Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hand-washing device capable of extracting beverages such as coffee and tea, and more particularly, to a bottle-shaped portable hand-washing device which is manufactured in a bottle shape and is conveniently carried and used.
Background
Conventionally, beverages such as coffee and tea are often purchased from the outside and drunk by using tea bags, instant coffee, and the like. Recently, however, there are increasing numbers of people who purchase raw materials such as coffee powder or tea powder and drink them by making beverages such as coffee or tea in person.
In this case, although there are various methods for extracting coffee beans, commonly used methods include Hand-washing (Hand grip), espresso (espresso), French Press (French Press), and the like.
The espresso machine is a type of extracting coffee in a short time by using a pressure of a water heater and a motor, and the french press is a type of extracting coffee by containing ground coffee powder in a glass tube container, pouring hot water into the container, and then pressurizing the coffee powder with a metallic filter.
On the other hand, the most natural way of brewing coffee is to lay down a funnel-shaped drip (droper) with inverted triangular pyramid filter paper, store ground coffee powder, and pour hot water into the filter paper to flow down the filter paper, thereby extracting coffee. Among them, coffee extracted by hand washing is called dribble coffee (dribblee).
Such drip coffee is widely used because of its flavor and high grade, and has an advantage that it can be drunk by directly drip coffee belonging to the user according to the taste of the user.
Therefore, recently, in order to drink coffee not only in homes and general offices but also in outdoor activities such as camping and sports, more and more people drink coffee by storing coffee that has been filtered in advance in a separate container such as a heat-preserving cup during sports and camping, or drink coffee by directly carrying a drip filter.
In accordance with this trend, many portable drip coffee makers and the like have recently been manufactured.
The prior portable drip and filter coffee machine comprises: a container for containing drip filtered coffee: a filter unit disposed at an upper end of the container; a grinder part detachably coupled to the container at an upper side of the filter part, for grinding coffee beans; and a cover detachably coupled to the container in a state of accommodating the grinder part.

Thus, embodiments are not limited to the particular form of the regions shown, including variations based on, for example, manufacturing form.
Hereinafter, a bottle-shaped portable hand-washing tool 100 (hereinafter, referred to as a "hand-washing tool") according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a hand-washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower container 110 having an open upper side and forming a space for receiving the extracted beverage; and an upper container 120 having an open lower side and detachably coupled to an upper end of the lower container 110, and having a filter holder provided therein, and a filter member (not shown) for extracting the beverage being placed on the filter holder 122.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a hand punch 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a combined cross-sectional view of the hand punch 100 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the hand punch 100 shown in fig. 1.
First, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the lower container 110 is a portion having an upper side opened and a lower side closed to form a space for receiving the extracted beverage. In this case, the extracted beverage is a hot beverage such as coffee or tea, and thus, is preferably made of a material having excellent heat resistance and not releasing environmental hormones, for example, the lower container 110 may be a plastic (p.p) material, and particularly preferably, is made of an ecozen plastic material. For reference, ecozen plastic is a kind of plastic, and is a material having excellent heat resistance and not detecting environmental hormones.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the open upper side of the lower container 110 is coupled to the upper container 120. In this case, the lower container 110 is combined with the upper container 120 in a screw coupling manner. A container coupling portion 118 having a screw thread on an outer circumference is formed at an upper end portion of the lower container 110 so as to be easily coupled with the upper container 120. That is, since the lower container 110 is combined with the upper container 120 in a screw coupling manner, the hand punch 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided in the following manner: the upper container 120 is coupled to an upper end of the lower container 110 when carrying and storing the beverage, and is placed on an upper end of the lower container 110 in a state where the upper container 120 is separated from the lower container 110 and an opened lower side is turned upside down when extracting the beverage.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the upper container 120 is a portion for receiving contents for extracting a beverage and for discharging the extracted beverage to the lower container 110.
The content contained in the upper container 120 may be a material for making a beverage, such as coffee powder or tea powder. Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the contents are limited to coffee powder and explained.
The upper container 120 may have a funnel shape in which the diameter is narrower from the lower side to the upper side. That is, when the upper container 120 is turned upside down, it may be in a form in which its diameter is narrowed toward the lower container 110 side.
On the other hand, a filter mounting portion 122 is formed inside the upper container 120. The filter placing part 122 is a filter member (not shown) for placing coffee powder. When the powder is received and the water is poured in with the filter member placed on the filter placing portion 122 of the upper container 120, the water is received in the lower container 110 through the filter member.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner side surface of the filter mounting portion 122 is formed in a multi-stage structure. The multi-stage structure of the filter holder 122 is formed by a plurality of steps in a hierarchical manner. The multi-stage structure may be formed by: the diameter of the multi-step structure formed on the inner surface of the filter holder 122 is narrower toward the lower container 110 when the upper container 120 is turned upside down.
In this way, the inner surface of the filter mounting portion 122 is formed in a multistage structure to prevent the filter member from being excessively adhered to the inner surface of the filter mounting portion 122. In the case where the inner side surface of the filter mounting portion 122 is not formed in a multistage structure, the filter member mounted on the filter mounting portion 122 is too closely attached to the inner side surface of the filter mounting portion 122, so that the extraction of the beverage is slow, and after the beverage is extracted, the filter member is stuck to the inside of the filter mounting portion 122, and thus it is difficult to remove the filter member.
On the other hand, the filter member placed on the filter placing portion 122 may be a paper filter (paper filter) such as filter paper for the past coffee powder, filter paper, or the like. For example, the filter component may also be a metal filter (metalfilter). When the filter member is a metal filter, the filter member is integrated with the hand washing tool 100 in a state of being placed on the filter placement unit 122. Accordingly, the filter mounting portion 122 may be formed such that the space becomes narrower from the lower side to the upper side of the upper container 120.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the upper side of the upper container 120 is combined with a cover 130. In this case, the upper container 120 is combined with the cap 130 in a screw coupling manner. For this, a cover coupling part 121 is formed at an upper side of the upper container 120 to be coupled with the cover 130. For reference, the cover 130 may be coupled to the upper container 120 in a snap-in manner, but is not limited thereto.
The cover 130 is combined with the upper end of the upper container 120 to cover the upper container 120 when carried and kept, and is separated from the upper container 120 when the beverage is extracted. The cover 130 covers the upper container 120, thereby preventing foreign materials from flowing into the upper container 120. On the other hand, the following will describe the coupling state of the lid 130 when extracting the beverage and when carrying and storing the beverage by using the hand washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a view showing a use state of the hand punch apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1, and fig. 5 is a view showing a combined cross-sectional view of the hand punch apparatus 100 shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a hand washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided as follows: when extracting a beverage from coffee powder, the upper container 120 is separated from the lower container 110 and placed on the upper end of the lower container 110 in an upside-down state such that the open lower side of the upper container 120 faces the upper side.
The upper container 120 placed at the upper end of the lower container 110 receives coffee powder for extracting the beverage, and the beverage extracted from the coffee powder is discharged to the lower container 110. At least one beverage discharge port 124 is formed at an upper side of the upper container 120 in an upside-down state, and a lower side of the upper container 120 may be in a form of a cartridge. Although not shown in the drawings, the beverage discharge port 124 formed at the upper receptacle 120 may be formed in plurality, and preferably, in a radial pattern so that the beverage extracted at the upper receptacle 120 is easily discharged to the lower receptacle 110 side.
Wherein, the upper container 120 is provided with a support portion 128. At least one support portion 128 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper container 120, and the support portion 128 is formed in a protruding convex shape. In particular, the support portion 128 is formed at a portion where the lower container 110 contacts the upper container 120 located at the upper end portion of the lower container 110 in an upside-down state. Since the support portion 128 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper container 120, the upper container 120 placed in the lower container 110 in an upside-down state with respect to the lower container 110 can be stably supported. For reference, the support portion 128 is shown in the drawings to be formed only on one side of the upper container 120, but is preferably formed on both sides of the upper container 120 in order to more stably support the upper container 120 placed in an upside-down state on the lower container 110.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the hand-washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a sleeve 140. The sleeve 140 may be combined with the outer circumferential surface of the lower container 110 to surround the lower container 110. Such a sleeve 140 may be made of a plastic material. Thus, the sleeve 140 allows a user to stably hold the lower container 110 containing the hot beverage.
In this case, the sleeve-placing portion 114 may be formed in a stepped shape in the lower container 110. The sleeve-placing portion 114 supports the sleeve 140 surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the lower container 110 to stably position the sleeve 140 with respect to the lower container 110.
On the other hand, the sleeve 140 is coupled to the upper container 120 so as to be movable between a first position H1 and a second position H2 located on the upper side of the first position H1. Wherein the upper container 120 placed on the upper end portion of the lower container 110 in an upside-down state can be lifted upward when the sleeve 140 is moved from the first position H1 to the second position H2.
In the hand-washing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve 140 is located at the first position H1 when carrying and storing the hand-washing device 100, and the sleeve 140 can be located at the first position H1 or the second position H2 when extracting the beverage with the hand-washing device 100. In other words, the amount of beverage extracted, i.e. the amount of beverage contained, may differ depending on the position of the sleeve 140.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 (a) and 5 (a), when the sleeve 140 is located at the first position H1, the upper container 120 maintains a contact state with the outer circumferential surface of the lower container 110 in an upside-down state. In this case, the beverage discharge port 124 of the upper container 120 is located inside the lower container 110. Wherein the beverage discharge port 124 of the upper receptacle 120 located at the inner side of the lower receptacle 110 may be submerged when the lower receptacle extracts a certain degree of beverage. As described above, if the beverage discharge port 124 of the upper container 120 is submerged, it is difficult for the lower container 110 to accommodate the beverage again.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 4 (b) and 5 (b), in order to increase the amount of beverage extracted to the lower receptacle 110, the sleeve 140 is moved from the first position H1 to the second position H2, and the beverage is extracted. In this case, as the sleeve 140 moves, the upper container 120 also moves in an upper direction with respect to the lower container 110. The upper container 120 is supported by the sleeve 140, and the upper container 120 hardly contacts the upper end of the lower container 110. Thus, the beverage discharge port 124 of the upper container 120 is not located inside the lower container 110, but is located outside, i.e., at the upper portion, of the lower container 110. Since the upper container 120 is moved to the upper side, the beverage extraction height with respect to the bottom surface of the lower container 110 is increased, and thus a user can extract a greater amount of beverage into the lower container 110. That is, with the sleeve 140 in the second position H2 such that the upper receptacle 120 is in the raised position, a greater amount of beverage may be extracted into the lower receptacle 110 than when the sleeve 140 is in the first position H1.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sleeve 140 may have an opening 144. The opening 144 penetrates the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 140 to expose a part of the outer surface of the lower container 110. The opening 144 can expose a brand name provided in the lower container 110.
The opening 144 is for discharging air inside the lower container 110 to the outside to restrict the increase in the internal pressure of the lower container 110. That is, when the sleeve 140 is moved from the first position H1 to the second position H2 and the upper container 120 is lifted to extract the beverage, air of the lower container 110 is discharged to the outside through the opening portion 144 formed in the sleeve 140 to restrict the increase of the internal pressure of the lower container 110, so that the beverage can be easily extracted.
Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating the position fixing unit 142 of the hand punch 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and a part of the sleeve 140 is cut away.
As shown in fig. 6, the hand-washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a position fixing unit 142 for fixing the position of the sleeve 140 with respect to the lower container 110 at the first position H1 or the second position H2.
In the hand washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the position fixing unit 142 includes a position fixing protrusion 142a formed on an outer circumferential surface of the lower container 110 and a protrusion fixing groove 142b formed on an inner side surface of the sleeve 140.
In this case, the position fixing protrusion 142a is formed to protrude in a protrusion shape on one side of the lower container 110, and the protrusion fixing groove 142b may be formed in a bent shape in which an upper side and a lower side are bent on an inner surface of the sleeve 140.
Specifically, as shown in part (a) of fig. 6, when the sleeve 140 is located at the first position H1 and the sleeve 140 is rotated in one direction, the position fixing protrusions 142a of the lower container 110 are fixed to the protrusion fixing grooves 142b formed at the upper end of the sleeve 140. On the contrary, as shown in part (b) of fig. 6, the position fixing projection 142a positioned at the upper portion of the projection fixing groove 142b is withdrawn by rotating the sleeve 140 in the other direction. When the sleeve 140 is moved from the first position H1 to the second position H2, if the sleeve 140 is rotated in one direction, the position fixing protrusions 142a of the lower container 110 are fixed to the protrusion fixing grooves 142b formed at the lower end portion of the sleeve 140. However, the position fixing unit 142 according to an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described form, and may be modified to any form capable of fixing the sleeve 140.
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing another use state of the hand flushing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, the cap 130 is detachably coupled to the upper end of the upper container 120. In other words, the lid 130 is provided to be separated from the upper end portion of the upper container 120 when the hand washing tool 100 is used to extract a beverage, and the lid 130 is provided to be coupled to the upper container 120 when the hand washing tool 100 is carried and stored, so that the beverage discharge port 124 of the upper container 120 can be covered. Since the cover 130 is combined with the upper container 120, it is possible to prevent foreign materials from flowing into the inside of the upper container 120.
In this case, as shown in fig. 7, a cover 130 may be combined with the upper container 120 to provide an auxiliary container, which is a cup (cup) or the like. When the cap 130 is coupled to the upper end of the upper container 120, the upper side of the upper container 120, in which the beverage outlet 124 is formed, is sealed and the lower side is opened. In particular, since the upper surface of the cap 130 is flat, the upper container 120 combined with the cap 130 can be safely placed on the ground, and the extracted beverage can be received in the inside of the placed upper container 120 to be drunk.
Also, a hook 132 may be formed on the cover 130. The hook 132 may be combined with an auxiliary unit (not shown) such as a ring, a string, etc. to make it more convenient for a user to carry and keep the hand-washing implement 100.
Hereinafter, a modification of the hand punch 100-1 will be described with reference to fig. 8, focusing on differences from the hand punch 100 according to the above embodiment.
Fig. 8 is a view showing a hand punch 100-1 according to a modification of the hand punch 100 according to the above-described embodiment.
An air outlet port 126 may be formed at the upper container 120. When the beverage is extracted in a state where the upper container 120 is inverted with respect to the lower container 110, the air discharge port 126 serves to discharge air inside the lower container 110 to the outside to restrict the internal pressure of the lower container 110 from rising.
The air discharge ports 126 are formed in the form of grooves or recesses (groovees), and particularly, when the beverage is extracted in a state where the sleeve 140 is located at the first position H1, the air discharge ports 126 are formed in the form of depressions at a side of the upper container 120 where the upper container 120 contacts the lower container 110 when the beverage is extracted.
When the beverage is extracted, even if the upper container 120 formed with the air discharge port 126 is in contact with the lower container 110, a gap is generated between the upper container 120 and the lower container 110 due to the air discharge port 126 formed at the upper container 120. The air inside the lower container 110 is discharged to the outside through the gap. That is, since the air outlet 126 is formed in the upper container 120 when the beverage is extracted, the interior of the lower container 110 is not sealed even if the upper container 120 is placed upside down on the upper end portion of the lower container 110.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a method of using the hand-washing tool 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is briefly described.
First, the user separates the cover 130 from the upper container 120 and separates the upper container 120 from the lower container 110.
Next, in order to extract the beverage, the user turns the upper container 120 upside down so that the opened lower side faces the upper side, and places it on the upper end of the lower container 110. In this case, a filter member (not shown) of filter paper or the like is located at the filter placing portion 122 of the upper container 120.
Next, the user accommodates the contents for extracting the beverage in the filter placing part 122 where the filter member is placed, and pours hot water in an amount corresponding to the accommodated contents. In this case, the content received in the filter placement part 122 may be coffee powder for extracting coffee.
In this case, in order to extract a greater amount of beverage, the upper container 120 may be lifted and supported upwardly by moving the sleeve 140 from the first position H1 to the second position H2, thereby increasing the beverage extraction height with respect to the bottom surface of the lower container 110.
For reference, the lid 130 may be used as an auxiliary container, i.e., an auxiliary cup, by being combined with the upper container 120, as necessary.
Next, the user lifts the upside down upper container 120 from the lower container 110 and drinks the beverage received in the interior of the lower container 110.
Next, the user washes the hand-washing appliance 100 that extracts the beverage and consumes the extracted beverage.
Finally, in the hand washing tool 100 after washing, the upper container 120 is coupled to the lower container 110 and the cap 130 is coupled to the upper container 120 in a state where the sleeve 140 is coupled to the lower container 110. When the lower container 110, the upper container 120 and the cover 130 are combined, the hand-washing tool 100 is formed in a bottle (bottle) shape, so that convenience in carrying and storage can be improved.
