Because of possible unevenness of the ground and the integral error of the trolley, the walking mechanisms are designed to be hinged in order to ensure good contact and stress between the walking wheels of the walking mechanisms and the track in the walking process of the trolley. However, the running mechanism is of a non-completely symmetrical structure, and the eccentric force under the dead weight easily causes the running mechanism at the lower part to rotate along the hinged shaft, so that the running mechanism is easily collided with the bottom of the longitudinal beam of the portal frame or the running wheels are not contacted with the track at the same time when the portal frame is jacked up and retracted. In order to ensure the proper swing of the travelling mechanism, a limiting device is arranged between the lower hinged seat and the upper hinged seat, so that the travelling mechanism can swing within a small range and can be prevented from tipping over due to the unbalance. The split heads are structurally arranged so that portal jacks are not directly pressed on the top surface of the track, the contact area with the ground is increased, and the force is effectively transmitted to the ground during lining construction; the width and height of the middle hole are larger than those of the rails, so that enough clearance between the rails and the rails is ensured, and when the walking wheels are not in contact with the top surfaces of the rails, the whole section of rails can be directly dragged forwards to the next construction station without disassembling the rails section by section and then transferring.

the gantry assembly comprises an upper gantry and a lower gantry, and the upper gantry connected with the top die part is movably arranged on the lower gantry through a translation mechanism; the jacking mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism and the travelling mechanism are all arranged at the lower end of the lower portal.
