A continuous lubrication system of an alloy wire rod blank drawing die is characterized by comprising a lubrication operation workbench (1), a lower support rod (2), a fixed support base (3), a lubricating oil recovery box (4) and a recovery pipe (5), a lifting die fixing seat structure (6), a multifunctional oil coating, oil injecting and lubricating pipe structure (7), a circulated lubricating oil storage box structure (8), an oil leakage receiving hopper (9), a recovery control switch (10), an upper support rod (11), a fixing plate (12), an observation strip (13), a tool hook (14) and an inserting through hole (15), one end of the lower support rod (2) is respectively bolted at four corners of the lower surface of the lubricating operation workbench (1), and the other end of the lower support rod is in bolted connection with the fixed support base (3); the lubricating oil recovery box (4) is glued to the middle position of the upper surface of the fixed supporting base (3); the recovery pipe (5) penetrates through the penetrating through hole (15) and is embedded in the middle of the upper surface of the lubricating oil recovery box (4); the lifting die fixing seat structure (6) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the lubricating operation workbench (1); the multifunctional oil coating, oil injecting and lubricating pipe structure (7) penetrates through the middle position of the fixing plate (12) and is connected with a circulating lubricating oil storage box structure (8); the recyclable lubricating oil storage box structure (8) is arranged on the upper surface of the fixing plate (12); the oil leakage receiving hopper (9) is in threaded connection with the upper side position inside the recovery pipe (5); the recovery control switch (10) is embedded in the middle position of the left side of the front surface of the lubricating operation workbench (1); the upper supporting rods (11) are respectively connected to four corner positions of the upper surface of the lubricating operation workbench (1) through bolts; the fixed plate (12) is connected to the upper surface of the upper support rod (11) through bolts; the observation strip (13) is longitudinally embedded at the right side position of the lubricating oil recovery box (4); the tool hook (14) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the right side of the upper supporting rod (11) arranged on the left side; the penetrating through hole (15) is formed in the middle of the inside of the lubricating operation workbench (1); the liftable die fixing seat structure (6) comprises a die supporting plate (61), an internal thread through hole (62), a fixing clamping piece (63), a mounting bolt (64), a lifting control switch (65) and an electric lifting rod (66), wherein the internal thread through hole (62) is respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the interior of the die supporting plate (61); the fixed clamping piece (63) is riveted at the right side position of the front surface of the die supporting plate (61); the mounting bolt (64) is connected in the internal thread through hole (62) from small to upper threads; the lifting control switch (65) is embedded at the left side position of the front surface of the die supporting plate (61); the electric lifting rods (66) are respectively connected to four corners of the lower surface of the die supporting plate (61) through bolts.

The continuous lubrication system of the alloy wire rod blank drawing die of claim 1, wherein the multifunctional oiling and oiling lubrication pipe structure (7) comprises a lubrication oil guide pipe (71), a manual control valve (72), an oil guide connection cap (73), an oiling hole (74), an oiling handle (75) and an oiling brush head (76), wherein the manual control valve (72) is in threaded connection with the right lower position of the lubrication oil guide pipe (71); the oil guide connecting cap (73) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the outer surface of the lubricating oil guide pipe (71); the oil filling hole (74) is formed in the middle of the lower surface of the oil guide connecting cap (73); the oiling handle (75) is coupled to the middle position of the front surface of the oil guide connecting cap (73); the oiling brush head (76) is in threaded connection with the left end of the oiling handle (75).

The continuous lubrication system for the alloy wire rod blank drawing die according to claim 1, wherein the recyclable lubricant storage box structure (8) comprises a lubricant tank (81), an observation window (82), a lubricant pipe (83), a sealing protection cap (84), a lubricant return pipe (85), an oil pump (86) and a connecting pipe (87), wherein the observation window (82) is longitudinally embedded in the middle position of the right side of the front surface of the lubricant tank (81); the oil filling pipe (83) is embedded at the left side of the upper surface of the lubricating oil tank (81) and is communicated with the inside of the lubricating oil tank (81); the sealing protective cap (84) is buckled at the upper end of the oil filling pipe (83); one end of the oil return pipe (85) is embedded in the upper position of the left side of the lubricating oil tank (81) and communicated with the interior of the lubricating oil tank (81), and the other end of the oil return pipe is in threaded connection with the left side of the oil well pump (86); the connecting pipe (87) is in threaded connection with the right side of the oil well pump (86).

The continuous lubrication system for the alloy wire rod blank drawing die according to claim 1, wherein the lubricating oil recovery tank (4) is a rectangular transparent PVC plastic tank; the oil leakage receiving hopper (9) is a funnel-shaped PVC plastic funnel; the leaked oil receiving hopper (9) is communicated with the interior of the lubricating oil recovery tank (4) through a recovery pipe (5); the recovery pipe (5) is a PVC plastic corrugated pipe.
5. The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system according to claim 2, wherein the lubrication oil conduit (71) is a coiled stainless steel hose; the top end of the oiling brush head (76) is glued with nylon wire brush hair.
6. The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system according to claim 1, wherein the electric lifting rod (66) is arranged in a bolt connection with the lubrication operation table (1).

The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system as set forth in claim 3, wherein said lubricating oil tank (81) is glued to the upper surface of the fixing plate (12); the connecting pipe (87) is in threaded connection with the lower position of the left side of the lubricating oil recovery box (4).
8. The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system according to claim 3, wherein said lubricant oil recovery tank (4) is communicated with the inside of the lubricant oil tank (81) through a connection pipe (87) and a return oil pipe (85).

The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system according to claim 1, wherein the oil leakage receiving hopper (9) is arranged at the upper part of the lubrication operation table (1); the oil leakage receiving hopper (9) is arranged at the lower part of the die supporting plate (61).
10. The alloy wire rod blank drawing die continuous lubrication system according to claim 3, wherein the observation window (82) is a rectangular tempered glass strip window with a thickness of three to five millimeters.
