The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a hat according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The cap comprises a cap body 10 and a flexible display screen 20 arranged on the cap body 10. Due to the arrangement of the flexible display screen 20, besides the existing functions, the hat can also be used for displaying various figures, characters, symbols and the like, the application range is greatly increased, and the hat can meet different requirements of people.
The cap further includes a visor 30 attached to the edge of the cap 10. In this embodiment, the cap body 10 has a hollow cylindrical shape and a substantially circular cross section. Referring to fig. 3-5, the flexible display 20 can be fixed on the cap 10 by various methods, such as adhesive, snap, magnetic attraction, screw lock, etc. In this embodiment, a detachable fixing member 40 is designed to facilitate replacement of the flexible display 20. The fixing member 40 is substantially hollow and has a rectangular window 42 in the middle thereof for exposing the flexible display 20. The fixing member 40 includes an inner side 400 and an outer side 402 opposite to the inner side 400, and inner edges of the inner side 400 together enclose a window 42, which has an area smaller than that of the flexible display 20; the outer edges of the outer sides 402 collectively enclose a rectangle having a larger overall dimension than the overall dimension of the flexible display 20. The inner side 400 of the anchor 40 is adjacent the window 42 and the outer side 402 is remote from the window 42. The inner side 400 of the securing member 40 is pressed against the flexible display 20 and the outer side 402 is attached to the sidewall 12 of the cap body 10 by the adhesive 50, thereby clamping the flexible display 20 to the cap body 10. Preferably, the outer edge of the flexible display 20 is adjacent to the adhesive 50 and separated from the adhesive 50 by a gap 52 after the flexible display 20 is secured to the cap 10 to prevent the adhesive 50 from overflowing the flexible display 20 and interfering with the detachment of the flexible display 20. When the flexible display screen 20 needs to be detached, the fixing member 40 is only required to be peeled off from the cap body 10, and then the flexible display screen 20 is taken down, so that the process is simple and convenient. Of course, the outer side 402 of the fixing member 40 may be fixed to the sidewall 12 of the cap body 10 by a hook and loop fastener for easy detachment.

The electronic components are connected to the flexible display 20 through wires or a flexible circuit board, thereby transmitting electrical signals to the flexible display 20.

The supporting mechanism includes a buffer layer 202 attached to the back of the flexible display 20 and a supporting layer 204 attached to the back of the buffer layer 202. The hardness of the support layer 204 is greater than the hardness of the buffer layer 202 and the hardness of the flexible display 20, and the hardness of the buffer layer 202 is greater than the hardness of the flexible display 20. In this embodiment, the buffer layer 202 may be made of a shock-absorbing material such as silica gel, EVA, foam, etc., and the support layer 204 may be made of a material having a certain elasticity such as metal, engineering plastic, etc. The buffer layer 202 can buffer the force applied to the flexible display 20, and the support layer 204 can maintain the shape of the flexible display 20 to prevent the flexible display from being severely deformed. The flexible display screen 20, the buffer layer 202 and the support layer 204 have the same area, and the three can be adhered together by using an adhesive or can be held together by a holding tool such as an outer frame.
It is understood that the screen module 200 can also omit the buffer layer 202 and directly attach the flexible display 20 to the support layer 204 to reduce the overall thickness.
The screen module 200 can be fixed on the cap body 10 by the fixing member 40 of the foregoing embodiment, and can also be fixed on the cap body 10 by means of glue, buckle, magnetic attraction, etc., depending on actual requirements. Since the area of the control circuit board is small, the bending performance of the whole screen module 800 is not affected. The control circuit board is arranged side by side with the stacked flexible battery and the flexible display 20. The thickness of the flexible battery is greater than the thickness of the flexible display 20. The mounting member is located on the back of the flexible battery and is used to fix the screen module 800 to the cap body 10. The mounting member is made of flexible material. The installed part includes two parallel arrangement's fixed strip 90, like magic subsides, magnetic stripe, can move gluey etc.. The two fixing strips 90 are attached to corresponding structures (such as velcro, magnets, etc.) of the cap body 10, thereby fixing the screen module 800. Of course, the mounting member is not limited to the structure disclosed in the embodiment, and may include any mechanism that can achieve fixing, such as a buckle, a screw, a slide rail, and the like. Preferably, the mounting member is detachably mounted on the cap body 10, so that the screen module 800 can be conveniently detached for maintenance or replacement, and the cap body 10 can be conveniently cleaned.
Referring to fig. 11-12, the screen module 800 further includes a substrate 86 for supporting the flexible battery and the control circuit board, and a cover 88 for fixing the flexible display 20. The base plate 86 and the cover plate 88 are made of flexible materials, such as leather, cloth, plastic, etc. The area of the substrate 86 is larger than that of the flexible display screen 20, and the flexible battery and the control circuit board are fixed on the substrate 86 in parallel. The cover plate 88 is a hollow frame structure, and a rectangular window 880 is formed in the middle of the cover plate and used for exposing the flexible display screen 20. The inner side of the cover plate 88 is pressed on the outer side of the flexible display 20, and the outer side of the cover plate 88 is fixed on the substrate 86 by means of glue, welding and the like. The cover 88 covers the outer edges of the flexible display 20 and the control circuit board.
The flexible battery, the flexible display 20 and the control circuit board may be connected to each other through a flexible circuit board or a wire.
It will be appreciated that the mounting member may be provided on the front side of the cover plate 88 in addition to the rear side of the base plate 86. For example, the mounting member may include two retaining strips 92 disposed on opposite sides of the front surface of the cover 88. The two fixing bars 92 avoid the display area of the flexible display 20. The two fixing strips 92 may be attached to the inner side of the support with the opening, so as to expose the display area of the flexible display screen 20 in the opening. For example, an opening may be formed on the sidewall 12 of the cap, the screen module 800 is placed from the inside of the cap body 10, the two fixing strips 92 are attached to the inner surface of the sidewall 12, and the flexible display 20 is exposed in the opening.
Since the screen module 800 is a modular structure, it does not need to be supported by other electronic devices, and thus can be independently applied to various occasions. That is to say, after the screen module 800 of the present embodiment is attached to the cap, no additional electronic device is required to be disposed in the cap, and the use is more convenient. Also, the screen module 800 can be applied to any support needing to be attached, such as clothes, trousers, windows, automobiles, bottles, etc., besides the hat.
