本实用新型公开一种舌形五爪式听小骨假体,包括顶盘、连杆与镫骨夹,所述顶盘侧边设有呈S形的支撑舌体,支撑舌体能够与锤骨形成配合;顶盘与连杆之间通过球窝关节相连;所述镫骨夹为五爪结构;通过设置支撑舌体与锤骨形成配合,使听小骨假体能够与锤骨之间形成良好地支撑,增强稳定性;通过球窝关节将顶盘与连杆进行连接,可以灵活方便地调整顶盘与连杆之间的角度,适于不同病人的需求;将镫骨夹设置成五爪结构,使镫骨夹在与镫骨连接时松紧适宜,既不会因为过紧损伤镫骨,也不会由于过松而脱落。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种舌形五爪式听小骨假体。
背景技术
由于疾病、外伤或先天畸形,中耳听小骨(由三个小骨组成,别称听骨链,从外向内依次为:锤骨、砧骨、镫骨,镫骨由镫骨弓与镫骨底板组成,后者与内耳外淋巴液接触,是中耳将振动传递至内耳的最后结构)通常受到损伤。最多见的是砧骨受损。如果砧骨损伤导致鼓膜和镫骨头之间的不连续或固定,那么从鼓膜传来的振动就无法有效传递至镫骨头,从而导致传导性听力损失。当受损的砧骨被听小骨假体置换后,从鼓膜传来的振动将被听小骨假体传递至镫骨,进而部分或全部补偿砧骨受损导致的传导性听力损失。此外,生理状态的听骨链有锤砧关节、砧镫关节、镫骨环韧带、鼓膜与锤骨间软链接以及锤骨及砧骨的韧带,使得鼓膜听骨链系统可以缓冲中耳腔压力变化。该种替代砧骨的听小骨假体又称作部分人工听骨或部分听小骨假体。
目前,听小骨假体一般由顶盘、连杆与镫骨夹构成,从而组成听骨链。现有的听小骨假体在使用时发现,与锤骨之间的稳定性较差,顶盘与连杆相固定导致活动范围受限,而且硬连接的方式无法承受冲击;另外,镫骨夹一般为四爪、七爪或八爪,与镫骨相连时存在过松或过紧的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种舌形五爪式听小骨假体,该听小骨假体能够与锤骨之间形成良好地接触,增强人工听骨的稳定性、减小人工听骨对接触鼓膜部分造成应力过大进而损伤鼓膜,且活动范围大便于调整使用角度,另外与镫骨相连时松紧适宜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种舌形五爪式听小骨假体,包括顶盘、连杆与镫骨夹,顶盘设有筋条;所述顶盘侧边设有呈S形的支撑舌体,支撑舌体能够与锤骨形成配合;顶盘与连杆之间通过球窝关节相连;所述镫骨夹为五爪结构。
进一步的,所述球窝关节内设有缓冲弹簧。
进一步的,所述顶盘呈圆形或椭圆形。
进一步的,所述球窝关节位于顶盘中心或偏心位置。
进一步的,所述顶盘的筋条呈S形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
一、通过设置支撑舌体与锤骨形成配合,使听小骨假体能够与锤骨之间形成良好地支撑,增强稳定性;
二、通过球窝关节将顶盘与连杆进行连接,可以灵活方便地调整顶盘与连杆之间的角度,适于不同病人的需求;
三、将顶盘上的筋条设置成S形,能够扩大手术操作时的视野,减少出现的盲区,减少听小骨假体质量;
四、球窝关节内设置缓冲弹簧能够缓冲部分中耳气压变化,减小顶盘对鼓膜的压力,进而减小顶盘对鼓膜的损伤,减小植入体脱出率;
五、将镫骨夹设置成五爪结构,使镫骨夹在与镫骨连接时松紧适宜,既不会因为过紧损伤镫骨,也不会由于过松而脱落。

具体实施方式
结合图1~3所示,本实用新型提供一种舌形五爪式听小骨假体,包括顶盘1、连杆2与镫骨夹3,顶盘1设有筋条7,筋条7呈S形;所述顶盘1侧边设有呈S形的支撑舌体4,支撑舌体4能够与锤骨形成配合;结合图3所示,顶盘1与连杆2之间通过球窝关节5相连,作为优选的,球窝关节5内设有缓冲弹簧6;所述镫骨夹3为五爪结构,五爪具体为后方两爪、前方一爪、两侧方各一爪,后方的两爪使镫骨夹与镫骨头后方的镫骨肌腱相吻合;双侧的两爪稍向内倾斜,易于嵌入镫骨头下方的镫骨弓之间的空隙中;前方的一爪,使得人工听骨与镫骨头不至于向后方滑动,起到固定人工听骨位置作用;此外,该设计通过调整各爪结构的弹性,便于使用过程中取出重新安放而不损伤镫骨以及镫骨环韧带。顶盘1呈圆形或椭圆形。球窝关节5位于顶盘1中心,也可以设置在顶盘1偏心位置。
