The existing packaging box is usually of a structure matched with the paper box and the foam packaging block, the structure is difficult to assemble in the packaging process and is not suitable for secondary utilization, the existing packaging box is monotonous in structural appearance and poor in user experience.

Referring to fig. 1, a perspective exploded view of a packaging assembly as set forth in the present disclosure is representatively illustrated. In the exemplary embodiment, the packaging assembly proposed by the present disclosure is exemplified by being applied to packaging a product having a rectangular plate-like structure, and particularly, exemplified by being applied to packaging a display device (such as a display panel, a screen, or the like). Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that numerous modifications, additions, substitutions, deletions, or other changes may be made to the specific embodiments described below in order to apply the relevant designs of the present disclosure to packaging assemblies for securing other types of products, and such changes are within the principles of the packaging assemblies set forth in the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the packaging assembly proposed by the present disclosure mainly includes a lower cover 110, an upper cover 120, a front cover 130, a rear cover 140, and a packing case 150. Referring to fig. 2 to 5, fig. 2 representatively illustrates a partial schematic structural view of the package assembly, particularly a schematic structural view illustrating the lower cover 110 and the rear cover 140 packaged on the display device 200; the side view of FIG. 2 is representatively illustrated in FIG. 3; a schematic structural view of the front cover 130 of the package assembly is representatively illustrated in fig. 4; another schematic view of the front cover 130 of the package assembly is representatively illustrated in fig. 5, particularly illustrating the configuration of the front cover 130 when a puzzle piece 132 is provided. The structure, connection mode and functional relationship of the main components of the packaging assembly proposed by the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the above drawings.
The packaging assembly proposed by the present disclosure can be used for packaging products in a rectangular plate shape. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the product is described by taking a display device 200 having a rectangular shape as an example, and the display device 200 mainly includes a screen 210 and a frame 220 provided on the outer periphery of the screen 210. In other embodiments, the packaging assembly provided by the present disclosure may also be used for packaging other shapes of the display device 200, or may be used for packaging other shapes and other structures of products, and is not limited to the present embodiment.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate description of the structure or the positional relationship of each component of the package assembly, in the following detailed description, three directions, i.e., a first direction X, a second direction Y, and a third direction Z, are defined according to the width, height, and thickness of the display device 200. Specifically, the first direction X is substantially a width direction of the display device 200, the second direction Y is substantially a height direction of the display device 200, and the third direction Z is substantially a thickness direction of the display device 200.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lower cover 110 is substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and a first groove 111 is formed on a surface of the lower cover 110 along the first direction X. Accordingly, the lower cover 110 can be sleeved on a side edge of the display device 200 through the first groove 111, that is, the side edge of the display device 200 is inserted into the first groove 111 of the lower cover 110. The upper cover 120 is disposed opposite to the lower cover 110, and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure, and a second groove is formed in a surface of the upper cover 120 along the first direction X. Accordingly, the upper cover 120 can be sleeved on the other side of the display device 200 through the second groove, that is, the other side of the display device 200 is inserted into the second groove of the upper cover 120. The front cover 130 has a substantially plate-shaped structure, and the front cover 130 is disposed at one side of the display device 200 between the lower cover 110 and the upper cover 120. A third groove 131 is formed in a side surface of the front cover 130 facing away from the display device 200, a plurality of puzzle pieces 132 are disposed in the third groove 131, and puzzle patterns are disposed on the puzzle pieces 132. The rear cover 140 has a substantially plate-shaped structure, and the rear cover 140 is disposed at the other side of the display device 200 between the lower cover 110 and the upper cover 120. The packing case 150 can be used to contain products packed by the lower cover 110, the upper cover 120, the front cover 130, and the rear cover 140. Through above-mentioned structural design, the package assembly that this disclosure provided assembles portably, packs firmly, is suitable for the reutilization. In addition, since the front cover 130 is provided with the jigsaw puzzle structure, a jigsaw entertainment function can be provided, and user experience is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the width of the front cover 130 is the same as that of the lower cover 110, i.e., the size of the front cover 130 in the first direction X is equal to that of the lower cover 110 in the first direction X. On this basis, when the front cover 130 and the lower cover 110 are respectively packaged on the display device 200, both ends of the front cover 130 in the first direction X are respectively flush with both ends of the lower cover 110 in the first direction X.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lower cover 110 and the upper cover 120 may preferably be designed to have the same structure and to be arranged opposite to each other. On this basis, when the front cover 130 and the upper cover 120 are respectively packed on the display device 200, both ends of the front cover 130 in the first direction X are also respectively flush with both ends of the upper cover 120 in the first direction X.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the rear cover 140 has the same width as the lower cover 110, i.e., the size of the rear cover 140 in the first direction X is equal to the size of the lower cover 110 in the first direction X. On this basis, when the rear cover 140 and the lower cover 110 are respectively packed on the display device 200, both ends of the rear cover 140 in the first direction X are respectively flush with both ends of the lower cover 110 in the first direction X.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lower cover 110 and the upper cover 120 may preferably be designed to have the same structure and to be arranged opposite to each other. On this basis, when the rear cover 140 and the upper cover 120 are respectively packed on the display device 200, both ends of the rear cover 140 in the first direction X are also respectively flush with both ends of the upper cover 120 in the first direction X.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, the shape and size of multiple puzzle pieces 132 are preferably of the same design. In other embodiments, puzzle pieces 132 may not be identical in shape and size.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, based on a design in which a plurality of puzzle pieces 132 are identical in shape and size, in the present embodiment, puzzle piece 132 may preferably be rectangular (e.g., square), and plurality of puzzle pieces 132 may preferably be arranged in an array. In other embodiments, when tiles 132 are rectangular, they may be staggered in rows or columns. Based on the same shape and size of multiple pieces 132, pieces 132 may also have other polygonal shapes, such as triangular shapes, hexagonal shapes, etc., and when pieces 132 have hexagonal shapes, pieces 132 are joined together to form a substantially honeycomb structure. Furthermore, when the shapes and sizes of the puzzle pieces 132 are not completely the same, the puzzle pieces can be, for example, puzzle structures with protrusions and grooves, or puzzle structures similar to jigsaw puzzle pieces, which are not limited to the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, puzzle pieces 132 are provided with puzzle patterns on opposite surfaces, so that pieces 132 can be arranged to form different overall patterns. Specifically, puzzle piece 132 has opposing first and second surfaces. A first surface of block 132 has a first puzzle pattern, and a second surface of block 132 has a second puzzle pattern. In other embodiments, the puzzle pattern may be disposed on only one side surface, and the puzzle pattern may be disposed by printing, hand drawing, or spraying. In addition, the jigsaw pattern may be a planar pattern or a three-dimensional pattern, which is not limited in this embodiment. In the present embodiment, an outer surface of the packing case 150 corresponding to the front cover 130 is provided with an example pattern corresponding to a complete puzzle pattern composed of a plurality of puzzle pieces 132 when the puzzle pieces are completed. In this embodiment, front cover 130 may preferably be provided with a limiting structure, and front cover 130 can limit multiple pieces of puzzle pieces 132 in third groove 131 by using the limiting structure, so as to prevent pieces 132 from scattering during packaging or transportation. In addition, when the user needs to use the puzzle piece 132, the limiting structure can be unlocked or removed, so that the puzzle piece 132 can move or be taken and placed in the third groove 131.
For example, the limiting structure can be an adhesive tape, which can fix the puzzle pieces 132 placed in the third groove 131. Furthermore, the limiting structure may also be a structure such as a limiting block, and the limiting block may be disposed on the front cover 130, which is not limited to this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, when the product is a display device 200 or the like, the depth of the first groove 111 of the lower cover 110 may be preferably less than or equal to the width of the frame 220 on the side of the display device 200. That is, the frame 220 of the side of the display device 200 is inserted into the first groove 111, and the screen 210 of the display device 200 is not covered by the lower cover 110.
Similarly, when the product is the display device 200 or the like, the groove depth of the second groove of the upper cover 120 may be preferably less than or equal to the width of the frame 220 on the other side of the display device 200. That is, the other side of the display device 200 is inserted into the second groove by the frame 220, and the screen 210 of the display device 200 is not covered by the upper cover 120.

the upper cover 120 is put into the packing case 150 and the other side of the display device 200 is inserted into the second groove;
the package 150 is closed.
It is noted herein that the packaging assemblies shown in the drawings and described in this specification are but a few examples of the wide variety of packaging assemblies that can employ the principles of the present disclosure. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present disclosure are in no way limited to any of the details of the packaging assembly or any of the components of the packaging assembly shown in the drawings or described in this specification.
In summary, the packaging assembly provided by the present disclosure includes a lower cover, an upper cover, a front cover, a rear cover and a packaging box. The lower cover is sleeved on one side edge of the product through the first groove. The upper cover is sleeved on the other side edge of the product by the second groove. The front cover is arranged on one side surface of the product, a third groove is formed in one side surface of the front cover, which faces away from the product, a plurality of puzzle blocks are arranged in the third groove, and puzzle patterns are arranged on the puzzle blocks. 1. A packaging assembly for packaging a product, said packaging assembly comprising:
the lower cover is provided with a first groove and is configured to be sleeved on one side edge of the product through the first groove;
the upper cover is arranged opposite to the lower cover, is provided with a second groove and is configured to be sleeved on the other side edge of the product through the second groove;
the front cover is arranged on one side surface of the product and positioned between the lower cover and the upper cover, a third groove is formed in one side surface of the front cover, which is opposite to the product, a plurality of puzzle blocks are arranged in the third groove, and puzzle patterns are arranged on the puzzle blocks;
the rear cover is arranged on the other side surface of the product and is positioned between the lower cover and the upper cover; and
a packing case configured to accommodate the product packed by the lower cover, the upper cover, the front cover, and the rear cover.

6. The packaging assembly according to claim 5, wherein the puzzle pieces are rectangular and a plurality of the puzzle pieces are arranged in an array.
7. The packaging assembly according to claim 1, wherein the puzzle pieces have first and second opposing surfaces, the first surface of the puzzle piece being provided with a first puzzle pattern and the second surface of the puzzle piece being provided with a second puzzle pattern.
8. The packaging assembly according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the packaging case corresponding to the front cover is provided with an example pattern corresponding to a complete puzzle pattern composed of a plurality of puzzle pieces when the puzzle pieces are completed.
9. The packaging assembly according to claim 1, wherein the product is a display device comprising a screen and a frame disposed at a periphery of the screen; the groove depth of the first groove is smaller than or equal to the frame width of the side edge of the display device.
10. The packaging assembly according to claim 1, wherein the product is a display device comprising a screen and a frame disposed at a periphery of the screen; the groove depth of the second groove is smaller than or equal to the frame width of the other side edge of the display device.
