In the second example of the embodiment of the second sealing structure 5 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the second sealing structure 5 includes a second body 521 and a second protrusion 522, the second body 521 is provided on the inner wall of the valve mounting hole 32, the second protrusion 522 is provided on the inner wall of the second body 521, and the second protrusion 522 is annular and extends inward from the second body 521. Therefore, after the valve body 41 is matched with the valve mounting hole 32, the second protrusion 522 is abutted to the outer wall of the valve body 41, and the second body 521 and the second protrusion 522 are arranged between the outer wall of the valve body 41 and the inner wall of the valve mounting hole 32, so that the sealing effect of the second sealing structure 5 is good, and the matching between the valve body 41 and the valve mounting hole 32 is firm. The third sealing ring 531 is disposed between the top wall of the valve mounting portion 31 and the exhaust valve 4, and can seal the fit gap between the valve mounting portion 31 and the exhaust valve 4, so that the hot air in the cooking cavity 21 is not easy to flow out from the fit gap between the mounting portion and the exhaust valve 4.
Optionally, a third sealing ring 531 is provided on the valve body 41, an annular third protrusion 532 is formed on a side surface of the third sealing ring 531 facing the valve mounting portion 31, and a sealing effect of the third sealing ring 531 can be enhanced by the third protrusion 532, so that a fitting gap between the exhaust valve 4 and the valve mounting portion 31 is better blocked, and thus hot air in the cooking cavity 21 is prevented from flowing out from the fitting gap between the exhaust valve 4 and the valve mounting portion 31. .
Further, the screw seal structure includes an external thread provided on the outer wall of the valve body 41, and an annular rib provided in the valve mounting hole 32, and the annular rib and the external thread are engaged with each other, so that the exhaust valve 4 and the valve mounting portion 31 can be quickly assembled. Claims (12)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pan body;
the cooker cover is covered on the top of the cooker body, a cooking cavity is defined between the cooker cover and the cooker body, a first sealing structure is arranged between the cooker body and the cooker cover, a valve mounting part is arranged on the cooker cover, and a valve mounting hole penetrating through the valve mounting part is formed in the valve mounting part;
the exhaust valve is arranged on the valve mounting part and is constructed to be used when the pressure in the cooking cavity is greater than a preset value, the exhaust valve is conducted between the cooking cavity and the external environment, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the exhaust valve and the valve mounting part.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first sealing structure comprises:
the sealing groove is formed on the pot body, and the top of the sealing groove is open;
the sealing flange is formed on the pot cover and can be contained in the sealing groove.

The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the top of the pan body is provided with a support portion disposed around a circumference of the top of the pan body, the support portion comprises a horizontal plate, a vertical plate and a stop rib, the vertical plate and the stop rib are disposed around the circumference of the horizontal plate and the stop rib is located inside the vertical plate, and the seal groove is defined between the horizontal plate, the vertical plate and the stop rib.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the height of the stop rib is less than 1/3 of the vertical plate.
5. The cooking utensil of claim 3 wherein the inner wall of the stop rib and the inner wall of the pot are on the same arc plane and the bottom wall of the sealing groove is a flat surface.
6. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the exhaust valve comprises:
a valve body defining a vent passage therein;
the valve cover is provided with an air vent and arranged on the valve body and covers the air vent channel;
a float ball disposed within the vent channel and configured to conduct the vent channel when a pressure within the cooking chamber is greater than a preset value.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the second sealing structure comprises:
the first sealing ring is sleeved on the valve body, and when the exhaust valve is arranged in the valve installation part, the first sealing ring is stopped against the inner wall of the valve installation hole.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the first sealing ring comprises:
the first body is sleeved on the valve body, and the first body is matched with the valve body through a stepped surface;
the first bulge is arranged on the outer wall of the first body, is annular and extends upwards from the outer wall of the first body in an inclined mode.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the second sealing structure comprises:
the second body is arranged on the inner wall of the valve mounting hole;
the second bulge is arranged on the inner wall of the second body, is annular and extends inwards from the second body.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein at least a portion of the second body overlies a top wall of the valve mounting portion.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the second sealing structure comprises:
the valve body is matched with the valve mounting hole through the threaded sealing structure;
and the third sealing ring is arranged on the top wall of the valve mounting part and between the exhaust valves.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the threaded sealing structure includes external threads provided on an outer wall of the valve body, and an annular rib provided in the valve mounting hole, the annular rib mating with the external threads.
