The automatic winding device according to claim 3, further comprising an adjusting screw (22), a rotating ring (23) and an adjusting plate (24), wherein an adjusting groove (25) is formed at the top end of the limiting shaft (14), an extending hole is formed at the bottom end of the adjusting groove (25) and communicated with the limiting cavity (18), the adjusting plate (24) is slidably clamped with the limiting cavity (18), an adjusting threaded hole (26) is formed at the top end of the adjusting plate (24) in a penetrating manner, the adjusting screw (22) is screwed with the adjusting threaded hole (26), a rotating groove is formed in the circumferential side wall of the extending hole, the rotating ring (23) is fixedly sleeved with the top of the adjusting screw (22), the rotating ring (23) is rotatably clamped with the rotating groove, and the bottom end of the adjusting plate (24) is tightly attached to the top end of the limiting spring (17).
