The commodity price tags in the off-line retail scenario are mainly paper price tags and electronic ink price tags. According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic price tag control system is provided, the system including: the sensor unit comprises an image sensor and a distance sensor and is used for acquiring user information; the server is used for receiving the user information; and generating a switching instruction; and the electronic price tag comprises an LED or LCD display screen and is used for displaying commodity information and/or advertisement information, and the electronic price tag is also used for switching the display content according to the switching instruction.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the system further includes a control platform and a handheld device, where the control platform is configured to receive the switching instruction of the server; the electronic price tag is also used for acquiring prestored content updating information from the control platform and/or the handheld device and/or the server; and finishing the updating of the prestored content in the at least one electronic price tag according to the prestored content updating information.

In one embodiment, the server 504 is configured to parse the user information to obtain the location information, and generate the switching instruction when the location information is determined to satisfy the location threshold; and/or analyzing the user information to obtain time information, and generating a switching instruction when the time information is judged to meet a time threshold. For example, when the position information is within a first threshold range, the user is considered to be closer, and a first switching instruction is generated to switch to more detailed commodity information or promotion information; when the position information is within the second threshold range, the user is considered to be far away, and a second switching instruction is generated to switch to the content with a larger size.
In one embodiment, the server 504 is configured to generate the update information of the pre-stored content according to the update request instruction when the update request instruction is generated by combining the identifier after the identifier of the to-be-updated commodity information is acquired by the at least one intelligent price tag. The server 504 is, for example, a cloud platform.
The electronic price tag 506 includes an LED or LCD display screen for displaying commodity information and/or advertisement information, and is also used for performing switching of its display contents according to the switching instruction.
In one embodiment, the electronic price tag 506 is used to parse the switch command to obtain a price tag address, a switch target address; and completing the switching of the display content of the electronic price tag 506 corresponding to the price tag address according to the price tag address and the switching target address. The price tag address is an electronic price tag which the current switching instruction wishes to issue, namely the address of the electronic price tag of the to-be-switched display content. And the switching target address is the storage address of the picture or video to be switched.
In one embodiment, the electronic price tag 506 is used to parse the switch command to obtain a price tag address, switch template information, switch dynamic content; and completing the switching of the display content of the electronic price tag corresponding to the price tag address according to the price tag address, the switching template information and the switching dynamic content. In the method, the picture display can be performed through the template picture. The template picture is shown in fig. 2, which may include switching dynamic content. The switching dynamic content may be, for example, but not limited to, commodity price, commodity origin, and the like.
In one embodiment, the electronic price tag 506 includes a wireless communication module. The electronic price tag 506 obtains pre-stored content update information from the handheld device by way of wireless communication.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a settlement module, configured to complete settlement of the corresponding product according to the product settlement request instruction when the user acquires the product information through the display content of the electronic price tag and generates a product settlement request instruction in combination with the product information. The screen of the electronic price tag 506 may be a touch screen, and when a user touches the screen of the electronic price tag to operate, a settlement or purchase page may be selected, so as to respond to a settlement payment page or a purchase page. When the user performs purchase operation, the face recognition can be performed on the user through the picture detected by the sensor so as to acquire the username information of the user.
According to the electronic price tag control system disclosed by the invention, the display content of the electronic price tag is switched based on the user information acquired by the sensor unit or the instruction information of the cloud background, and meanwhile, the prestored content is updated by utilizing the cloud background, so that the functions of intelligently displaying the electronic price tag and updating commodity information and/or advertisement information can be realized, and the user experience is improved on the basis of low cost.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic price tag control system in accordance with another exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the electronic price tag control system 60 includes at least: cloud backend 602, local control platform 604, sensor 606, at least one item price tag 608, and shelf 610. The electronic price tag control system 60 shows the system architecture for intelligently displaying merchandise information when applied to a shelf.
In the electronic price tag control system 60, the product price tag 608 employs an LED or LCD display screen. Can display color information or only black and white information; the display device can display color or black and white picture and text information, can play a moving picture and a video, and can display dynamic or static contents, which is not limited in the disclosure. The plurality of display screens can perform data interaction with the local control platform 604 in a wired or wireless manner, and the local control platform 604 performs unified management on the display content and the pre-stored content of at least one commodity price tag 608.
The system can be fused with various sensors to realize content personalized push, for example, the characteristics of gender, age and the like can be identified through an intelligent camera so as to push advertisements and promotion information in a targeted manner; or the distance of the user is sensed through the distance sensor, so that the electronic tag presents different pictures and shows certain interactivity under the scene that the user is at different distances from the shelf 610. For example, when the distance sensor detects that the user is far away from the shelf, the commodity price tag is controlled to display the passenger content with larger size, and when the user is detected to be near to the shelf, the commodity price tag is controlled to display the passenger content containing more details and more specific content.
In one embodiment, a playback device may also be provided to play video audio. For example, when the distance sensing device detects that the user is within a certain distance range, the playing device is controlled to play sound, so as to prevent sound interference from generating and affecting other customers.
The electronic price tag control system can realize online and offline interaction. For example, some data information on the line and a big data analysis real-time result are pushed to the current client; for example, user evaluation information of similar commodities of the same type and the like, binding promotion discount information of the commodities and the like can be displayed; when the intelligent camera is adopted, if the identity of the user is identified, some discount information can be pushed in a more targeted manner according to the user portrait, and the user experience degree is improved.
According to the electronic price tag control system disclosed by the invention, information such as commodity price and advertisement content can be dynamically displayed, and technologies such as a sensor unit and an intelligent camera are combined, so that accurate content delivery can be realized, and personalized presentation to different customers is realized.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules described above may be distributed in the apparatus according to the description of the embodiments, or may be modified accordingly in one or more apparatuses unique from the embodiments. The modules of the above embodiments may be combined into one module, or further split into multiple sub-modules.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (9)

1. An electronic price tag control system, comprising:
a sensor unit including an image sensor and/or a distance sensor for acquiring user information;
at least one electronic price tag, wherein the electronic price tag comprises an LED or an LCD display screen and is used for displaying commodity information and/or advertisement information, and the electronic price tag is also used for executing the switching of the display content according to a switching instruction generated based on the user information.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a control platform and a handheld device, the control platform to receive the handoff instruction generated based on the user information; the electronic price tag is also used for acquiring pre-stored content updating information from the control platform and/or the handheld device; and finishing the updating of the pre-stored content in the electronic price tag according to the pre-stored content updating information.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the electronic price tag is further configured to parse the switch command to obtain a price tag address, a switch target address; and completing the switching of the display content of the electronic price tag corresponding to the price tag address according to the price tag address and the switching target address.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the electronic price tag is further configured to parse the switching instructions to obtain a price tag address, switch template information, switch dynamic content; and completing the switching of the display content of the electronic price tag corresponding to the price tag address according to the price tag address, the switching template information and the switching dynamic content.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the electronic price tag includes a wireless communication module, the electronic price tag wirelessly obtaining pre-stored content update information from the handheld device.
6. The system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the electronic price tag is used for sending an update request instruction to the outside in combination with an identifier of the information of the commodity to be updated after acquiring the identifier; and receiving the pre-stored content update information externally responding to the update request instruction.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the sensor unit is further configured to generate the user information upon detecting the presence of a user within a predetermined range of locations.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the sensor unit comprises a combination of any one or more of:
ultrasonic sensor, infrared sensor, sound sensor.
9. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a settlement module for completing settlement of the corresponding product according to the product settlement request instruction when a user acquires the product information through the display content of the electronic price tag and generates a product settlement request instruction in combination with the product information.
