A paperboard slotting device as defined in claim 1 wherein a first rotation preventing portion is provided on the shaft, a second rotation preventing portion cooperating with the first rotation preventing portion is provided on the slotting cutter-centering assembly, and the slotting cutter-centering assembly is rotatable with the shaft in cooperation with the first rotation preventing portion and the second rotation preventing portion.
7. A carton slotting device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the frame is provided with a guide rail in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, the slotting cutter assembly being movable along the guide rail.

The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a first positioning plate slidably disposed on the guide rail, a first movable screw threadedly engaged with the first positioning plate, and a first driving member for driving the first movable screw to rotate, wherein the knife assembly is pivotally connected to the first positioning plate.
