Detailed Description
The practice and use of the embodiments are discussed in detail below. It should be understood, however, that the specific embodiments discussed are merely illustrative of specific ways to make and use the invention, and do not limit the scope of the invention.
It is noted that the drawings are not only for explanation and illustration of the present invention but also help to be defined by the present invention as necessary.
FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of one embodiment of a dual body motor apparatus according to the present invention; FIG. 4 is an exploded view of the dual body motor arrangement of FIG. 3; fig. 5 is a schematic bottom view of the dual body motor arrangement of fig. 3, with the auxiliary housing 6 omitted.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the dual body motor apparatus for a sunroof assembly according to the present invention mainly includes a main housing 1, a common circuit board 2, a first motor 3, a second motor 4, a motor plug 5, and an auxiliary housing 6.
One of the first motor 3 and the second motor 4 is a sunroof glass drive motor, and the other is a sun blind drive motor. For example, the first motor 3 is a sunroof glass drive motor, and the second motor 4 is a sun blind drive motor. The first motor 3 comprises a first motor housing 31 for fixing the rotor, the stator and the first gear transmission 32 of the first motor 3. The rotor of the first motor 3 drives the sunroof chain to move in a sunroof chain channel provided in a front frame or a rear frame of the sunroof assembly through the first gear transmission 32, so as to open or close the sunroof. The second motor 4 comprises a second motor housing 41 for fixing the rotor, the stator and the second gear transmission 42 of the second motor 4. The rotor of the second motor 4 drives the roller blind chain to move in the roller blind chain channel provided in the front frame or the rear frame of the sunroof assembly through the second gear transmission 42 to open or close the roller blind.
Compared with the two single motor devices included in the skylight assembly in the prior art, the double-body motor device integrates the first motor 3 and the second motor 4 and other electronic devices for the two motors on the common circuit board 2, so that the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is saved.
The main housing 1 is connected to the common circuit board 2, the first motor 3 and the second motor 4, respectively, to fix a circuit assembly composed of the common circuit board 2 and the first motor 3, the second motor 4 and other electronic devices mounted on the common circuit board 2, and the main housing 1 is connected to a front frame or a rear frame of the sunroof assembly to fix the two-body motor device to the front frame or the rear frame, for example, a lateral section of the front frame or the rear frame ("lateral" corresponds to a lateral direction of the vehicle).
The common circuit board 2 is shaped to fit the main casing 1 so as to be fixed to the main casing 1, and the common circuit board 2 is connected with a motor plug 5 protruding from the main casing 1. In the illustrated preferred embodiment, in order to optimize the structural layout, the first motor 3 and the second motor 4 are located on both sides of and substantially symmetrical with respect to the center point of the common circuit board 2 in the longitudinal direction of the common circuit board 2, respectively, and the first gear transmission 32 of the first motor 3 and the second gear transmission 42 of the second motor 4 are disposed close to each other, so that the common circuit board 2 and the main casing 1 are designed to each have a substantially "Z" shape as illustrated. The motor plug 5 can be connected to any position on the common circuit board 2 that does not interfere positionally with the first motor 3 and the second motor 4 for connecting the two-body motor arrangement to the power supply of the vehicle.
Also in order to optimize the structural layout, an arrangement space 21 for arranging electronic components (e.g., a plurality of capacitors 7) on the common circuit board 2 is left between the first motor 3 and the second motor 4 (i.e., between the mounting position of the first gear transmission 32 on the common circuit board 2 and the mounting position of the second gear transmission 42 on the common circuit board 2). The motor plug 5 can be connected to the common circuit board 2 adjacent to the arrangement space 21, for example. In addition, the dual body motor apparatus may further include an auxiliary housing 6, and the auxiliary housing 6 is connected with the main housing 1 to cover the arrangement space 21.
Preferably, the main housing 1 includes a first buckle 11, a second buckle 12 and a third buckle 13 extending from the edge thereof, and a first clamping portion 33 matching with the first buckle 11 is provided on the first motor cover 31 of the first motor 3, a second clamping portion 43 matching with the second buckle 12 is provided on the second motor cover 41 of the second motor 4, and a third clamping portion 61 matching with the third buckle 13 is provided on the auxiliary housing 6. The main housing 1 is thus connected with the first motor 3, the second motor 4, and the auxiliary housing 6, respectively, by snap-fitting between these snaps and the corresponding snap portions.
Also preferably, the auxiliary housing 6 is also connected with the first motor 3 and the second motor 4. More specifically, the auxiliary housing 6 includes a first recess 62 and a second recess 63 provided at the edges thereof, and the first motor cover 31 of the first motor 3 is provided with a first projection 34 that is fitted into the first recess 62, and the second motor cover 41 of the second motor 4 is provided with a second projection 44 that is fitted into the second recess 63. The auxiliary housing 6 is thereby connected with the first motor 3 and the second motor 4, respectively, by a snap fit between these recesses and the corresponding projections. Therefore, the main housing 1, the first motor 3, the second motor 4 and the auxiliary housing 6 are assembled together by multiple clamping to form the whole external structure of the double-body motor device.
The technical content and technical features of the present invention have been disclosed above, but it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made to the concept disclosed above by those skilled in the art under the inventive concept of the present invention, and all fall within the scope of the present invention.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
