wall of the heating sleeve 190, and the entire inner wall of the sleeve is used as the heating surface, which is more beneficial to achieving uniform heating and improving heating efficiency. Of course, without considering the heating efficiency, it is also possible to provide only a plurality of heating points or heating lines or heating surfaces on the inner wall of the heating sleeve 190, and the heating of the wrapping member 120 is achieved by contacting the plurality of heating points or heating lines or heating surfaces with the wrapping member 120.
The heating sleeve 190 may be a bottomless sleeve or a sleeve with a single bottom, as shown in fig. 7, which is advantageous in that it is easy to manufacture the heating sleeve in one piece and the heating surface can be enlarged. In addition, the wall or the bottom of the heating sleeve 190 may also be provided with a hollow structure (i.e., a hollow structure other than the hole allowing the vent hole 150 to communicate with the atmosphere), which may save the manufacturing material of the heating sleeve 190, but may also weaken the heating effect accordingly.
For smoking articles provided with heating apertures 160, an internal heating heater may also be used in combination with an external heating heater, as shown in fig. 8.
The heating sleeve 190 may or may not require support to support the positioning. As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the heating sleeve 190 may be connected to the supporting body 180, and the supporting body 180, the heating member 170, and the heating sleeve 190 constitute an internal and external heating type heater, which can realize both external heating and internal heating, and has a very simple structure and is easy to manufacture.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily think of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
