As shown in fig. 2, the sensor 3 includes a threaded portion 30, a connecting portion 32 connected to the threaded portion 30, a stepped portion 34 connected to the connecting portion 32, and a measuring head 31 connected to the stepped portion 34. An external hexagonal part 33 is provided at the tip of the sensor 3 for screwing and unscrewing a socket, a wrench, and the like. In this embodiment, the threaded portion 30, the connecting portion 32, the stepped portion 34, and the measuring head 31 are all columnar and have diameters that decrease in order.
As shown in fig. 3, the adaptor 5 includes an inner hole 50 for mounting the sensor 3, and the inner hole 50 is composed of three communicating holes, namely, a mating hole 51 for mating with the threaded portion 30 of the sensor 3, a communicating hole 52 for passing the measuring head 31 therethrough, and an adaptor hole 53 between the mating hole 51 and the communicating hole 52. The transfer hole 53 is for receiving the connection part 32. The diameters of the coupling hole 51, the transit hole 53, and the communication hole 52 are sequentially reduced, and a first step 54 is formed between the transit hole 53 and the communication hole 52.
To increase the seal, the sensor mounting assembly further includes a first seal ring 6 disposed between the bottom of the connecting portion 32 and the first step 54, as shown in fig. 4. The first seal ring 6 is sleeved on the step part 34, and the inner diameter of the first seal ring is tightly matched with the step part 34.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, a convex connecting block 55 is disposed at the top end of the adapter 5, at least one through hole 56 is disposed on the connecting block 55, a screw hole 70 matching with the through hole 56 is disposed on the mounting portion 7, and the adapter 5 can be fixed on the mounting portion 7 by inserting a fastener such as a bolt or a screw through the through hole 56 and matching with the screw hole 70. The plane 550 with the through hole 56 can sink, so that the interference between the head of the bolt and the sensor 3 is avoided when the sensor 3 is installed at the later stage.
As shown in fig. 4, the mounting portion 7 is provided with a mounting hole 74 for mounting the adapter 5, and the mounting hole 74 is matched with the shape of the adapter 5. In this embodiment, the adapter 5 is provided with a first shaft portion 57 and a second shaft portion 58 on the outside, and the diameter of the first shaft portion 57 is larger than that of the second shaft portion 58, so as to form a second step 59; correspondingly, a first bore section 71 associated with the first shaft section 57 and a second bore section 72 associated with the second shaft section 58 are provided in the mounting bore 74, respectively, forming a third step 73.

A passage 4 communicating with the coarse filter 2 is provided in the metering head 1. The melt can flow into the channel 4 after being filtered by the coarse filter 1.
Be provided with the installation position 7 that is used for installing sensor 3 on the metering head 1, the mounting hole 74 that sets up on the installation position 7 communicates to passageway 4, and sensor 3 is temperature sensor, and after installing to adapter 5, its measuring head 31 extends in the passageway 4 to detect the temperature of fuse-element.
When installing the sensor, the following steps can generally be used:
firstly, sleeving a second sealing ring 60 on a second shaft part 58 of the adapter 5, and sleeving a first sealing ring 6 on a step part 34 of the sensor 3;
secondly, inserting the adapter 5 into the mounting hole 74, and locking the adapter 5 with the mounting part 7 by using a bolt;
thirdly, the sensor 3 is screwed in the adapter 5.
The first sealing ring 6 and the second sealing ring 60 can effectively prevent the melt from accidentally entering, and the difficulty in later-stage disassembly is avoided. For further enhancing the sealing performance, the inner hole 50 may further be provided with a through hole 520 (see fig. 4) matching with the measuring head 31, and the clearance between the through hole 520 and the measuring head 31 is small, so that the melt can be effectively prevented from entering.
When the sensor 3 needs to be dismounted, the bolt for connecting the adapter 5 and the mounting part 7 is unscrewed, and then the adapter 5 and the sensor 3 are pulled out together; then, replacing the adapter 5 and the sensor 3 with new ones; the adapter 5 and the sensor 3 which are taken down can be separated at the later stage, so that the equipment operation is not influenced, and the downtime is reduced.
The sensor base of the utility model is arranged between the mounting part and the sensor, so that when the sensor is disassembled, only the adapter needs to be separated from the mounting part, which is very convenient, and the downtime caused by disassembling the sensor is greatly saved; in addition, sealing rings are arranged between the sensor and the adapter and between the adapter and the mounting position, so that the sealing performance is improved, the invasion of foreign matters can be avoided, and the sensor can be assembled and disassembled in the later period. After the sensor base is applied to the metering head assembly, the sensor can be more conveniently disassembled, the waiting time is reduced, and the production efficiency is further improved; the measuring head can also be prevented from being scrapped because the sensor cannot be detached.
