Examples
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a bath towel 100. The bath towel 100 has substantially the same function as a conventional bath towel, can be used for wiping or wrapping the body after bathing, can also be used as a small blanket, a shawl and the like, and can be used in various places according to the requirements of users.
The bath towel 100 mainly includes a bath towel body 110. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a structure of the bath towel 100 after being rolled, and fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the two side surfaces of the bath towel 100 being adhered and matched. The bath towel body 110 includes a first side 112 and a second side 114 disposed opposite to each other, and the first side 112 is shown in fig. 1. The first side 112 is provided with a first bonded fleece 116 and the second side 114 is provided with a second bonded fleece 118 which is adhesively mated with the first bonded fleece 116. When the user wraps the bath towel 100 around the body, the bath towel 100 is in the state shown in fig. 2, and the user can fix the bath towel 100 on the body by only applying the first side 112 and the second side 114 at the two free ends, pressing the two sides together according to the trend shown in fig. 3, and matching the first adhesive pile 116 and the second adhesive pile 118.
As shown in fig. 3, the first bonded pile 116 has a needle shape, and the second bonded pile 118 has an umbrella shape. Of course, in other embodiments, the two may have other shapes as long as they can be adhered and matched. The first bonded pile 116 can be inserted into the second bonded pile 118 and caught by the second bonded pile 118, increasing the friction force in the lateral direction (lateral direction in fig. 1) of both sides, and the bonding is stable. At the same time, the user can easily pull the free end of the outer side in fig. 2 apart, and easily pull the first bonded pile 116 on the first side 112 out of the second bonded pile 118 in the vertical direction, thereby separating the two sides. It should be noted that the structure and state shown in fig. 3 are only for better describing the matching relationship of the first bonded piles 116 and the second bonded piles 118, and are not meant to be limiting. Since the first bonded piles 116 and the second bonded piles 118 have very small diameters and flexibility, the number of the first bonded piles 116 and the second bonded piles 118 actually disposed on the bath towel 100 is very large, and the structure formed on both sides of the bath towel 100 cannot reach the regular structure shown in fig. 3 due to the manual rubbing of the user, but the matching bonding principle of the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 114 can be referred to fig. 3.
In order to improve the uniformity of the bonding force at various positions on the bath towel 100 and to improve the stability of the bath towel 100 when being wrapped, the first bonding piles 116 should be uniformly arranged on the first side surface 112 and the second bonding piles 118 should be uniformly arranged on the second side surface 114 as much as possible when the bath towel 100 is manufactured. The first adhesive velvet 116 is uniformly distributed on the whole surface of the first side surface 112, and the second adhesive velvet 118 is uniformly distributed on the whole surface of the second side surface 114, so that the second adhesive velvet 118 and the first adhesive velvet 116 can be matched and connected at any position of the bath towel body 110 to define different wrapping volumes. Especially for users of different body sizes, the bath towel 100 can be stably bonded when wrapped to a suitable size. Of course, if the cost is to be saved, in other embodiments, the first bonded velvet 116 and the second bonded velvet 118 may be respectively arranged only at the two ends of the bath towel body 110 in the transverse direction by 30-40 cm, and the bonded velvet is not arranged in other middle areas.
The second bonded velvet 118 and the first bonded velvet 116 are both made of flannelette. When the two are soaked in water, the bonding capability is reduced, and when the bath towel is washed by a machine, because the two sides are curled and wound, the contact area of the two sides is smaller (the contact area in the same plane is small), so that the probability that the two sides are bonded together is smaller, and the user can clean the bath towel 100 very conveniently.
Further, in order to improve the overall performance of the bath towel 100, the bath towel body 110 is mainly made of ultrafine fibers (the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 114 are mainly made of ultrafine fibers), and the diameter of the ultrafine fibers is generally 3 to 5 micrometers. Generally, fibers having a diameter of 5 μm or less are called ultrafine fibers. The superfine fiber generally comprises dacron and spandex or polyamide fibre, and the superfine fiber used in the embodiment of the utility model comprises 80 wt% of dacron and 20 wt% of polyamide fibre. Of course, other materials may be used as the main material in other embodiments.
The superfine fiber has small diameter, so that the superfine fiber has small bending rigidity, soft hand feeling, strong cleaning function and waterproof and breathable effects. The ultrafine fibers have many fine pores between the microfibers to form a capillary structure, and have high water absorption. The use of the bleaching agent can shorten the service life of the superfine fiber fabric. A softener is not needed during cleaning, and the softener can leave a layer of film on the surface of the superfine fiber, so that the water absorption of the superfine fiber fabric is reduced, and the wiping effect is seriously influenced. The superfine fiber fabric is not washed or dried by a washing machine together with other clothes as far as possible, the superfine fiber fabric can adsorb the surfaces of the soft and thin clothes and also can adsorb a lot of dust, grease, dirt and the like from the soft and thin clothes, and further the use effect and the service life are influenced.
The bath towel 100 has the advantages of high water absorption, strong dirt-removing power, no depilation, no hardening, long service life, easy cleaning, no mildew and the like due to the use of the superfine fiber as a main material. Because the superfine fiber has high strength and high toughness, the service life of the superfine fiber is more than 4 times that of the common towel, the superfine fiber is not denatured after being washed by water for many times, meanwhile, the macromolecular polymeric fiber does not generate proteolysis like cotton fiber, and the superfine fiber does not go moldy and rot even if not dried in the sun after being used, thereby having super long service life. When the common towel (or bath towel) is used, particularly the natural fiber towel (or bath towel), dust, grease, dirt and the like on the surface of an object to be wiped are directly absorbed into the fiber and remain in the fiber after use, so that the towel is difficult to remove, and even becomes hard and loses elasticity after being used for a long time, thereby influencing the use. The superfine fiber towel (or bath towel) absorbs dirt among fibers (but not inside the fibers), and the fibers have high fineness and high density, so that the superfine fiber towel (or bath towel) has strong adsorption capacity and can be cleaned slightly after use.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in order to further improve the overall quality uniformity of the bath towel 100 and enhance the user experience, the ultrafine fibers and the first adhesive fibers 116 are uniformly and alternately arranged on the first side surface 112. The microfiber and the second bonded fluff 118 are uniformly and alternately arranged on the second side surface 114. Of course, in the manufacturing process, since the ultra fine fibers and the bonded pile are both materials with very small diameters, the ultra fine fibers and the bonded pile cannot be distributed at a completely uniform interval as shown in fig. 3, and the uniform alternate distribution just means that the uniform alternation of the ultra fine fibers and the bonded pile is maintained substantially.
Referring again to fig. 1, the first side 112 includes a first wiping area 120 and a second wiping area 122, and the second side 114 includes a third wiping area (not shown) and a fourth wiping area (not shown). The first wiping area 120 can be used as a face wiping area, the second wiping area 122 can be used as a body wiping area, and the first wiping area 120 and the second wiping area 122 can be made into different colors, so that the user can use and distinguish the wiping areas conveniently. The third wiping area and the first wiping area 120 are symmetrically disposed on two sides, and the fourth wiping area and the second wiping area 122 are symmetrically disposed on two sides. Four wiping areas can be used for wiping different objects according to the specific requirements of the user. Of course, in other embodiments, the four wiping areas may not be symmetrically arranged in pairs, and the number of the wiping areas may be adjusted accordingly.
Further, in other embodiments, the bath towel body 110 may further include a first arm region (not shown), a main body region (not shown) and a second arm region (not shown) connected in sequence, that is, the bath towel body 110 is divided into three parts. One end (referring to one end in the width direction in fig. 1, that is, one end in the vertical direction) of the first arm region is fixedly connected to the main body region, and the other end is detachably connected to the main body region. One end (referring to one end in the width direction in fig. 1) of the second arm region is fixedly connected with the main body region, and the other end is detachably connected with the main body region. The two sides of the first arm area are respectively provided with a first bonding velvet 116 and a second bonding velvet 118. The two sides of the second arm area are respectively provided with a first bonding velvet 116 and a second bonding velvet 118.
When the bath towel 100 is used as a shawl or a bib for a child, in order to fix the bath towel 100 more conveniently and more stably, the detachable part of the first arm area and the detachable part of the second arm area can be detached from the main body area, and the two arm areas are wound on two arms of a human body (namely, the two arm areas are mutually matched by adhering velvet on two sides). Such wrapping is very stable when the bath towel 100 is used as a cape or a bib for a child, and the bath towel 100 is used.
Further, a detachable connection mode of the arm region and the main body region can be provided, for example, as follows:
the first arm region is provided with a first hook (not shown) at an end thereof adjacent to the body region. One end of the main body area close to the first arm area is provided with a first pressing piece (not shown in the figure) matched with the first hook, and the first pressing piece is positioned in the main body area. The first pressing sheet is not exposed outside the main body area but fixed in the interlayer of the main body area, so that the main body area is more attractive, and a user cannot directly contact with the pressing sheet when touching the main body area, thereby avoiding the user from considering that the bath towel 100 has poor hand feeling. Finally, hiding the first preforming inside the main part district also can avoid children to take off the first preforming under the condition of unmanned nursing, has the danger of swallowing, therefore, this kind of design has higher safe usability to the family that has children. In addition, first preforming and the inside close fitting of main part district, the position of avoiding being provided with first preforming on the one hand is protruding too much in the thickness direction, and on the other hand couple also can be more stable with first preforming complex. After the first hook extends into the main body area and is matched with the first pressing sheet, the first hook cannot be exposed outside, but is completely covered by the main body area and the first arm area, the design avoids that the integrity of the bath towel body 110 is damaged when the bath towel body 110 is used as a whole, and the use experience of a user cannot be influenced by the design of the main body area and the first arm area.
A second hook (not shown) is arranged at one end of the second arm region close to the main body region. One end of the main body area close to the second arm area is provided with a second pressing sheet (not shown in the figure) matched with the second hook. The second wafer is located in the body region. The matching and design of the second hook and the second pressing plate can refer to the matching and design of the first hook and the first pressing plate. Of course, in other embodiments, the two arm regions and the main body region may be detachably connected.
The operating principle of the bath towel 100 is as follows:
the user can use the bath towel 100 for various purposes according to his/her actual needs. For example, after bathing, the user wraps the bath towel 100 around the body, and the user can stably wrap the bath towel 100 around the body by means of the matching of the first and second bonded piles 116 and 118 on both sides of the bath towel 100. Meanwhile, when the user needs to take off the bath towel 100, the user can open the bath towel 100, and then can easily take off the bath towel 100, so that the use is very convenient.
The bath towel 100 may be used as a common household product such as a towel, a robe, a shower cap, and the like, after the size and design thereof are changed accordingly.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
