5. A cart-type dry chemical extinguisher as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a buffering pad (31), said buffering pad (31) being installed on the inner wall of the perforated hole, and the buffering pad (31) being in contact with the outer wall of the nozzle tube (8).
6. A cart-type dry chemical extinguisher according to claim 5, further comprising a plurality of sets of supporting frames (32), wherein both ends of the plurality of sets of supporting frames (32) are respectively connected with the supporting plate (19) and the bottom plate (1).
7. A cart-type dry chemical extinguisher according to claim 6, further comprising two sets of foot pads (33), said two sets of foot pads (33) being installed at the bottom ends of the two sets of left legs (2), respectively.

The cart-type dry chemical extinguisher according to claim 7, further comprising a limit ring (34) and a plurality of sets of support shafts (35), wherein two ends of the plurality of sets of support shafts (35) are respectively connected with the bottom of the limit ring (34) and the top of the support plate (19), and the limit ring (34) is sleeved on the lower half area of the reel (20).
