5. The tiered disinfection cabinet of claim 1 or 4 wherein the plurality of tiered disinfection chambers of the tiered disinfection cabinet are arranged in a vertical direction;
and an object is arranged in the disinfection cavity at the bottommost layer of the layered disinfection cabinet.
6. The layered disinfection cabinet of claim 1, wherein said control panel further comprises an alarm prompt.

The layered disinfection cabinet of claim 1, wherein the disinfection cabinet body is a square body, an air inlet is provided on the left side or the right side of the disinfection cabinet body corresponding to each disinfection chamber, an air outlet is provided on the rear side of the disinfection cabinet body corresponding to each disinfection chamber, and an air exhaust fan is provided at the air outlet.

The layered disinfection cabinet of claim 7, wherein the side of the disinfection cabinet body where the air inlet is provided is a hollow structure, the air inlet comprises an outer air inlet and an inner air inlet, the outer air inlet is provided on the outer side wall of the side of the disinfection cabinet body, and the inner air inlet is provided on the inner side wall of the side of the disinfection cabinet body; a first filter element is arranged between each group of the outer air inlet and the inner air inlet in the side of the disinfection cabinet body;
the rear side of the disinfection cabinet body is of a hollow structure, the exhaust holes comprise outer exhaust holes and inner exhaust holes, the outer exhaust holes are formed in the outer side wall of the rear side of the disinfection cabinet body, and the inner exhaust holes are formed in the inner side wall of the rear side of the disinfection cabinet body; and a second filter piece is arranged between the outer exhaust hole and the inner exhaust hole in each group in the rear side of the disinfection cabinet body.
9. The layered sterilization cabinet of claim 8, wherein said first and second filter members are each a removable filter screen.
10. The tiered disinfection cabinet of claim 7 wherein the exhaust fan is a temperature controlled exhaust fan.
