The mounting hole 115 includes a receiving groove 119 disposed at an end of the fixing base 118 away from the pointer 113, and the receiving groove 119 is used for receiving a portion of the rotation stopping member 117 and a portion of the elastic member 116. The two receiving groove sections 119 on the fixing base 118 can be disposed in a communicating manner to reduce the processing difficulty. An annular first limit surface 1191 is disposed on a sidewall of the accommodating groove section 119 away from the box body 100. The circumferential outer side wall of the rotation stopping member 117 extends outwards to form an annular limiting ring, the side surface of the limiting ring facing the first limiting surface 1191 is a second limiting surface 1171, and the first limiting surface 1191 and the second limiting surface 1171 are in limiting fit in the axial direction of the mounting hole 115 to limit the length of the rotation stopping member 117 extending out of the mounting hole 115, so that the rotation stopping member 117 is prevented from completely separating from the mounting hole 115.
Referring to fig. 3, in some preferred embodiments, the supporting portion includes a plurality of strip-shaped supporting protrusions 201, and the plurality of supporting protrusions 201 are disposed at intervals along the length or width direction of the supporting plate 200.
In the preferred embodiment, the supporting portion includes a plurality of strip-shaped supporting protrusions 201, and the plurality of supporting protrusions 201 are arranged at intervals along the length or width direction of the supporting plate 200, so as to increase the supporting points of the supporting plate 200 on the bottom surface of the lead frame, and further improve the supporting effect of the supporting plate 200 on the lead frame. In some preferred embodiments, the support plate 200 is provided with a plurality of weight-reducing holes 203 arranged at intervals, and the weight-reducing holes 203 penetrate through the support plate 200 in the thickness direction of the support plate 200.
In the preferred embodiment, the lightening holes 203 on the support plate 200 can reduce the weight of the support plate 200, thereby avoiding the occurrence of deformation caused by over-weight of the support plate 200. The supporting protrusions 201 are arranged on the parts of the supporting plate 200 different from the lightening holes 203, so that the production of the supporting protrusions 201 is facilitated, and the strength of the supporting plate 200 is enhanced by the supporting protrusions 201.
In some preferred embodiments, the support plate 200 is provided with an out-of-range notch 204 at an end facing the open end 103.
Since the bottom surface of the lead frame is in direct contact with the support plate 200, it is inconvenient for a worker to withdraw the lead frame from the receiving cavity 102. In the preferred embodiment, the end of the support plate 200 facing the open end 103 is provided with the abdicating notch 204, so that a worker can directly take the lead frame at the abdicating notch 204, and the efficiency of taking the lead frame from the magazine is improved.
In some preferred embodiments, the cartridge 100 includes two open ends 103 disposed opposite one another.
In the preferred embodiment, the casing 100 includes two opposite open ends 103, which increases the number of ports for the lead frame to enter and exit the casing 100, and improves the utility of the magazine. When two opening ends 103 are oppositely arranged in the box body 100, one ends of the accommodating cavities 102 facing the two opening ends 103 are communicated with the corresponding opening ends 103, one ends of the first sliding grooves 105 facing the two opening ends 103 extend to the end faces of the corresponding opening ends 103, and two ends of the supporting plate 200 facing the two opening ends 103 are provided with abdicating notches 204.
In some preferred embodiments, the two ends of the supporting plate 200 facing the two open ends 103 are respectively provided with a relief notch 204, and the two relief notches 204 are arranged diagonally.
In the preferred embodiment, the two abdicating notches 204 on the support plate 200 are arranged diagonally, so that the center of gravity of the support plate 200 can be balanced to make the center of gravity near the middle of the support plate 200, thereby avoiding the situation that the support plate 200 is deformed in the magazine due to serious center of gravity shift.
In some preferred embodiments, the outer surface of the box 100 is provided with an image code for scanning by an external scanning device, and at least the cartridge number information is stored in the image code.
In the preferred embodiment, the image is encoded, for example, but not limited to, a two-dimensional code or a bar code. The image code stores cartridge number information including a cartridge number, a direction of the pointer 113, and the like. Staff's accessible scanning device scans the image code in order to obtain magazine serial number information, and then the staff of being convenient for confirms the magazine that required lead frame is located fast.

Claims (10)

1. A lead frame magazine, comprising:
the box body is provided with a containing cavity;
the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting plates, wherein the supporting plates are arranged in the accommodating cavity in parallel at intervals, each supporting plate is provided with an accommodating cavity used for storing a lead frame above, and the top of each supporting plate is provided with a supporting part used for supporting and contacting with the bottom surface of the lead frame.
2. The lead frame magazine as set forth in claim 1, wherein the case has at least one open end, and each of the receiving chambers has an end facing the open end communicating with the open end, and the support plate is detachably disposed in the case from the open end.
3. The leadframe magazine according to claim 2, wherein the cassette includes two first side plates disposed opposite to each other, the open end is located at the same end of the two first side plates, and the plurality of support plates are located between the two first side plates;
every the backup pad with all be equipped with sliding construction between two first curb plates, sliding construction includes:
the first sliding groove is arranged on the inner side wall of the first side plate, and one end, facing the opening end, of the first sliding groove extends to the end face of the opening end;
the sliding block is arranged at one end, facing the first sliding groove, of the supporting plate.
4. The lead frame magazine according to claim 3, wherein the accommodating chamber comprises two second sliding grooves respectively disposed on inner sidewalls of the two first side plates, and one end of the second sliding groove facing the open end extends to an end surface of the open end.
5. The lead frame magazine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first and/or second chute has a plurality of through groove sections penetrating the first side plate in a thickness direction of the first side plate, the through groove sections being arranged at intervals;
the box body also comprises two second side plates which are oppositely arranged, the two second side plates are connected between the two first side plates, and the two first side plates and the two second side plates are arranged in an enclosing manner to form the containing cavity; and a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the second side plate, and the drainage holes penetrate through the second side plate along the thickness direction of the second side plate.

The lead frame magazine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magazine body is further provided with a first identification portion and a second identification portion which are arranged at intervals, and the content of the first identification portion is different from the content of the second identification portion;
the lead frame magazine still including set up in pointer subassembly on the box body, pointer subassembly includes:
the pointer is provided with a first position pointing to the first identification part and a second position pointing to the second identification part, and the pointer is rotatably connected to the box body;
the driving piece is used for driving the pointer to rotate between the first position and the second position.

The lead frame magazine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the case body is provided with two mounting holes, and the pointer is provided with a positioning hole extending therethrough in the thickness direction, wherein the positioning hole is aligned with one of the mounting holes when the pointer is located at the first position; when the pointer is located at the second position, the positioning hole is aligned with the other mounting hole;
the pointer assembly comprises an elastic piece and a rotation stopping piece, the elastic piece is installed in each installation hole, the rotation stopping piece is provided with an avoiding position for avoiding the pointer and a rotation stopping position inserted into the positioning hole, and one end of the elastic piece is connected with the rotation stopping piece to provide elastic force for the rotation stopping piece to move towards the rotation stopping position;
the driving part comprises a pushing part, and the pushing part can be inserted into the positioning hole to push the rotation stopping part at the rotation stopping position to move to the avoiding position.

The lead frame magazine as claimed in claim 7, wherein an annular first limiting surface is disposed in the mounting hole, an annular second limiting surface is disposed on a circumferential side wall of the rotation stopping member and protrudes outward, and the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface are in limiting fit in an axial direction of the mounting hole to limit the length of the rotation stopping member extending out of the mounting hole.
9. The lead frame magazine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the support portion comprises a plurality of support protrusions in a strip shape, the plurality of support protrusions being arranged at intervals along a length or width direction of the support plate;
the support plate is provided with a plurality of lightening holes arranged at intervals, and the lightening holes penetrate through the support plate along the thickness direction of the support plate.
10. The lead frame magazine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the magazine body comprises two opposite open ends, the ends of the support plate facing the open ends are provided with abdicating notches, and the abdicating notches are arranged diagonally.
