A spraying vacuum shaping device for production and processing of solid-wall pipes comprises a rack (1), a water pump assembly (2), a vacuum pump assembly (3), four groups of supporting legs (4) and a bottom plate (5), wherein the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the rack (1) are respectively connected with the top ends of the four groups of supporting legs (4), a working cavity is arranged inside the rack (1), the left end and the right end of the working cavity are respectively communicated with an extending port and an extending port, the spraying assembly and the vacuum assembly are arranged in the working cavity, the spraying assembly is provided with a plurality of groups of nozzles which are uniformly distributed in the working cavity, a plurality of groups of supporting guide roller assemblies are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the working cavity, the bottom ends of the four groups of supporting legs (4) are respectively connected with the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side and the right rear side of the top end of the bottom plate (5), the water pump assembly, the input end of the water pump assembly (2) is communicated with a water supply mechanism, the output end of the vacuum pump assembly (3) is communicated with the input end of the vacuum assembly, and the output end of the water pump assembly (2) and the output end of the vacuum pump assembly (3) are respectively provided with a first pressure gauge (6) and a second pressure gauge (7); the device is characterized by further comprising a filter box (8), a drainage plate (9), a filter plate (10), a filter screen (11), a cover plate (12), a fixture block (13), two groups of support rods (14), a fixing block (15), a rotating shaft (16), a fixed bearing (17), three groups of water turbine blades (18) and a cleaning brush (19), wherein a flow cavity (20) is arranged inside the filter box (8), the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the flow cavity (20) are respectively communicated with an input pipe and an output pipe, the input pipe is communicated with the output end of the water pump assembly (2), the output pipe is communicated with the input end of a spraying assembly in a working cavity, the bottom end, the front end and the rear end of the drainage plate (9) are respectively connected with the bottom end, the front end and the rear end of the middle region of the flow cavity (20), and an insertion hole is arranged in the middle-lower, the middle part of the right end of the drainage plate (9) is communicated with the flow chamber (20) and is provided with a clamping groove, the left end of the filter plate (10) is hermetically and slidably clamped with the clamping groove, the left end of the cover plate (12) is connected with the right end of the clamping block (13), the cover plate (12) is screwed with the right end of the filter box (8), the clamping block (13) is hermetically and slidably clamped with the insertion hole, the right end of the filter plate (10) is connected with the left end of the clamping block (13), the front end and the rear end of the filter plate (10) are respectively and closely sealed with the front end and the rear end of the flow chamber (20), the top end of the filter plate (10) is provided with a penetration hole in a penetrating way, the front end, the rear end, the left end and the right end of the filter screen (11) are respectively and fixedly connected with the front end, the rear end, the left end and the right end of the penetration hole, the outer end of the two groups of the support rods (14) are, the inner ends of the two groups of supporting rods (14) are respectively connected with the left end and the right end of the fixed block (15), the top end of the fixed block (15) is provided with a fixed groove, the bottom end of the fixed groove is communicated with the flowing cavity (20) and is provided with a rotating hole, the fixed bearing (17) is fixedly clamped with the fixed groove, the fixed bearing (17) is in interference fit connection with the top end of the rotating shaft (16), the rotating hole is rotatably sleeved with the rotating shaft (16), the bottom end of the rotating shaft (16) is provided with an installation block (21), the inner ends of the three groups of water wheel blades (18) are respectively and uniformly connected with the left front side, the right front side and the rear side of the circumferential side wall of the mounting block (21), the right side of the top end of the cleaning brush (19) is provided with a driving rod (22), the top end of the driving rod (22) is connected with the bottom end of the mounting block (21), and the bottom end of the cleaning brush (19) is provided with a plurality of groups of bristles (23).

The spraying vacuum forming device for the production and processing of the solid-wall pipe according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure relief device (24), a control spring (25) and a control piston (26), wherein the pressure relief device (24) is internally provided with a control cavity (27), the right end of the control cavity (27) is communicated with the flow cavity (20) of the filter box (8) and is provided with a communication hole, the control piston (26) is in sealed sliding clamping with the control cavity (27), the left end and the right end of the control spring (25) are respectively attached to the left end of the control cavity (27) and the left end of the control piston (26), and the left side of the bottom end of the control cavity (27) is communicated with a drain hole (28).

The spraying vacuum forming device for the production and processing of the solid-wall pipe according to claim 7, further comprising four sets of stabilizing plates (35), wherein the top ends of the four sets of stabilizing plates (35) are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the four sets of adjusting bolts (34).
