The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present application, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the present application more readily appreciated by those skilled in the art, and thus will more clearly define the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a structure of an interface assembly of an emergency portable terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
The interface component of the emergency portable terminal is applied to the terminal, the terminal can be an emergency terminal with an alarm function, such as a mobile phone, a positioning device and the like, and the specific carrier form is not limited.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the interface component of the emergency portable terminal may be disposed at the bottom of the terminal, or may be disposed at other positions of the terminal.
The interface module of the emergency portable terminal comprises a substrate 1, at least two metal contacts 2, an eyebrow frame 3 and a functional circuit (not shown).
The substrate 1 is provided on one side of the terminal. The substrate 1 may be integrated with a housing of the terminal or may be a separate member. The material can be common plastic or other materials, and the material can be adopted according to actual conditions.
The metal contacts 2 are arranged on the substrate 1 and are arranged along the same direction to form a contact group, the metal contacts 2 form functional interfaces corresponding to at least two functions, and the functional interfaces at least comprise a charging interface, a data transmission interface and a water falling alarm triggering interface. The functional interfaces are divided by functions, and the shapes of the metal contacts can be consistent or inconsistent.
Specifically, the charging interface can be used for being connected with a storage battery of the terminal so as to realize the function of charging the storage battery; the data transmission interface can be used for communicating with external equipment; the drowning alarm triggering interface can be used for triggering the drowning alarm function when the metal contact is connected by taking seawater or other water (with conductive impurities) as a conductor.
The metal contacts 2 can be formed by forming hole sites on the substrate 1 to expose the surface of the substrate 1, and external devices can be electrically connected to the metal contacts 2 to be conducted. In one embodiment, external interfaces may be provided as connection means at locations corresponding to the metal contacts of the associated function.
Wherein, referring to fig. 2, the metal contact 2 includes a contact surface 26 exposed outside the terminal, and a connection end 27 connected to the circuit is provided at the end extending from the contact surface 26 in the opposite direction along the axial direction. This metal contact 2 is at the middle part of contact surface 26 to link 27 and digs out a cell body 28 to the axle center direction from the periphery, and this cell body 28 is used for installing a waterproof rubber ring, and this waterproof rubber ring interference fit ground is embedded into between this cell body 28 and the pore wall that is used for placing the hole site of metal contact 2 to strengthen the waterproof design of metal contact 2 department, avoid taking place into water the condition from metal contact 2 department after the terminal falls into water.
The shape of the metal contact 2 may be circular or other shapes, and the contact may be a copper contact or an aluminum contact, etc., and the shape or material thereof is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the metal contacts of the water falling alarm triggering interface comprise an anode and a cathode, the anode and the cathode of the water falling alarm triggering interface are positioned at two ends of the contact group, and the metal contacts of the charging interface and the data transmission interface are positioned between the two metal contacts of the water falling alarm triggering interface.
The positive electrode and the negative electrode of the drowning alarm triggering interface are arranged at two ends of the contact group, and other functional interfaces and eyebrow frames correspondingly arranged on the functional interfaces can be used as an isolation means, so that the probability of false triggering of the drowning alarm triggering interface is greatly reduced.
In an embodiment, the metal contact 2 of the charging interface includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and the negative electrode of the charging interface and the negative electrode of the water-falling alarm triggering interface share the same metal contact. By sharing the same metal contact, the number of the metal contacts can be reduced, and the occupied space of the interface is effectively saved.
In order to reduce the false touch probability of the charging interface, the data transmission interface may be located between the positive electrode 23 and the negative electrode (the negative electrode of the water falling alarm triggering interface) of the charging interface. Further, the metal contact of the data transmission interface comprises an anode 24 and a cathode 25, and the cathode 25 of the data transmission interface is adjacent to the cathode of the water falling alarm triggering interface. The influence caused by misconduction between the data transmission interfaces is smaller than that of the charging interfaces, so that the layout between the interfaces can be further optimized, and the influence of misconduction of the metal contacts on a user is reduced.
The brow ribs 3 extend outwards from the base plate 1 and vertically surround the periphery of each metal contact 2, and the brow ribs 3 corresponding to each metal contact 2 are arranged at intervals. The brow frame 3 protrudes from the substrate 1 to form an annular surrounding structure, and the metal contact 2 is recessed relative to the brow frame 3, so that the metal contact 2 is hidden inside the brow frame 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, an isolation groove 33 is formed between the two brow frames 3, and the isolation groove 33 can prevent water drops from flowing between the two brow frames 3.
The above structure can make the water drop on the terminal surface influenced by the brow bone 3 not to accumulate on the metal contact 2, and the water drop is not easy to flow between different metal contacts 2 to form water flow, thereby reducing the probability of the metal contact 2 being triggered by mistake.
In one embodiment, the brow bone 3 comprises a bone wall 32, the bone wall 32 is provided at the periphery of the metal contact 2, and the surface of the bone wall 32 is provided with a hydrophobic layer. The hydrophobic layer can enable water drops to be dispersed or flow out at an accelerated speed under the hydrophobic effect of the hydrophobic layer when the water drops flow into the metal contact 2 on the inner side of the brow bone 3, and the water drops are less prone to accumulating on the metal contact 2 of the brow bone 3.
In some application scenarios, water drops on the front panel of the terminal are likely to flow to the metal contact 2 due to gravity, and in order to avoid the water drops affecting the metal contact 2, as shown in fig. 1, one side of the base plate 1 is connected to the front panel of the terminal, and the brow ridge 3 is provided with a guide 31 for guiding the flow of water at the connection point with the front panel side. When the water drops flow from the front panel to the metal contact 2, they are first guided by the guide portion 31 to flow toward the ridge of the brow bone 3, thereby preventing them from flowing toward the metal contact 2.
In an embodiment, the metal contact 2 comprises a contact surface 26, the contact surface 26 being recessed with respect to the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1 in an inner direction of the terminal. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the contact surface 26 of the metal contact 2 is lower than the outer surface 11 of the substrate 1, i.e. it is located inside the terminal, so that the distance from the contact surface 26 to the ridge of the brow bone 3 can be increased, so as to relatively reduce the protrusion degree of the brow bone 3 on the premise of ensuring the function of the brow bone 3, and make the interface component of the terminal more beautiful.
The functional circuit is electrically connected with the metal contact 2 to control and realize the corresponding function of the metal contact 2.
In some embodiments, the functional circuitry may include a controller, a speaker, a wireless communication module, a positioning module, and power supply circuitry to implement interface functionality with the modules.
For example, when the anode 21 and the cathode 22 of the water-falling alarm triggering interface are conducted by water, the controller can acquire the positioning information through the positioning module after detecting the conduction, and notify the server connected with the controller or personnel nearby to execute a distress action by using a loudspeaker, a wireless communication module and the like.
For another example, the power supply circuit in the functional circuit can control the externally input electric energy to supply power to the storage battery after the charging interface is turned on.
In other embodiments, the functional circuit may only include a trigger function, that is, when the anode 21 and the cathode 22 of the metal contact 2 are conducted by water, the processor will execute a corresponding functional action by sending related signals to the processor.
It is understood that the type of circuit included in the functional circuit and the function that can be executed can be set according to actual situations, and the present application is not limited thereto.
