The whole production process avoids the problem that the quality is reduced because the material contacts the air, and the discharging process is clear and effective.
The gate plate of the flat gate valve 3 is closed again, and after the passage hole 33 is cut off, the reaction vessel 1 can start the next round of stirring processing production, and the discharging process is synchronously performed in the discharging vessel 4, so that the production efficiency is improved.
RTV electronic glue is not exposed in the production process, adhesion which is difficult to remove is not formed at the positions of the inner wall of each container, the stirrer 23, the blades and the like, cleaning is convenient, a cleaning agent is fed into the reaction container 1 through the feed inlet 11, the operation is performed once according to the production process of stirring and discharging, channels in the production process can be cleaned, the frequency of parts having to be replaced due to the adhesion problem is greatly reduced, and the use cost is reduced.
In practice, the feed inlets 11 may be all arranged on the reaction vessel 1, and the use process is the same.
