The electrostatic precipitator 5 includes:
a plurality of vertical spaces surrounded by the dust collecting plate 501;

and a high voltage power supply 504503, the high voltage power supply 504503 is connected with a plurality of serially connected dust collecting plates 501 through a power supply 504 line, and the negative pole of the high voltage power supply 504503 is connected with the corona core 502 through the power supply 504 line.
Referring to fig. 21, the electrostatic precipitator 5 further includes a cleaning structure, the cleaning structure includes a cleaning pipe 505 disposed at an upper portion of an inner surface of each vertical space sidewall, a plurality of cleaning nozzles 506 are uniformly distributed on each cleaning pipe 505, the plurality of cleaning pipes 505 are communicated, a second liquid inlet 507 is disposed on the plurality of communicated cleaning pipes 505, and the second liquid inlet 507 is connected with the liquid pump 605 of the liquid storage chamber 6 through a liquid conveying pipe 606 and an electromagnetic valve 607.
The space circumferences of a plurality of vertical directions are evenly distributed, and the corona core 502 is positioned at the central position of the circumference where the spaces of the plurality of vertical directions are positioned.
The dust collecting plate 501 is a white steel plate or a stainless steel plate, and is corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant.
The liquid jet fixing frame 401, the mixed fixing frame 406, and the separation fixing frame 409 of the liquid dust collector 4 are sequentially in contact with each other from top to bottom, and are supported by each other.
The shell 1 comprises a shell 101 and an upper cover plate 102 which is detachably and hermetically arranged on the shell 101, wherein the interior of the shell 101 is divided into an inlet filter cavity 103, a liquid filter cavity 104, an electrostatic dust collection cavity 105 and an outlet filter cavity 106 from one end to the other end along the horizontal direction by a first partition plate 111, a second partition plate 112 and a third partition plate 113; the first partition plate 111, the second partition plate 112, and the third partition plate 113 are disposed in parallel, and the air inlet 108 is disposed on the upper cover plate 102.
Working process and principle of filter
The whole filter housing 101 is divided into four cavities by a first partition plate 111, a second partition plate 112 and a bottom single partition plate 113, which are respectively an inlet filter cavity 103, a liquid filter cavity 104, an electrostatic dust collection cavity 105 and an outlet filter cavity 106, wherein the inlet filter cavity 103 is a coarse filter part, the liquid filter cavity 104 is a fine filter part, the electrostatic dust collection cavity 105 is a ultra-fine filter part, and the outlet filter cavity 106 is a safety protection part.
The inlet filter chamber 103 is divided into two parts by the partition plate 107, one part is connected with the inlet, the other part is connected with the liquid filter chamber 104, the engine operates to suck air, the air with impurities enters the primary filtering dust collection box 2 through the air inlet 108, the air with impurities goes downwards at high speed, the impurity air can be folded by 90 degrees when the primary filtering dust collection box 2 enters the secondary filtering dust collection box 3, because the inertial impurities are heavier than the air, the air enters the two chambers, and the heavier impurities enter the primary box body 201 because of the inertia of the heavy impurities.
The air secondary filtering dust collecting box 3 with a small amount of impurities goes upward, and large impurities are filtered down to fall into the primary box body 201 when passing through the filter screen 202. The inlet filter chamber 103 completes the coarse filtration and the air with fine dust enters the liquid filter chamber 104.
The dust-laden air entering the liquid filter chamber 104 enters the air-liquid mixer. The liquid sprayed by the liquid sprayer is collided, stirred and mixed in the gas-liquid mixer, so that the dust particles in the air are stuck by the liquid, and the air and the liquid with impurities enter the gas-liquid separator below the air-liquid mixer because the gas and the liquid are not fused.
The gas-liquid separator is provided with liquid collecting plates 413 which are mutually staggered, and liquid collides into the liquid collecting plates 413 under the action of gravity and suction force, enters liquid channels at two sides and flows into the liquid collecting cavity 601 to take away impurities. Air enters the electrostatic precipitator chamber 105 through an air passage 414 in the middle of the liquid collection plate 413.
The electrostatic dust collector belongs to the parts of electric dust collection, oxygen-enriched electricity-releasing dust collection and oxygen-enriched release.
The air after fine filtration in the liquid filter cavity 104 enters the high-voltage electrostatic dust collection environment from the lower part of the electrostatic dust collection cavity 105 upwards. The electrostatic precipitator cavity 105 is used for adsorbing front part of the missing impurities and moisture on the dust collecting plate 501 through high voltage static electricity to achieve super-pure air. During the high-voltage electrostatic precipitation, a large amount of oxygen-rich air favorable for combustion of engine fuel is released together with super-pure air to enter the engine through the outlet filter chamber 106.
The outlet filter chamber 106 is a safety protection part, and plays a safety protection role when the front part fails to filter.

Claims (10)

1. An air cleaner, comprising:
the electrostatic dust collection device comprises a shell (1), wherein the interior of the shell (1) is divided into an inlet filter cavity (103), a liquid filter cavity (104), an electrostatic dust collection cavity (105) and an outlet filter cavity (106) from one end to the other end along the horizontal direction; the upper part of the inlet filter cavity (103) is divided into an air inlet space and a filter space by a partition plate (107), an air inlet (108) is arranged at the opposite position of the air inlet space on the upper end surface of the shell (1), an air outlet (109) is arranged on the side wall of the outlet filter cavity (106), and the axis of the air outlet (109) is arranged along the horizontal direction; the liquid filtering cavity (104) is communicated with the lower end of the electrostatic dedusting cavity (105), and the electrostatic dedusting cavity (105) is communicated with the upper end of the outlet filtering cavity (106);
the primary filtering dust collection box (2) is detachably arranged at the inner lower part of the inlet filtering cavity (103), one part of the upper end of the primary filtering dust collection box (2) is communicated with the air inlet (108), and particles are blocked for dust removal through a filtering baffle plate (203);
the secondary filtering dust collecting box (3) is detachably arranged at the upper part in the inlet filtering cavity (103); the lower end of the secondary filtering dust-collecting box (3) is communicated with the primary filtering dust-collecting box (2) through the other part of the upper end of the primary filtering dust-collecting box (2), and air processed by the primary filtering dust-collecting box (2) enters the secondary filtering dust-collecting box (3) and is filtered by a filter screen (302);
the liquid dedusting body (4) is detachably arranged in the liquid filtering cavity (104), and air treated by the secondary filtering dust collecting box (3) enters the liquid filtering cavity (104) and is subjected to liquid dedusting through the liquid dedusting body (4);
and the electrostatic dust collection body (5) is detachably arranged in the electrostatic dust collection cavity (105), and the air treated by the liquid dust collection body (4) enters the electrostatic dust collection cavity (105) and is subjected to electrostatic dust collection through the electrostatic dust collection body (5).
2. An air cleaner according to claim 1 further comprising a reservoir (6), the reservoir (6) comprising:
the liquid collecting cavity (601) is communicated with a liquid outlet (110) at the lower end of the liquid filtering cavity (104), and a liquid discharging port (602) is arranged at the lower end of the liquid collecting cavity (601);
a liquid outlet cavity (603), wherein a liquid impurity filter (604) is arranged at the communication position of the liquid outlet cavity (603) and the liquid collecting cavity (601);
and the liquid pump (605) is arranged in the liquid outlet cavity (603), and the liquid pump (605) is connected with the first liquid inlet (403) of the liquid dust removing body (4) through a liquid conveying pipe (606) and an electromagnetic valve (607).
3. An air cleaner according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a safety filter element (7) and a protective screen (8) arranged in the outlet filter chamber (106), the safety filter element being of a folded end-to-end felt or cloth material; the protective net is a plane net made of steel or plastic.
4. An air cleaner according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the primary filter dust collecting cartridge (2) comprises:
the primary box body (201) is of a square structure with an open upper end, and the primary box body (201) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the inlet filter cavity (103);
the partition plate (202) is arranged in the primary box body (201), the partition plate (202) comprises a vertical plate and an inclined plate, one end of the vertical plate is connected with one end of the partition plate (107), the vertical plate and the partition plate are on the same vertical plane, and the other end of the inclined plate is fixedly connected with one edge of the bottom surface of the primary box body (201), which is not opposite to the air inlet space;
and a plurality of filter baffle (203) that the equipartition set up in the slope of a plurality of on one-level box body (201) upper portion, it is a plurality of filter baffle (203) upper end with baffle (202) upper end parallel arrangement to lie in same horizontal plane with one-level box body (201) upper end, the inclination of filter baffle (203) is greater than the inclination of hang plate in baffle (202).
5. An air cleaner according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the secondary filter dust collecting container (3) comprises:
the secondary box body (301) is in sliding fit with the side wall of the filtering space at the upper part of the inlet filtering cavity (103), and the lower end face of the secondary box body (301) and the lower end of the isolation plate (107) are positioned on the same horizontal plane;
and the filter screens (302) are connected end to end, each filter screen (302) is obliquely arranged, and two adjacent filter screens (302) are symmetrically arranged relative to the vertical plane where the connecting end is located.

The air cleaner as recited in claim 2, wherein the liquid dust-removing body (4) comprises a liquid sprayer, a gas-liquid mixer and a gas-liquid separator which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence, gas filtered by the secondary filtering dust-collecting box (3) enters the upper end of the liquid filtering cavity (104), the liquid storage chamber (6) is connected with the liquid sprayer to provide liquid, the liquid and the gas are mixed by the gas-liquid mixer and separated by the gas-liquid separator, the separated liquid enters the liquid collecting cavity (601) of the liquid storage chamber (6) through a liquid outlet (110) at the lower end of the liquid filtering cavity (104), and the separated gas enters the lower end of the electrostatic dust-removing cavity (105) through a communication position between the liquid filtering cavity (104) and the lower end of the electrostatic dust-removing cavity (105);
the liquid sprayer comprises:
the liquid spraying fixing frame (401) is of a frame structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the liquid spraying fixing frame (401) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the liquid filtering cavity (104);
a liquid inlet pipe (402) with two ends fixed on the liquid spraying fixing frame (401), wherein a liquid inlet is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe (402);
and a plurality of liquid guide pipes (404) which are parallel to each other and are vertically arranged with the liquid inlet pipe (402), one end of each liquid guide pipe (404) is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe (402), the other end of each liquid guide pipe is fixedly connected with the liquid spray fixing frame (401), and a plurality of liquid dripping nozzles (405) are uniformly distributed on each liquid guide pipe (404).
7. The air cleaner of claim 6, wherein the air-liquid mixer comprises:
the mixed fixed frame (406), the mixed fixed frame (406) is a frame structure with an upper opening and a lower opening, and the mixed fixed frame (406) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the liquid filter cavity (104);
the impact plates (407) in the two adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered manner, and two ends of each impact plate (407) are fixedly connected with two opposite inner surfaces of the mixed fixed frame (406);
and a plurality of fixing plates (408) which are parallel to each other and are arranged along the vertical direction, and a plurality of impact plates (407) which are positioned in the same column are fixed on one fixing plate (408) at the middle positions.
8. The air cleaner of claim 6, wherein the gas-liquid separator comprises:
the separation fixing frame (409) is of a square structure with an opening at the upper end, the separation fixing frame (409) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the liquid filtering cavity (104), liquid guide cavities (410) are arranged in two frame bodies of the liquid fixing frame, which are opposite to each other, a liquid outlet (411) at the lower end of each liquid guide cavity (410) is communicated with a liquid outlet (110) at the lower end of the liquid filtering cavity (104) through a liquid guide channel, and an air outlet (412) is arranged at one side, close to the electrostatic dust removal cavity (105), of the lower end of the separation fixing frame (409);
and multirow liquid collecting plate (413) that from top to bottom set up, liquid collecting plate (413) are undercut's slotted plate, and liquid collecting plate (413) of two adjacent rows are crisscross to be set up, every liquid collecting plate (413) both ends with two relative drain cavities (410) of fixed frame (409) of separation communicate, regard as air channel (414) between two adjacent liquid collecting plate (413) of same row, the width of air channel (414) is less than the width of every liquid collecting plate (413).
9. An air cleaner according to claim 1, 2 or 6, wherein the electrostatic precipitator body (5) comprises:
a plurality of vertical spaces surrounded by the dust collecting plate (501);
a corona core (502) disposed within the electrostatic precipitation chamber (105);
a high voltage power supply (503), wherein the high voltage power supply (503) is connected with a plurality of serially connected dust collecting plates (501) through a power line (504), and the negative pole of the high voltage power supply (503) is connected with the corona core (502) through the power line (504);
the cleaning structure comprises cleaning pipes (505) arranged on the upper part of the inner surface of the side wall of each space in the vertical direction, a plurality of cleaning nozzles (506) are uniformly distributed on each cleaning pipe (505), the cleaning pipes (505) are communicated, a second liquid inlet (507) is formed in the communicated cleaning pipes (505), and the second liquid inlet (507) is connected with a water outlet pipe of a liquid pump (605) of the liquid storage chamber (6) through a liquid conveying pipe (606) and an electromagnetic valve (607);
the spaces in the vertical direction are uniformly distributed on the circumference, and the corona core (502) is positioned in the center of the circumference where the spaces in the vertical direction are positioned;
the dust collecting plate (501) is a white steel plate or a stainless steel plate.

The air cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the housing (1) comprises a casing (101) and an upper cover plate (102) which is detachably and hermetically arranged on the casing (101), the inside of the casing (101) is divided into an inlet filter cavity (103), a liquid filter cavity (104), an electrostatic dust removal cavity (105) and an outlet filter cavity (106) from one end to the other end along the horizontal direction by a partition plate; the air inlet (108) is arranged on the upper cover plate (102).
