The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
An air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
The up-down, left-right, and front-back directions described in this application are shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 6, and 9. It is to be understood that the terms "left", "right", "front", "back", "upper", "lower", and the like, are used in the orientations and positional relationships indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the air conditioner 100 may generally include: chassis 10, face frame 20, electrical control box 30 and panel 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the face frame 20 covers the chassis 10, and the electronic control box 30 is mounted on the face frame 20 and located in front of the face frame 20. Wherein, install automatically controlled box 30 in the front of face frame 20, when the maintenance, can directly maintain and the dismouting to automatically controlled box 30 in the front of face frame 20, reduced the possibility of face frame 20 to operating personnel's interference, improved maintenance efficiency.
In addition, at least a portion of the electronic control box 30 is detachably connected to the face frame 20. The integral electric control box 30 can be detachably connected with the face frame 20, so that when the electric control box 30 needs to be maintained, the integral electric control box 30 is detached, and it can be understood that the installation position of the indoor unit of the air conditioner 100, especially the indoor unit of the wall-mounted air conditioner 100, is generally higher, which brings trouble to the maintenance of the electric control box 30, the integral electric control box 30 is detached, an operator can integrally detach the electric control box 30, the electric control box 30 can be maintained on the bottom surface, and the maintenance is convenient. And a part of the electric control box 30 can be detachably connected with the face frame 20, so that after the overhaul is finished, only the detached part needs to be installed again, and the installation steps are reduced. For example, the side of the electrical control box 30 opposite the panel 40 may be removable.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the front panel 40 is openably covered on the front of the face frame 20, and the electrical control box 30 is opposite to the front and back of the front panel 40. Like this, when needs overhaul automatically controlled box 30, only need open panel 40, operating personnel just can directly overhaul automatically controlled box 30, has further made things convenient for the maintenance.
Therefore, according to the utility model discloses air conditioner 100, through installing automatically controlled box 30 in the front of face frame 20, and at least a part of automatically controlled box 30 is connected with face frame 20 detachably, and automatically controlled box 30 is relative around with panel 40, can improve the maintenance and the dismouting of the convenient automatically controlled box 30 of automatically controlled box 30.
