Background
Sterilization and disinfection are essential links for circulation of medical supplies, and pressure steam sterilization is a common sterilization and disinfection mode. To ensure that sterilization conditions are sufficiently effective, hospitals need to monitor each sterilization. The crawling type chemical indicator card is used as a daily sterilization monitoring means with extremely high use frequency, has incomparable advantages in the aspects of simple and quick reading result, low cost and the like, and is a chemical indicator card frequently adopted in the pressure steam sterilization process. Typically, the chemical indicator card is placed into a surgical kit after the medical supplies (e.g., surgical kit) are sterilized from a sterilization facility (e.g., a sterilization facility in a central supply room of a hospital) to monitor and qualify the sterilization of the surgical kit. However, in practice, the situation that the chemical indicator card is forgotten to be put into the surgical instrument package often occurs in the sterilization packaging process of the central supply room, and then the surgical instrument package cannot be used in the subsequent use process (such as an operating room or an outpatient clinic) due to the lack of the sterilization qualified certificate, and a serious medical accident may even be caused particularly when the surgical instrument package occurs in the surgical process.
In addition, in order to better trace quality monitoring of surgical instruments in the processes of packaging, sterilization, distribution and the like, information of the surgical instrument package needs to be matched with information of sterilization equipment and distribution information, and the current solution is to print or attach relevant information to the surgical instrument package in a static bar code mode so as to trace. However, in practice, information changes often occur in the procedures of packaging, sterilizing, issuing and the like of the surgical instrument package, and the static bar code mode is difficult to adapt to the changes of complicated surgical instrument packages.
