Brewing device, characterized in that it comprises a device body (1) and a tapping mechanism (2) removably connected to said device body (1), said device body (1) and said tapping mechanism (2) together defining a brewing chamber (Q1) suitable for containing a beverage capsule (3), said tapping mechanism (2) comprising a tapping body (21), a tearing disc (22) for abutting against to tear said beverage capsule (3), and a flow focusing disc (23) provided with a liquid outlet (C1) and for focusing the liquid from said tearing disc (22) to said liquid outlet (C1), said tearing disc (22) and/or said flow focusing disc (23) being removably mounted on said tapping body (21).
2. Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that said outlet body (21) is cylindrical and horizontally arranged, said disc (23) is located below said tear-off disc (22) and is removably mounted in the outlet cylinder cavity (Q2) of said outlet body (21).

Brewing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the peripheral wall of the outlet drum chamber (Q2) is formed with an annular support ledge (211), the tear disc (22) being located inside the outlet drum chamber (Q2) and the bottom disc being supported on the annular support ledge (211).

The brewing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the tearing disk (22) and the flow collecting disk (23) form a ring surface seal with the peripheral wall of the liquid outlet barrel cavity (Q2), the tearing disk (22) is provided with a plurality of overflowing holes penetrating from the top disk surface to the bottom disk surface, the top disk surface of the flow collecting disk (23) is provided with a convex pillar (231) protruding upwards, and the bottom disk surface of the tearing disk (22) abuts against the top end of the convex pillar (231).

The brewing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the tear disc (22) is provided with an abutment protrusion (221) for abutting against a sealing membrane of the beverage capsule (3), the top surface of the abutment protrusion (221) is a horizontal plane and comprises a first protrusion (221A) and a second protrusion (221B) which are arranged in a stepwise manner from top to bottom along an axial direction, the first protrusion (221A) and the second protrusion (221B) are each in the shape of a truncated pyramid, the horizontal inclination of the side surface of the first protrusion (221A) is α, the horizontal inclination of the side surface of the second protrusion (221B) is β, and the conditions of 10 ° ≦ α ≦ 30 °, 60 ° ≦ β ≦ 80 ° are satisfied.
